P. J.I left my cat at Willowbrook as a trial away from home, and people who she know's. I usually leave her with my son and his family. I did expect her to be very upset, and with drawn, as she never leaves my side while I am at home. She came back happy and groomed, as I had ask. She did want extra fuss from me, but I think she was just making up for what she had missed from me. She as so pleased to see me.
Z. R.Really organised and lovely staff. Rooms are clean which is great but on the small side which is reflected in the low price. I would have awarded it 5 stars and wouldn't have minded paying more for a bigger space. All other cat hotels in the area with bigger spaces were fully booked. Service was excellent.
