S. P.Steph is such a great vet - kind and attentive to my dogs (and me!), very observant and understanding with an expert professional knowledge base. The practice is also very welcoming, lovely now to be able to go inside and be with your animals. When my old dog needed her teeth attended too Steph was amazing - reassuring and thorough - I was nervous but so glad we got the surgery done as my old girl is now merrily chomping down in everything! A week later when she tore her cruciate Steph was also great and referred me to an excellent specialist team Hamiltons in High Wycombe. I felt safe knowing she had recommended them. I love having a local vet I like and trust - 5 stars!!

Do not recommend. Long hair cat suddenly lost half her hair over 3 days, was seen by a temp vet, no diagnosis, yet billed £218 for zero solution nor treatment. Asked for resident vet to see my cat again to bring a diagnosis at no extra charge, no answer from manager so far. Not the level of service one expects from one's local vet. Also still awaiting bill for insurance cover despite asking 3 times. Was told I would get a call, am waiting.

G. H.Everybody is so friendly, efficient and helpful! The pandemic precautions ran really smoothly and Stephanie took great care of my feisty cat while I waited outside. Prices were very reasonable as well, I would definitely recommend you to any local cat-owners.

Excellent service from Charlotte, Hanna and Pandolina (over at Woodstock Practice) and it starts from the second you enter the door !! Our animals rely on us- give them the best possible help when they need it- take your fur baby to Steph, you wont regret it.
