Good location with ample parking. Reception guy wasn't very coherent, spoke fairly quiet, hard to hear or understand his questions. Waiting area was in big near if a clean. Dirty plastic seating that clearly hadn't been cleaned for many days. Dusty fluff on small corner table that clearly hadn't been wiped for several days also. Had early morning appointment so it was from that day. With Covid precautions everywhere this clearly wasn't being observed in the waiting area. Under seating was lot of dust and accumulated pet hairs in corners and around legs if chairs. Floor covering needed a good wash with clean water and disinfecting. Vet herself was very nice, polite, explained and understood. New appointment made with same reception guy, written on card for confirming, he clearly attended writing school for doctors! I'm sure they are more than professional in their work, but the workplace was huge letdown and could seriously do with a dam good clean........daily PS. Not my personal vet but a family members.

It was my first time there, I don't speak English perfectly, but the two people at the reception attended me and helped me with great kindness and a smile. I just needed a nail trim for my cat, but it is impossible to do it at home for me. I made an appointment and when I returned three days later the woman at the reception, just by seeing my face remembered the name of my cat without me saying a word. The vet was very kind to me and my cat, he asked me many questions to check her health and to make sure she had all the medical requirements. In addition, the vet gave me some tips to make my cat healthier and happier. I'll be back for sure.

I have only had good experiences here.My new kitten was unwell went we got her.Eva managed to fit her in and gave me reassurance i needed. My kitten was found to have a huge hernia the vet gave me ad vise to watch out for and call if it gets any worse and they would fix at a spay and if concerned to call

We have visited this vets for multiple pets and for different reasons. I would love to rate them highly as their reception staff are darlings, the nurse on site absolutely ADORES every animal he meets and the vet Naycho is an absolutely amazing vet but we have had multiple bad experiences with another vet that has soured our experiences. This vet doesn't actually bother looking at our animals, never explains what's going on or our options, would rather just prescribe antibiotics for anything and has made consultations quite unpleasant by being rude not only to us but other members of staff.

I cannot recommend this surgery enough! My poorly dog was looked after extremely well. She was an old dog with a couple of health issues. They explain all options very well and don’t try to just make money from you they only do what they think will be beneficial for your pet. I eventually came to the decision to have my dog put to sleep. A very difficult time for myself and the family but my dog and myself were treated so well and made the process that tiny bit easier to deal with. After a week or so I also received a with sympathy card from the staff for the loss which I thought was lovely! Great vets do great work.

My husband and I have been to Vets4Pets Cowley several times for our 2 kittens Cherry & Berry! We actually look forward to going as everyone there is so friendly and extremely helpful, we now see them as friends. They constantly put our mind at ease and answer all our questions in detail. We have gained a lot of knowledge how to look after our pets with the best care. We are so thankful for everything they have done for our little ones. We honestly have no complaints at all. I have never been to a vets that is so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't honestly know what to do without them looking out for my dog. Everyone who works there are so friendly, kind and caring. They always have a smile on their face and are always welcoming. They will do everything they can to help you and your animals. I couldn't honestly ask for a better place to take my dog. Anyone who is looking for a vet or thinking of changing, I would recommend Vets4Pets in Cowley ! They are wonderful and so helpful.

My dog Hunter, suddenly fell very ill, the vet went to extra lengths to find out what was wrong with him even after a lot of negative results. Unfortunately he had to be put down after we finally had some results. Everyone at the Vets4Pets was reliable and tried their hardest the ensure his health and well-being was being put first. I had a voucher for a head to tail pet check up, which I took advantage of, as only had bear 6 months, the vet was friendly an bear being quite nervous, soon quelled them, showed him lots of attention. I did ask about a pet plan when I booked the appointment, but was told by reception you didn't do pet plans, which it seems you do

I took my kitten Simba there for his two boaster jabs and his microchip. They were really good to him. I even came an hour early and they manage to see me without sending me home. I like this vet so much that I convince my mum to transfer my other cats and dogs to be looked at there. This vet is really good and they actually care about the animals rather than money. The vets themselves are very friendly. I actually fainted when Simba got his microchip and they were so good to me. They even offered to give me a lift home. I am very happy with their service and I will definitely be using this vet in the future!

Guinea pig Skye was very poorly having suffered a ruptured lipoma. Iva arranged for their small animal specialist to see Skye and he, plus 3 others carried out surgery in record time to avoid the significant risks of anaesthetic. 10 days on and through great surgery, aftercare from the team (and my family!) and Skye has made a full recovery. I have always found the team here to be brilliant, compassionate and knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommend, and thank them.
