Lovely vet. Anna was so compassionate even after putting our little Belle to sleep. They even had a private room waiting for my partner when she arrived. Anna you have such a lovely bedside manner when it comes to dealing with pets. Lovely kind receptionist also. Great little practice. Would recommend.

I phoned only to ask advice about my pet bantams, and after being told by the receptionist that they were not accepting any new clients at present, I was able to speak to "Ruth" who was very patient and extremely helpful..... Even going to the bother of later sending me an email with some on - line sites that she thought may be helpful. I really cannot speak highly enough of this company.

I have had two of my four legged family members by part of this surgery and I can't give anything other than praise for a fantastic team of vets and receptionists.

Been with them for 5 years, been ok for routine stuff, but it's got very expensive when our dog had an infection in his foot, and I'm not totally comfortable we got the right advice and treatment from them.

The vets seem to really understand the cats. One of them used to get incredibly stressed going to the vet, but no longer does. The other seems quite pleased with vet visits normally. They have both had dental treatment and our rescue cat had a pellet removed. They're always reasonable and ask before adding treatments in consideration of the cost, but we always play it safe. They're always good with us so far, been using them for at least 2 years, possibly 3 at this time.

Best vet we visited. Helpful, knowledgeable, patient. They discuss options. Clean place with vets, nurses and receptionists being very kind. They can give you advice on the phone and only if needed they we schedule an appointment. We trust them with our fur babies lives, as they saved our boy from grim situation. That never will be forgotten. ❤️

Can't fault the staff and vets here, real helpful and friendly. Easy parking round the back, limited spaces though. Nice friendly RVN explained everything and had a beautiful manner with our pet. Overall excellent service.

We saw Dr Isabel today who was amazing with our two new family members. She took the time to make sure I and they were comfortable and happy with everything and answered all of my questions in detail. Can't recommend her and the team more.

So I put up a review for this place about 4 weeks. Due to the speed and quick service I got last time. But tonight had a bit of an issue where my dog snapped his claw. Limping about and whining... it was straight to the vet. I walked in on them, asking for there help and the service was impeccable. They listen, saw my pup and delivered. On no notice what so ever. Put my mind at ease and I'll be a client for life due to the service they gave me tonight. 10/10

The warm atmosphere welcomes you as soon as you walk through the front Door. Other pet owners and pets look relaxed. Friendly reception staff welcome you to book you in. Vet is warm, friendly and professional. Gives clear, precise advice and handles my Cat gently. You can see the love and care they truly have for your fur baby and equally the owner/carer. Happy and confident in the advice given. Left feeling very happy.

All of the staff here are amazing. I have a seven year old Labrador who is very nervous and finds being around new people very stressful. Ruth has taken the time to gain her trust and now she loves the vets! The reception staff are always very helpful and understanding of my dog’s needs. I have never had a negative experience at this vets. If you want to take your pet somewhere that they will feel welcome and loved, this is the vets for you.

We love this Vets surgery, we have a cat and a very excitable Cockapoo and both are looked after very well. All the staff are brilliant and the puppy parties they hold are better than dog obedience training elsewhere. I am hoping that they expand to offer training classes as the knowledge the staff have is considerably more than surrounding classes. Highly recommend them and the pet clubs are great value for money.

Excellent puppy classes from Robert and Alison. My pup grew in confidence every week and now adores Alison. Their knowledge is extensive and they are passionate about what they do. Everything is made easy to understand and demonstrated perfectly. If you need to know anything, you are always welcome to ask, no matter how small.

First class from the second I walked in. Incredible receptionist, fantastic vet and our little kitty had a fairly serious operation to stitch up her lacerated tongue within hours. Then follow up call from Ruth and also a further follow up call from vet surgeon. So much care and consideration for kitty and the owners. Nothing was too much trouble and no question too stupid. I cannot remember a recent experience as positive as the one I had today. I wish they looked after adults and not just animals at Hampton Vets.

I would recommend this vets for all animals and conditions as they helped me so much when I had a dog with a condition and they researched it as it wasn't really known. I have another dog that has something unexplained and are keeping a close eye on it and they are so kind to the animals and all of them have pets themselves.

We had to take Zak our 17 year old cat there today. Peter, the vet was truely amazing in giving us all the information about Zak's condition & the advice we needed to make the sad choice to have Zak put to sleep. He was so caring & compassionate & gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. He was absolutely brilliant & Zak went very peacefully. Thankyou so much for making this as easy as possible for us & I would totally recommend them.

This is a fantastic vets very help and are fantastic with our two dogs. One dog is very nervous and Robert has spent many hours with him to bring him out of his shell. Thank you Robert and the whole team at the Hampton vets.

My dog was having serious issues going to the vets, from start to finish my dog was stressed, the vet couldn't get near her to do a heath check.. I got introduced to Robert who is interested in dog behaviour and with time, patience, fortnightly visits and some easy changes she's started to relax, we still have a way to go but the tools I have learned are in place to help my dog deal with the stress of the dreaded vets visit! Robert gets 5* from my dog and me.

Hampton Vets is always welcoming and professional, They also take the time to familiarise themselves with clients and pets. This starts at reception through to the vets including nurses. Dexter is not stressed about going in even though he has had a fair few treatments.
