I took my dachshund Betsy to have her spayed yesterday and the service from all of the staff was incredible. I was so nervous about leaving her as always, but from the moment I stepped foot in there, they were brilliant with not only Betsy, but with me too. Very reassuring and helpful. When I picked her up, they couldn’t do any more for me. I got sent a text message when she was out of surgery and a follow up call early the next morning which was so so lovely. The nurses and vets absolutely loved her and she loved them too, even the liver paste. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you to you all ❤️

Many of my boarding cattery customers have the pleasure of being a client of theirs and I can honestly say I have not heard one bad word about them. I have had several traumas with my own menagerie over the past two years and they have acted swiftly to give my pets the best care possible. Being the person I am I like to know the ins and out of all options available and they are always happy to spend time going through any details and treatment options available. What a great team. I have two elderly pets, I attend monthly with each of them of arthritis injections, I alway receive a great service. I am especially thankful this weekend, my dog had increased urinary frequency and incontinence. I emailed Sunday morning, I received a phone call before 10 to book an emergency Sunday appointment. I cannot thank the team enough, as attended your own vets who are friendly and familiar at a stressful time makes such a difference. The communication is excellent from the reception staff to the vets themselves.

We have just moved to Werrington Vets. We have been so impressed with the service and level of care received from every member of staff. Mylo had an operation there yesterday (as you can imagine we were worried cat parents). The team put us at ease explained everything, answers all questions, so we were in no doubt of what was going to happen and how they would be monitoring his health. When op had finished and Mylo had started to come round in recovery. The vet called us to let us know how he was and how it went. When we collected him the vet was once again really helpful even giving links to website ect to help him more in the future. Everyone was so helpful and had Mylo’s health as their priority. Our cat Tuna recently passed away and the practice were amazing. We are breeders and we are often faced with vets who are judgemental about what we do. However, at Werrington vets we were treated with respect and empathy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our darling girl to spend her last moments. I took my kitten yesterday and this is the best bet service I have ever had, never before with my older cats was I contacted or checked on to see if there were ok but binx (the cat) went in for castration yesterday they gave me a courtesy call when he was awake , all the staff were super friendly,helpful and efficient and I even had a courtesy call today to make sure he is well ❤️ Fabulous customer service and definitely fantastic with treatment as you would never know he was operated on xx

Werrington Vets were recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a new vet for my cat. After a dental check it came to light that Simba needed major dental work. Everyone at the surgery was caring and helpful. The op went well and Simba was extremely well cared for and looked after. Everything was explained fully to me and nothing was too much trouble. The after-care was also first rate. I am so pleased they were recommended to me and I would certainly recommend Werrington Vets most highly to anyone.

Roxy had a keyhole spay yesterday 25/5/2022. From the moment we called to enquire we were greeted by a friendly and very knowledgeable member of the client team (Keri) she was so helpful and nothing too much trouble. Roxy was extremely well looked after and making a great recovery even after only 1 day, thank you Stamos and Narissa for taking such good care of her. We are new customers here but, were pointed in the right direction by a family member who knew Marwan as he looked after her German Shepherd. Glad we moved our two Shepherds here...Mandy looked after our older girl when she needed some work done on her teeth.... fantastic job done by one and all.... reception staff are 100%....vets know what they are talking about and do it the right way....they TALK to you and explain things....our girl had to have two teeth removed but, today, is like a new dog..... Best of all, when I collected her in the evening, the staff were excellent and took time to make sure all questions were answered...they gave us a complete breakdown of what was done and the costs and an aftercare sheet listing the do's and don'ts .....and to top it all, we got a call the following day to make sure she was alright...when we had things like this at our previous vet...we got a bill and a receipt.....that should tell you all, the difference.... I'm loving this vets....please don't change....thanks to all of you...Dad, Mum & Lexi and Kyza ..... Lexi sent a picture to you to show you she is much better...P.S. we have recommended others to come to you.....good job guys!!!! Word of mouth is worth 10 times any paid advertising...

What a find Werrington Vets. I had been with a Veterinary practice for 15 years when it was sold to a large company it was time to find someone else to care and treat my beloved pets. Dr Nikos and his team are amazing. They are friendly, caring, compassionate, thorough and so professional, explaining any procedure in layman's terms and keeping me updated all the time my pets are in their care. I can now rest assure that my pets are in very safe and capable hands when at Werrington Vets. Thankyou all so very much.

I go round once a day, using 1 of their disability scooters which are free to use, they do have a donation box to help with maintenance and it's up to you how much you give, the staff are lovely and will bend over backwards to help, their is a little steam train for the kids, and a bigger 1 for your whole family. Theirs numerous jungle gym's, paddle boats archery canoeing, and places to Moor a boat with a jetty or you can hire bikes if you want it's a 500 acre site and ideal if you have a dog, your 5 minutes from town centre with an inside and outside pool, the key theatre have shows on, ample parking which is a pay machine, or like me £70 for the year and go whenever you want, if I was to pick a downside the gift shops a bit pricey, dogs are aloud to be off lead, they put a paper trail around for kids to follow and work things out and a little prize at the end, its quite a big lake split by a floating bridge, plus fishing and more, you can camp or caravans and motorhome's, take a look at the website and see what you fancy, 2 cafe's on site with hot and cold food, give it a whirl also balloon rides and kite flying, give it a go you'll be glad you did

It was my first time at werrington vets. We changed vets because we have had good reports on this one. We waited quite a while in car park for a vet to come out to see us. Couldn't go in with my dogs which they didn't like. It was the first time for them at that vets so they were very frightened .I felt I should have gone in with them. Really great service from this vets. Always really quick to answer the phone and I'm left feeling they care as much for my border collie just as much as I do. She recently had a hip replacement operation here, and I was even given a number to contact any time should I be worried about her recovery. I had to message early on a Sunday morning, and received a reassuring response from the surgeon who carried out the surgery. I've also called them a lot since her surgery, and never am I left feeling like I'm being a nuisance with all the calls I make because I had a lot of questions. Thank you WV.

I lost my best friend to heart failure yesterday, Nikos and his team were patient, compassionate and did everything in their power to soften a devastating experience and make the transition as gentle as possible. Over the last few months, Maisie had a number of health issues and each and every member of the team supported her and me whenever we needed them, never rushing, always explaining everything fully and their kindness and empathy is something I will always remember. This was my first time using Werrington Vets. My cat Poppy was suffering from late stage kidney failure and was declining rapidly. I wanted to make sure her last moments on earth were as painless and stress free as possible (she always hated being taken to the vets in her cat carrier). The surgery arranged for a vet and nurse to come out to my house to put Poppy to sleep, which they did with compassion and understanding. Thank you. A friend in the business tells me if they didn't take their pet to where they work this is the only place they'd ever consider. So, on their advice we took along our elderly cat for surgery. Bit of a delay getting checked in but very professional, afterwards vet spent a long time explaining what happened and what we needed to do. Next day got a call checking everything was OK. Never got further in than reception but from what we could see through open doors everything is spotless and bang up to date. Lovely place.

I couldn't be more happy with werrington vets they are just amazing! We decided to move our bunnies here from our old vets and it was definitely the best decision After losing a bunny with our previous vets we were extremely worried about our other bunnies getting spayed but everyone was so lovely and helpful. The vet explained what would happen and what to expect after surgery. He explained what medication he gave them and showed us how to administer medication as well. I have known Nikos and some of the team for over 5 years now. What can I say? Nikos is an amazing vet! I’ve not had the best of luck health wise with my two dogs and the vets is our second home. Nikos is extremely knowledgable and never just takes the easy option, he will always take the time and find the BEST option, in the best interest of your pet. He always goes the extra mile and takes the time to explain and give all the options. He was there for me when my dog was very poorly and I had the worst decision to make. I was a wreck, but Nikos knew me, knew my dog and gave me the best advice! Nikos was and is the person I trust most with my dogs and for me this is the most important thing and in my opinion is priceless. I cannot recommend Nikos and the team enough! The new practice is impressive and he has really taken the time and thought in the design. Everything has been designed in the best interests and comfort of his patients with state of the art technology.
