Went there due to dissatisfaction with my long term vet. Early days yet but they seem happy in their work, the vet was knowledgeable and English.the dogs health was fully discussed and tests done in 30 minutes. Pleased so far.

Just received the most kindest and loving help today with a poorly hedgehog from our garden. All the staff deserve a good recognition for there stunning professionalism and even more for an amazing attitude towards helping others. Seriously we were taken aback by there kindness. The staff here are all amazing; so friendly and helpful. We had to take our dog in as an emergency and we were able to see a vet immediately - they arranged a same day referral for us at a specialist. So grateful for the care and attention they all gave on that day. Having said that, taking him back for check ups and routine appointments we have received the same level of care. Cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent!

Had a cat based emergency, called whittlsey veterinary centre and they made us an appointment the same day. Our cat is all better and very happy. Helpful friendly staff, and great care for animals. Would recommend and definitely would use again

I know we are all aware of COVID 19 but trying to explain your dogs symptoms to a nurse outside, who then tells a vet inside is not easy. We took our dog Bob as he had been sick and lethargic the previous day and lethargic during the morning of our visit, by the time we got our appointment he was more lively. We explained his symptoms to the nurse outside who then took him into the vet, when he came out he had been examined and given an injection to prevent nausea even though his sickness had ceased the previous day. They were all very kind and caring but the injection in my opinion was unnecessary. Would like to have seen the vet before consultation and been able to explain his condition directly, then to have been informed before any injection was administered. Since writing this review the practice has been in touch and explained their reasons for the above situation and resolved the issues to our satisfaction.

Easy to find, and enough parking spaces at the front of the building. The building was, until recent years, the Hero of Aliwal public house. It has been tastefully converted into a modern veterinary centre. Pleasant and helpful front desk staff. The vet was excellent, friendly, and helpful. We shall continue to use for our 10 year old cat.

My wee cat cfer went in on Wednesday to be spayed, the lady who took care of her was lovely, friendly and natural, also the surgery scar is 100% neat, I would 100% recommend this practice for your loved vets,,

I have had to use the practice 2x in 3 weeks due to having a puppy. I have used the practice for a while but this was first experience during the pandemic . The staff are working so hard to ensure the owners and pets are not kept waiting long treating everyone with dignity and professionalism. I have seen them get on the floor to look at the animals outside in the carpark and support owners with the sad loss of a pet. The service is organised and safe . Well done to you all. Keep up the good work you are doing for our pets and staysafe x

Wonderful service from caring, sensitive and compassionate staff. From 1st phone call to a surprise condolence card on the loss of our much loved pet the care and attention to every detail was outstanding. I know price shouldn't matter but the final service we received was over £100 less than other local vets! Recommend 100%

My cat was poorly for 5 years and our previous two vets always said she had a sensitivity to food. Took her to whittlesey veterinary centre and within hours she was diagnosed with diabetes. Got her on to insulin and changed her to diabetic food. Within a week of starting treatment, our cat went from sleeping all the time and being sick all the time, never going outside and just seeming depressed and not really living life to her fullest, to a cat who now runs around, plays, goes outside, purrs and is just a generalhhappy joyful cat. it's like having a totally different cat! Can not thank the vets enough. They have supported us so much over the past few months, answered every question and have just been absolute super stars.

So Helpfull, nothing is too much to help both the Owner and the Pet, and so much part of a Community, On the outskirts of Whittlesey, and harder for people that haven’t got Transport, to reach the wonderful Building, that used to be a Pub, Has the Wow factor, and Spotlessly Clean., for mainly Dogs that have problem.
