J. W.Brilliant Ben was very thorough explained everything well and was sympathetic with my anxious dog. Must mention Bryony here as without her patience with Coco over the years Coco would not have let Ben near her! Great team highly recommend.
G. M.We aren't from the local area and we visited today with our poorly diabetic dog and I couldn't have asked for better. From the moment we walked in the service was exceptional. The receptionist, the nurses and the vets were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
f.Its very clean. The reception was welcoming and professional. I took a bird of prey into the surgery as I found it on the verge bleeding and unable to walk. I hope it is fixed but if it is not such positive news they gave me every impression they would be caring and compassionate about its wellbeing.
e. p.North Park Vets are wonderful. They looked after both of my beautiful dogs, a GSD x and an Irish Wolfhound x. The care and attention they give to the animals is second to none, but also to the owners! From the receptionists who are always smiling and helpful and know just what to say in the most tragic situations and who always greet the dogs too! To the nurses who truly love every minute they spend caring for each animal in their care and do such a great job ❤. The vets are wonderful and we can't help but have our favourites! Though the veterinary care is amazing whoever you see and even for the smallest thing you know your animal is in safe hands.
Last year we had to have our beloved Wolfhound put to sleep on a Sunday night and this fantastic vet Bryony met us in the car park (during Covid lockdown) and made everything as peaceful and graceful as it could be with me sitting in the boot of our 4x4 with our dog laying down in my lap and husband stroking her. It was lovely and personal. I thank Bryony so much.
More recently our GSD x was having a miserable life due to old age decline and we had again to make the very hard decision to let him go. We called and all the staff were so professional, yet incredibly understanding and human! Martin had been helping with Wolfie already so naturally we asked for him. It was the right choice. When the time came I got out of my wheelchair and laid on the floor snuggled up to my beautiful boy while Mark my husband was looking into his eyes. Martin talked us through every step, it was exactly how we had hoped it would be, dignified, as our boy was proud. Thank you Martin and the lovely nurse that was helping that day. Thank you to the reception staff who were so lovely and kind and thank you for the lovely condolence card that came from the practise it really was special and I have put it in my memory box.
This is a long review I know because the most important time you ever need to see your vet is to have your pet put to sleep, to me if you know this can be done with such care, peacefulness, love and inclusiveness for the owners needs too then you know this is a vet you can trust for your whole animals lifetime. Join this practise it is fabulous. I would recommend them in a heartbeat❤

C. P. &. B. C. P. &. B.These guys are the best. I would not go or use any other. They have supported us through some tough times with our dog lady she has CHF and they've been great. Lady's favorite is Martin but every one in this practice are excellent well trained, friendly and just brilliant. Do not go anywhere else if you have them local. They will not disappoint
