Reviews of Plymouth PDSA Pet Hospital
Bear, My 13 year old puddy, has been in the wars. Recently, he was attacked by a Squirrel, in which he lost a front fang and had numerous, serious lacerations the whole of his left neck. Bear was straight in ASAP. I was so worried for him.
What a lovely, understanding staff that work here.
But the biggest reasureness i felt came from The Vet. They put me at ease right there. Bear had to have a operation on his teeth and put on medication for his neck. He's all better now! I want to say, Thank You Again.
Lovely staff, were helpful when I brought my cat in. Got the help needed and is continuing to get the help needed. Amazing service couldn’t be more thankful.
Unbelievable treatment and kindness shown to our old dog who sadly has a falling heart condition. We had tried 2 other local practices following our move to Plymouth and simply could not afford to continue with the required treatment costs and prescription medication. My Wife chanced upon an article in a National Newspaper and pointed it out to me and they (PDSA) were able to take us on as a Client due to an unexpected change in our circumstances. We are so grateful 🙏 for the care and attitude shown by all the staff and in particular the Vet (Katie)that treated our elderly dog 🐕. A superb service and we are very very grateful.
Our beagle jack has been licking his paws obsessively and made them sore. After 6 weeks of trying everything to no avail we took him to the PDSA hospital and they sorted him straight out with the medication he needed and a lot of love. Five stars to all the staff, amazing service and people
The staff are always pleasant and polite, helpful and professional. Can 100% recommend, use them for both of my dogs 💚🐾💚
The staff as always were so kind taking care of my cat right up to her last breath. Thank you so much
Brilliant vets. They saved my boys life. Its not free though. Think some people think it's free, you have pets you pay for them. I always pay what they ask or nearest to the amount. They are a charity who love animals
The team were amazing yesterday when I had to take Norman , he didn’t make it easy for the vet to examine him, fingers crossed he gets better soon xx
Wonderful staff, especially considering you are visiting for your pets ill health. Conscientious and sympathetic. Highly recommended.
Ok have a problem. I'm a courier paid for what I now know was an illegal breeder. I earn too much, I'm unable to use their services. Frustrated by benefit users making large sums from their services. GDPR stops me from giving data.
Albeit, I'm a DEFRA registered pet transporter. I've made several trips over the years with very ill animals knowing they come back healthy and well. They do a great job.
When our little boy, Tiggy, was taken in after falling ill the staff were amazing.
Unfortunately it was discovered he had severe cancer but the staff did everything they could to make him comfortable. He passed away but we know they did everything they could.
Had to take our cat here for emergency treatment, cannot fault them at all!! Brilliant staff, very friendly & helpful in our time of need!! Loki is all healed up & feeling more himself!! Thank you
Such a lovely place where they take care of your family pets but people do need to donate to keep these places up and running
Absolutely fantastic Vet's, called the morning for an emergency appointment, got there for 8.30 and we were seen by 9.15 Absolutely 💯 Amazing Receptionists, kind, helpful and friendly, made us feel so at ease, especially as being registered is a yearly service and ours ran out in August. The Receptionist helped by reregeristing us there and then. The vet who saw to our dog 🐶 Monty was so kind and caring she truly put us at ease over what was wrong with Monty. So we want to say a big Thank You From Lisa, Keith and of course Monty. An Absolutely, Amazing, Fantastic Service is provided by the PDSA
Fantastic place and the staff are amazing too.they show so much love and dedication to the animals!!
Extremely polite staff. Very informative and helpful. I understood more about my poor Westie's skin problem and thing I can do to help her.
I am so grateful to be able to go to the PDSA.
A great charity helping owners on benifits care for there pets. They really have helped me and my dog Reagen for many years. I truly value there help. The only thing is trying to get in touch with them on the phone can sometimes be a pain waiting on hold depending on the time I tried to call. Also because of Covid19 getting an appointment is very difficult unless it's an emergency. I always donate money to them when they see Reagen. Thank you PDSA.
Always had a great job done in all operating situations and even though its a wait at times it is charity ran so this is understandable. One dog of mine has had problems with knee dislocation and Star had 3 major ops to help. All went well and her care was top quality, as was the ops needed by my other dog Tilly.
Cannot fault them and the building is always clean and the reception staff always trying to do their best in a veterinary setting which is always busy and relying on donation. Very thankful for the care of my two Fur babies!
Fantastic staff , so helpful and friendly cant fault them . Thank you for your dedication and hard work x
Brilliant staff and vets. Outstanding care provided
They work very hard for our pets. My chihuahua whose been with me for a year needed teeth removed, they took great care of her and gave me good after care advice.. she is alot happier now plus her breath doesn't stink anymore
Excellent, apart from one rude staff member at reception. Apart from the they have always treated my pets very well
Very caring helpful staff, empathic and guide with decision making without being insensitive
Absolutely amazing working staff 👏
I couldn't fault them on anything great service better then ordinary vet.
This service should be paid for very pleased 🙌
If it wasn't for these people I don't know what I would do. Amazing charity and amazing people. 10 out of 10
My dog absolutely hates the vets, but he was made welcome and the vet was really smashing with him, he still hates the vets though 😂
P.D.S.A . is the most amazing place for sick animals . They saved the life of my beautiful dog Bonnie a year and 4 months ago which il never forget all the team are brilliant
Fantastic place for your animals well first animal. They used to that you could have three pets per client per address.
These days you are only allowed one animal treated for free and your 2nd animal onwards you will receive a discount compared to attending a traditional vet equivalent to around 20%.
The staff are always friendly and helpful as well as treating your animal with professionalism and kindness.
The only issue that we have discovered is due to the way our telephone service is provided, our lines don't accept anonymous numbers so we had a little difficulty in speaking to the vets when they called.
Besides that we can't think of anything negative to say about their service.
Excellent place. Vets are extremely friendly and very professional. For a charity I'd give 10 stars for the work they do.
Pdsa really helps pets. My dog has bad skin bad legs. Pdsa helps my dog massively I am grateful. My dog is doing so much better. Truthful trusting honest people. Very polite.
Great staff and trying to work with so many ill pets
It's easy to get appointment or talk to doctor, staff is very friendly, place clean. The only problem is waiting time. Even if you're booked for specific time you need to wait about one hour or so
Dedicated professionals who openly show they love there jobs,
After taking my poorly dog to a local vet and him not checking my dog properly and missing the obvious signs he was ill and in pain with fluid around his body , I rushed my dog to the pdsa , within 5 minutes they knew what was wrong and sadly I had to put my best friend to sleep , due to being very ill , pdsa where very supporting and I couldn't of ask for better care of my dog , evening after he was put to sleep the staff where amazing
Thank you pdsa on the hardest day of my life- you where there for us when we needed you
Thank tou so much xx
Took my cat there on a Sun so emergencies only but was told to come up as I was worried was a very sad day but the Vet was very considerate thoughtful .
Amazing as they really care about Aninals that are brought in
Not happy memories this time around, had my beautiful cat Molly put to sleep
Great vet and very friendly staff. I've had to come here a few times with my cat and the staff have always been very friendly. Absolutely great service from the vets as well and very thorough.
They really treated my dog very good and I'm very happy they gave her antibiotics and pain relief for an absess on my dogs bottom , and I gave what I could witch was what it would have cost me ,I was so happy ,so I also got a raspberry shampoo and my dog smell gorgeous 😍 very fast getting her in next day
Took my Nana’s cat here and they were quick and very helpful. Very good service! The cat is happy again. Don’t forget to leave a donation if you can ☺️
Only had to collect medicine which is on repeat prescription but staff (as usual) very efficient, friendly and polite.
Great service brilliant stuff highly recommend
We had a hood experience, our dog will now have his operation, and i wont feel too stressed about it, stafff were friendly and helpful,
Vets are knowledgeable, skilled and very empathetic. We've taken our puppy here since we got him and, no matter the problem, the vets have always diagnosed and treated him quickly and efficiently. Very patient when he gets a bit anxious and happy to take the time to make him feel at ease. Highly recommended.
When my son took our poorly dog to see the vet here 3 wks ago. The vet was so kind and caring. We had to have our darling lil dog put to sleep. A big thank you for showing such kindness.
My own experience with the pdsa was very good. Even though the pet I took wasn't mine. They were very helpful most efficient and gave good advice.
Lovely vets that does a wonderful service. My dog has always had first class service. They have saved his life and continue to care for his on going health issues. Staff and vets are fantastic
All my pets are registered and never had an issue, such lovely staff. Is brilliant with my dog as she has alot of anxiety around the vets. There patient with her
My little Westy Rosco is my world these days especially.
He went in as an emergency.
He was treated gently and professionally.
All the medication prescribed I've been administering at home.
He's improving everyday.
Which is such a relief❤
My only complaint is the COVID19 contingency for seeing our pets is really poor.
Owners could stay at the door, allowing pets in the back door.
Staff are brilliant, Vets always have time to talk to me and my little Staffy, pdsa is brilliant
Had a great experience, the people who work there are absolutely lovely. Not once did I feel judged, my dog was so poorly and now he's running round like a pup again. Thank you to everyone who helped us and all that are still there for our pets at this time
Very kind and very efficient vets.
Incredible place with great people my misses had to have her pug put down on Saturday down to disease only 8 years old .but the vet let her stay with her even in the middle of covid and reassured her the time was right and the pug passed like she just went to sleep no pain ,no whimpering just fel asleep as sad as it is the decision was right and it was time for her to sleep. Thanks to all involved in letting her pass so quietly.
Always very friendly and polite.
Staff are really friendly and helpful. Even with short notice they have been very accommodating. (At time/date of writing this review) Only flaw is their telephone services can only hold 3 customers in the queue at any one time so a lot of calls will hear the engaged tone and not get through. You have to be very persistent to get through on the phone, this is no fault of the staff there in any way, higher management issue to sort out.
They have look after all are family pets and really good with what they do here highly recommend and such friendly staff as well
Very nice staff seen my Granddaughters cat even though we never had an appointment it free treatment for people on benefits but I gave £35 anyway and so should anybody who can afford it.
What a great facility. Friendly, excellent staff and thorough and competent treatment. Our 6 month Akita had a broken foot and was looked at and cared for professionally. She came home to us after an over night stay in fine spirits and with all the advice and accesorries we could hope for to care for her properly. We only hope that those using this brilliant charity continue to contribute and not take it for granted. (Yes there can be long waiting times, but suck it up people it's a free)
Thank you to all the staff from Akira.
Such lovely, caring and reassuring people
Staff Always very helpful the veterinary service is very good in helping our pets 😊
Unfortunately, i had to have my elderly cat put to sleep! As i wanted to be with him, put more strain on the pdsa. I saw a lovely female vet, who was wonderful with my cat and myself! As i couldn't be with him, she came to the car park and gave my boy a sedation, and left me with him, until he was asleep- so he didn't know i wasn't there! Eternally greatful for the care and attention.
Brilliamt
Unfortunately my cat had to be put down here. It was a very sad day obviously, but since she was 21 and a half it wasn't a huge surprise as she was beginning to develop tumours. Although this was a very upsetting day, the lady here was so kind with us and with our cat, that it helped us to feel more comfortable. We were given plenty of space during the process, and it made the difficult day a little more bearable. The staff here are so lovely that even on a pet owner's worst day, you still feel comforted while there.
Sadly ,had to say goodbye today to our beloved dog. The vet and nurses were absolutely brilliant with us and talked us through all the options.we could not have asked for more.
They're very nice to animals
Very helpful staff. Not so easy to get through on the phone but when you do they are always happy to give advice. This place is essential for people who otherwise couldn't afford pet aid. Clean too, which cant be easy given the amount of animals that pass through!
Excellent amazing staff rest in peace kira love u forever missing u so much xx
I don't know what I would do without this place. They cared for my very old, poorly dog in his final months helping to make it as comfortable as possible for him until it was time to say goodbye. They do everything they can to help animals and always give brilliant advice. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Had to take my husky to have a mass removed from his ear. They took care of him so well. He isn't the best patient, but they really did their best to make him as comfortable as possible after his surgery.
very helpful staff. short wait to see vet. the vet was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about our dogs ongoing treatment. i would definitely advise people to use this place also to contribute whatever you can.
Friendly staff made you feel at ease .Vet checked my pet throughly and fidnt make you feel uncomfortable due to being unable to pay full price
Excellent service, a little slow but you could see there was a lot of pets going through! The vets were awesome and my 4 legged furry friend was well looked after and I got all the answers I needed! Extremely happy :)
Staff were friendly. They ask for a voluntary contribution of £20, which is more than fine. However they do NOT make you aware that there will be costs for medication.
I was more than happy to pay for the medication however the staff led me to believe that because of my situation I would be able to receive a free vetinary appointment and there would be no cost what so ever. This should be corrected and patients should be informed beforehand.
I also witness another patient being unable to pay for medicine as they had already contributed £20 and were also led to believe that treatment was 'included'
We have just taken on Bella; she is an old Dog and is so adorable. Without the support of these wonderful people she would have been taken to the Boxer rescue. So we will eternally be grateful to the lovely staff for allowing us to give the best life ever💖💖
Some people refer to this as a hospital, it's not a hospital as such it is an animal welfare charity so it's limited in what it can provide, as such is not able to offer drop in and the phones leave a lot to be desired. Having said that when we told them the cats symptoms they gave us an appointment within the hour and I know this happens regularly. Emergency services are delt with by phone as some are dealt with at the veterinary hospital. The emergency services that are dealt with by them are outstanding and the surgery and follow up is the best. The staff are amazing they really care and do the best they can within there limited resources. I definitely recommend and ask people to donate as much as they can to enable this amazing service to continue supporting sick animals.
Excellent friendly service at a great price. I always tip between £10-£20 to help those in need and it is still cheaper than a regular vet
Cannot say enough about how good the Pdsa are , they are absolutely amazing, warm, friendly and above all other vets completely honest. They will not try to rip you off, all they care about is the animals that people bring in to see them. For people on benefits with council tax banding A-D. Fantastic, pick up some charity bags whilst you're there and contribute whatever you can afford, it all goes towards our furry and feathery friends.
Lost my 16 Yr old lab during covid period but the vet we saw was great and let me stay with my boy till the end, very sensitive and caring
My puppy had an emergency castration and the vets made me feel much better than I was .. and looked after my fur baby as expected wonderfull team so friendly and caring would absolutely recommend pdsa over any other private vet
Best place I've been for vets
Absolutely brilliant. My boxer dog was seen straight away as he was bleeding from a nail coming off and very stressed.
Now healing nicely. Thank you so much.
I've been taking both of my cats to the PDSA for several years now and the service in person has always been phenomenal. One of my cats had been shot with an air rifle and the care she received was amazing, very thorough examination and great aftercare. She made a full recovery. The only thing that falls slightly short is the phone service after hours. My other cat is currently staying over night and I called to check if she was alright, as she's been very sick. I understand the staff are busy after hours but it costs nothing to be polite, as the woman I spoke to was a bit rude. Other than that though, I highly recommend PDSA, just because they're charity run doesn't mean the care is below satisfactory, far from it!
Had to go to have my dog put to sleep. I was an emotional mess & the people there were so supportive and understanding. Thank you for all your help
Wonderful place but be warned. Can be very very slow. Appointment times go out of the window drastically. Be prepared to wait sometimes at least an hour plus past appointment time. Chat with the lovely pet owners and their furbabies
Only negative is that you get told totally different things from different people. Other wise these guys are amazing 👏
The PDSA provided a safe way to bring my dog to have his operation after having sent photos I had a phone call from the vet to discuss options and it was decided surgery was the way forward after th op I was contacted to say all went well and a pickup time was arrange my dog was brought to my car and the nurse went through the discharge procedure with me and provided me with a written sheet and medication excellent service from start to finish
They helped us at the most difficult time with the end of our cat's life. We had a difficult decision to make and they afforded us the time and patience to make the best decision for him. Thank you.
The PDSA are brilliant. I take my cat there every month for a steroid injection. All the vets are excellent taking the time to assess your pet, sometimes you have to wait a while, but you are getting virtually free vet treatment from kind and dedicated staff. You pay what you can afford. The reception staff are always rushed off their feet but are professional and always accommodating.
Excellent service for my daughters pet Guinea pig, they diagnose that it had a water infection, very quickly. Well done, my granddaughter well stop crying now.
Excellent at everything. All the work for animals free aswell. Everybody should be made to generously tip.
This is virtually better than any private veterinary surgery ive ever been to.
The staff are very professional and the vets are very dedicated and reassuring less money doesn't necessarily mean less service also.
Waiting can be over a long period e.g 30 mins or more but you are paying what you can afford each time I've got no complaints at all!
Excellent service usually but my first dog died in the waiting room a few years ago
Excellent service from people who care.
Long may this service continue for us on low incomes.
This place and people are amazing . Having a pet seems to be a rich man's luxury because the bills for our pets are so high . However the PDSA allow people with low incomes enjoy having a pet. Can not rate these people enough amazing hospital with caring vets and staff .
Some of the reception/phone staff could do with some customer service skills, and waiting times have been as long as an hour sometimes! However I have never complained because the treatment my dog n 2 cats receive from the vets is outstanding, u can tell these vets r animal lovers n do all they can to insure the pet gets the right treatment quickly n with good care, when I've used a private vet they wouldn't even see me in an emergency until I sorted the money out first!! If it wasn't for the Pdsa I couldn't afford to keep my pets I'm so greatful for them n its important everyone remembers they rely on our donations so we must leave as much as we can possibly afford after every visit coz there saving us a fortune n keeping our pets healthy n safe :-)
Very helpful and kind staff..
The PDSA were great. The vet we saw was brilliant. He was kind and gentle with are pet rabbit , who was very poorly! They tried all avenues to help but sadly are bunny died overnite in the pet hospital.
This place needs to be helped out as much as possible. Have been amazing with my lola, cannot fault them. Staff are understanding and very helpful. Explain everything at a level you can understand.
Can't say enough helped with my dad's cat Flossy prompt treatment same day and the staff are helpful friendly and give all the advice needed... medicines were given and Flossy is all healed now thank you.
A regular place I visit with amazing staff,, I would recommend anyone to take there pet/pets
Absolutely fantastic place with brilliant caring staff, couldn't ask for more.
Cheap and fast service.
Excellent value for me next and the animals certainly appreciate being cared for
PDSA is a wonderful vet surgery. They do all they can to help animals and owners. Due to Covid, their procedures are different than normal.
The PDSA are a life saver for me. My dog has always had wonderful care and attention from the vets. Do please to remember they are a charity and please donate what you can
We are so lucky to have such a place.
It so sad that people do not donate everytime when seeing the vets here. Even a small donations would help (i.e £1. £2. £3. £4. £5.)
Every Penny counts.
Amazing vets i cannot thank them enough lovely staff and run very well during this covid thank you everyone at plymouth pdsa xxx
Very friendly and helpful staff , nothing to much trouble ,you don't feel rushed with them ,take excellent care of pets ,good size car park which is free to park in ,very accessible for disabled visitors .also like how you told how much things will cost before you go ahead ,also very reasonable price definitely recommend them
Wonderful treatment of my dog.. was slightly disappointed when i told them i had set up a direct debit monthly to pay my fair share all's they made me feel guilty for not giving them a lump sum on the spot.... they will get far more from me monthly than a spot fee..
Very caring and helpful just long wait although having been given an appointment time!
The men and women vets of the PDSA pet hospital they were fantastic with my Juno from start to finish thank you
Although the telephoe wait is long to speak to a vet the advice and care they have given is brilliant.
Difficult times during pandemic but the care for our pets never wauvers
great for them who are on ESA OR HOUSING BENIFIT,THEY DO ASK FOR £20 TOWARDS HELP BUT IF UR IN TROUBLE And only have £10 OR €5 THEY ARE GREATFUL,U DO HAVE TO PAY FOR FLEA TREATMENT,WORMING ECT,BUT £10-£20 FOR EVERYTHING ELSE IS WORTH IT,YOU CAN ALSO IF ITS worth YOUR WHILE & £ TO GET PETS TO VETS ITS £15 THERE AND BACK AND THEY WAIT FOR YOU NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES!DOWN TO IF ITS CHEAPER AND IF YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR TAXI.PETS2VETS NUMBER PDSA CAN GIVE YOU,AGAIN CHECK IF ITS CHEAPER USING TAXI BOTH WAYS OR HAVING PETS2VETS WAIT FOR YOU AND IT MAYBE CHEAPER DEPENDING WERE U LIVE.PETS2VETS R GREAT AS THEY WAIT TIL UR DUN.
Clean, friendly. Staff are very polite. Vets and nurses are very helpful and keep you informed with the progress of your pet.
Such caring staff. They really helped me through a difficult loss.
I can't thank this charity enough if it wasn't for this charity my staffadshire bull terrier would still be suffering. The receptionist was very professional & polite & the vet that treated my buddy was amazing.
Polite staff, clean areas.
Great staff (minus the receptionist they ALWAYS seem to be blunt and pretty miserable) the vets are amazingly friendly with my dog though and considering this is a donation service for those of us less well off they offer your animal brilliant care couldn't thank the vets there enough for the hard work they do.
Great vets pleased with service hope they are back to normal soon
I can't thank the P.D.S.A. enough for all the help and support they've given us over the years .1ST with Rottweiler and now our Jack russell terrier, who, has diabetes . The staff work really hard long hours and the main aim is keeping our pets healthy and safe . They don't have any government help pdsa rely on donations .... The best vets in Plymouth 💯%
Took a family member there with there dog
Took our dog to be put to sleep to save her suffering plus wasn't up for her to be passed from pillar to post if we rehomed her which for us wasn't an option and the pdsa staff were excellent they left us in a private room while she passed away and gave us as long as we needed no trying to hurry us up couldn't fault them and they fully understood our reasons for wanting her put to sleep unlike other veterinary practices kept trying to persuade us to keep her going
I have no idea why Google thinks I used the PDSA hospital. I don't even have a pet.
I am sure it is a great place and does amazing work though !
Excellent , all vets and staff are well abiding with Covid rules . They come out and take your pet off for treatment .
Staff,nurses & vets are so helpful and understanding . I have had 2 dogs treated here & now a 3rd . I deffinately reccomend this practice .
I've had all my animals treated here, compassionate vets and nurses, bit of a wait sometimes but they do an awesome job
Fantastic job done on my cat that had been badly run over.
Lovely friendly staff,very clean premises.
Lovely staff. Very caring and compassionate after having our 13yr old cat put to sleep.
I turned up and i was seen with in 20 with out appointment for my dog
The staff were amazing and helped my beautiful Bobby pass very peacefully. They treated him so gently thank you so much
Staff are friendly, non-judgemental and were excellent with my nervous, elderly dog. Really lovely practice
Staff are lovely, caring, and super helpful. They empathise with the owners of the animals. I would definitely highly recommend
A very under valued place. They do amazing work for very little donations. No funding at all from government. Thank you to all the staff for looking after my dogs.
1st class service by 1st class vets, wouldn't want to take my dog anywhere else. Quite happy to pay the going rates when I'm able.
Kind and caring staff with A* treatment. We are so lucky in this society to have the PDSA. My puppy broke her toe and without the treatment offered by the PDSA I would have been in such a pickle.
Excellent caring thoughtful pleasant just Excellent
Slight wait to see the vet,but the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Brilliant vets that are helpful and approachable. Too many vistors leave without donating, which is sad, they can't survive on thin air!
I didn't love the experience as we had our cat put down but the vets where brilliant and very compassionate
Great place cheap and quite covid safe staff wise customers could do better
Brilliant vets, they look after my dog really well
Took the cats for their 2nd injections. Always a pleasant experience. Appointment on time. Vets are great.
Amazing people have always looked after my animals very polite and professional , what an amazing charity thanks matt .
Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment over the phone and they lack some of the services provided by regular vets. However, staff is brilliant and they are really good at what they do.
The vets are great! My only reason for the 4 star rating is the length of time you have to wait for medication.
I cant fsult the profrssional and compassionate way we were treated while my cat was with them even when he lost his fight. Thank you to all concerned.
What can you say! It's a fantastic charity brilliant staff, and a god send🐕 Bronson is so well looked after.
Good place one of the important places to go if you qualify. Please make that little extra effort to donate as each penny is desperately needed
They have been brilliant with my senior dog
Really clean place. Amazing staff. Bacardi didn't really like it but then shes a dog xx
Expect long waits, but it's an understaffed charity, so that's forgivable. Excellent care given to my dog with a dental operation.
It is a good vets... Only downfall is the booking in I was in a que waiting for over 20 mins and this is not a one time thing happens every time I am there.
Nice people may have to wait awhile passed your booking time but looks after your pets extremely well .
Great Pet Hospital! Very quick to see my dog and they were very time efficient and gentle with him throughout the examination!
Collected a prescription for my daughter's cat. Quick and friendly staff.
Amazing staff very helpful and provides a warm welcoming service recommended to many. Great help with costs as well.
Dealt with quickly and responsibly. Staff are wonderful and full of smiles which you need when you pass bad thank you very much
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable Vets.
It has changed a lot since we took our dog who passed away we took our pregant dog down there recently they were going to refuse to see her but in end they did. they said they will not see dogs like that anymore
Brilliant as usual all dealt within 40 minutes.
Excellent service was seen so quickly
Very good vets. Counter staff can sometimes be a bit rude. But the rest are great.
Lovely very good with your pets answers all questions you have .and very careing.
PDSA in Plymouth is a first class service. Vets and Staff are so helpful and friendly and want the best for your pet.
Great place.friendly helpful staff.hard place to get to by car ,roads dreadful but good vets and great service.
Excellent service and vets and staff are very good
Lovely staff, great treatment for your pets, lovely new facility near Derriford Hospital BUT, only if your on benefits.
Very helpful staff
Amazing place, the vets are so caring and kind, the reception ladies are really helpful wonderful place to take your fur babies xx
These people are animal angels! They are warm, friendly, helpful with advice and really care about your pets.
All these people do is help
Give them the respect that they deserve and stop expecting the service of a private vets
