R.Could not recommend these enough what a lovely company, we found these as our French bulldog was in need of a c section the vets we had arranged decided to close for 3 weeks leaving us with no options,, and worried for our girl, considering we'd never used lanes they were very helpful and saw us the same day , you could tell they thought about the animals and not the profit they make, prices are very reasonable, we could not have found a better vets to take care of our precious girl and she now has 6 beautiful healthy babies , what a lovely bunch of ladies they are we couldn't thank them enough for what they have done, we would definitely recommend using lanes. We won't be using anyone else in future, thank you ladies 😘

After reading the lovely Google reviews I decided to take my girl with her lifetime ear issue.
What a huge difference to her treatment!
The vet was amazing and extremely knowledgeable, and she is now on a medication that she has never been given.
The receptionist was exceptional and gave my girl a treat, she even took the time finding her a particular one that she likes!
My dog and I are so thrilled with this practice we will definitely be returning!

They put me and my little Perry at ease. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Perry was very relaxed considering how he is with other people coming near him.
C. S.Just joined this vet and couldn't recommend them enough. Really friendly staff, vet was extremely knowledgable and offered lots of advice and tips to manage my cats health, and super fast with blood test results and answering follow ups questions when I phoned up later in the day. Very happy.
P. A.This is the second time I have been to this vet with my cat. The first time I was very pleased and this time it was a different vet who was equally knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I am a healthcare professional myself and lately the level of care has not been good when it comes to humans. This vet treats the animals with respect and dignity and shows the same qualities when dealing with the owner. I am considering to enquire whether they would register me as a patient. I would rather come here than having to deal with my GP.

s. d.Douglas had his first visit to the vets for his 8 week check, worming, vaccination and microchip. The whole experience for us both was so relaxed and friendly. Any nerves he had vanished after a very warm welcome by the lovely receptionist. And the vet made him feel so safe and content that he didn’t bat an eyelid at his procedures! Everything was explained to me so clearly and I absolutely got the feeling that every single staff member cares so much about all the pets they see.
After a little nap when back home, Douglas is his usual, crazy, happy self and I am so pleased he will have the continuous support of such a welcoming, professional, reassuring, friendly vet team.
Recommend to anyone, amazing professional high class veterinary practice and amazing competitive prices! Absolute gem!!!!
H. S.Caring staff despite the Covid restrictions. Sadly not the outcome I would have wanted for my little man but didn't feel pressured to put him through tests and procedures he would have hated to end with the same result. Compassionate treatment for both myself and Alfie....Rest in Peace 🌈🌈
