H. W.Been looking after our Cane Corso really well after a lot of continuing health issues. We cannot fault their teams, especially the emergency and hydrotherapy ladies .. Nicky is amazing and has worked wonders!
D. F.Most of the staff are great. Some not so much. Have a few incidents of miscommunication as to where prescriptions will be collected or where appointments should be, when they have been told of my preferred choice but then make it at a different branch without telling me, only to find my preferred branch closed at appointment time, or prescriptions not there. The vets are the same, one in particular I don't have a great deal of confidence in but the others I've seen are fine.
B. M.Exceptional service. Would highly recommend. Vet Phil Masse was Super!We are a small holding and unfortunately needed an emergency call-out to our Cow 'Sage' recently. Phil was with us quickly, was very knowledgeable and very caring. Great lovely manner. Sage is 100% better now and only here today because of Phil's and Ribble Vets quick actions. Big thanks from Sage, her calf Xyla, Sister Thyme, and the Maddox family.
A. W.Visited the Vets in Penwortham for routine vaccinations - very clean and professional with a separate waiting area for cats. Vet took her time to check my cat carefully, give the injections and also arranged for a minor trim too. Advise given on a specific brush with no hard sell either... very happy with the service.
S. H.We have just transfered to this vets as sadly didn't feel my other vets giving a good service since being taken over. Well so glad l did. Sadly this week l l had to have our old lady PTS ...what gentle care was taken with her and us ...the vet and nurse were very very kind . Amazing xxx

S. H.I cant believe some of the reviews on here! I suspect some may be purely vindictive. We have always found everyone at Ribble Vets to be very professional and caring. Our dog is quite happy to visit especially if he can scrounge a few treats! Yes vet care isnt cheap- take it as a warning of what would happen if our nhs was privatised!! The sensible thing to do is to get your pet insured.
J. M.Sadly this week we made the very difficult decision to have our cat put to sleep. Everyone at Ribble Vets was so kind and professional they have made the whole process much easier to bear. I spoke to one gentlemen on reception a couple of times, he was amazing so comforting and understanding so a big thank you. 😀
J. H.We've used these vets for years, including before they moved to the purpose built facilities they are now in. This has only improved the service really. Caring friendly staff who are great with the owners as well as the animals. Good in an emergency and we've had a few significant ops on several pets with them over the years. Were very good on end of life care and final goodbyes with our old cat.
M. F.After a telephone call to the Surgery on Friday 24th July 2020, I received a timed consultation from Vet Sadie. Within an hour a prescription was issued for Tia and within 2 days she was free from Urinary (Slight) incontinence. We have used this Practice for our 4 previous Border Collies, so obviously we are delighted with the Friendly, Patient service. Highly recommended

I go there because they have up to date facilities such as cold laser therapy and a treadmill tank for arthritis and injuries etc. Sam is the very best vet I've seen for a long time. He's very caring and explains with patience. I'd recommend him every time.

M. P.A little bit more than a month on from Wilf having his emergency surgery, and all is good! Emergency operation over Easter to remove a pebble stuck in his intestines.... Excellent service from all the vets and nurses and staff who had dealings with us. Highly recommended. Thank you , Wilf is great and wouldn't know anything happened!

B. K.I brought my ageing labrador here when she started feeling ill. They were very thorough in their checks and tests, friendly staff aswell, but they are very expensive, they bill you for absolutley everything. The only thing that is free is the air you breath whilst in the building.
A. G.Good service and generally care about animals. My three rabbits got all there treatment done with them, operations went smooth and they gave us all the information and medicine for there recovery period.
