From application for our dog to bringing him home, the staff could not have done enough for us

J. H.The team at Preston branch could not have been more professional, supportive and helpful during the process of adopting our gorgeous Bertie.
They have since attended the school where we teach to promote the work of the RSPCA to our Year 5 and Year 6 class. If you are in an education setting, I would definitely recommend inviting them into school. They had prepared a PowerPoint presentation, including a video, and were excellent at answering the children’s questions.

B. O.We have been lucky enough to have had three dogs over the years from these hard working, friendly and positive people. Our most recent dog, Frank, has been another brilliant dog. They work so hard under unpredictable circumstances and deserve more recognition.
B. H.Such a lovely organisation run by some of the nicest people I have met. Got my Dog Amber from them two years ago and she still remembers them all. That's what I call making a great impression. Amber love's seeing them, which we do from time to time, always respecting the current Covid restrictions and or precautions.
