Always amazing service. I take my 3 bunnies and cat. They save me money with their care plan. Their booking system is brilliant. They always know where we are at with treatments and advise me accordingly. I usually see Jenny although they are ALL brilliant. Thank you. Great team work.

I rescued a dog last year and registered with Vets4pets at the capitol centre, they have been amazing! The team are very professional and the prices are very reasonable. I love the the health plan, its great value for money, it includes his boosters (including his kennel cough), his monthly flea, tick and worming treatments, his microchip, and additional vet and nurse consultants. Over the year I will be saving a small fortune! The team have been really friendly and helpful, offering lots of advice, useful tips, cuddles and treats for my dog. We will be back soon for his neuter operation, I have every faith that Tom, Fran and the team will take good care of him.

I have a cat who has been to this vets a few times, they have always been wonderful with Tiger when she needs to be seen. We also had our other cat Bubbles visit and she was put to sleep, the vet Tom was amazing and talked us through everything and Jenny was amazing aswell. All the staff are caring, and the reception staff always have a smile for you which is lovely

Professional team, offered different treatment options for our sick kittens, interested in what we pointed out about their health status, genuinely listened, even did a research about possible reactions our pets could had because of the vaccine they had at a different cabinet. Staff are faultless, friendly and will back bend to accommodate your pets needs. Procedures are pricey but vet expertise is well worth it. DON'T BUY MEDS UNLESS IT'S URGENT. they charge more than rrp for most medications, can save money by paying for an outside prescription and ordering online from Viovet or the like for a lot less. Clearly vets4pets isn't leveraging its brand well enough to get decent prices on the medicines.

Vets4pets Capitol are so good, they always take great care of my dogs and have done for years. They are very professional and i think their health care plans are excellent value for money. I love the friendly reception team , they always make such a fuss over my dogs. The nurses and vets are excellent too, taking extra time to explain everything in great detail. Such a lovely practice, I would highly recommend them.

Marley is an anxious boy. He was greeted and dealt with in a friendly and appropriate manner. It was obvious they were aware of his needs. He was seen swiftly by the nurse and had his procedure carried out quickly. He was back to me and happy.

We lost our boy in September 2021 although his condition had become worse since the previous December, Tom and the team were so caring and thoughtful and when the time came to say goodbye they could not have been more understanding at our distress and treated Rommel with so much care and kindness, we also have our girl Lexie registered here and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a vet in this area

I was with Vets 4 Pets for every animal I have had (so far) and they have been super helpful. I can't deny that vets are super expensive but you have to keep your animals alive and I had a good experience overall.

Wow, I'm absolutely overwhelmed with how amazing everyone at this practice is. My cat got quite ill, and they took him in straight away giving them about 5 minutes notice, and took amazing care of him. They made him feel comfortable and happy, gave me regular updates, and were great when I called up for a check up on him (numerous times 😂). I truly believe he wouldn't have gotten better treatment anywhere else. Thank you all very much for taking care of him.💕

We have been bringing our cat here for regular checkups, but we also had to bring her when she suddenly became ill. The staff were friendly and helpful, and did a fantastic job of getting her healthy again. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and put our minds at ease. The downside to this was that it cost over £2000 to have multiple foreign objects removed from her stomach, as well as overnight stays and associated medication. Thankfully we have an insurance policy for the cat, but these costs seem higher than other vets.

Staff are always super friendly and lovey with my pups. Betsy is still a puppy and was spooked by another dog barking at her, she’s never been nervous or shy at the vets before. These are extremely difficult times for all of us, and those who provide personal services more than most. The staff have taken every precaution to protect themselves and their customers. The revised procedures were fully explained when we made the appointment and again when we arrived. The service was friendly and professional as always. I called and spoke with a lovely lady regarding my dog Buddy and told her the symptoms he was presenting. She called back as promised promptly to say the vet would see Buddy in-between appointments as they was a concern that he needed immediate treatment. I arrived and buddy was seen within 30mins and prescribe medication which have been successfully in getting my Dog better 😀

From them mintue you walk up to reseption its clean tidy well planned out. The receptionist was happy and clear with instructions . Nurse was great listened to me and know the dog . The staff member who took my call was polite, friendly and professional. They fit me in the very same day when I couldn't get to my local vets. This was my first visit and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, I really couldn't fault much about the visit. My cat is a little nervous so an area out of the openness of the pets at home store, so a little quieter would have been preferred but I was only seated for 5 mins before being seen. The vet treated my cat very well and gently and I came away feeling reassured and happy with my visit (my cat had an open sore abscess). I wouldn't think twice about using them again and have already recommended them to friends and family. Thank you to he team for fitting me in and helping my little lady. It was very much appreciated.

Pleasant reception, good awareness of rabbit health, nice manner and my rabbit recovered from GI Stasis within hours of treatment. Highly recommend....although we once took a slightly snarly Border Collie and we weren't happy with the vet service provided. So I suppose it just depends.

Emily the vet was just so lovely and explained everything thoroughly. She listened to any thoughts I had and gave Meeko a thorough check over. Because of Covid I couldn't actually be in the room but felt confident to leave Meeko with Emily as she was so caring.

Totally amazing since I’ve had to hand reared my pup Precious from 2 days old after My Vets on A6 Preston failed to Recognise her mum Kia had peritonitis From a C section which they performed on her despite them leaving her to suffer in pain for several hours as we didn’t take credit card for the payment for the emergence operation ( disgraceful ) vets for pets have fully supported me ever sort of the way
