F. M.To the team at Crossroads. We will be eternally grateful for the support and amazing care you gave our pointer Spock. We thought it was a minor issue and turned into something much worse with emergency surgery. It was the worst week of our lives but thanks to you all we have our boy back at home. We were really impressed with everyone, although we have a massive soft spot for the nurses as they managed to get Spock up and about with patience, care and love. A special thanks to Leanne for our videos of his progress and for taking care of us too when we were clearly in distress. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We have had some very bad experiences with vets over the years, and we had lost confidence in them, until we went to Watlington. Our pets see the same vet who gets to know them and us, which is less stressful for everyone concerned.
A lovely practice, lovely staff and very caring vets, thank you.

Just don't buy the medicated pet food from them. It is literally 4 times cheaper online!! (Probably because they don't sell much. Economics hey?)
