B. M.My dog, Willow, got bitten and had a wound on her chest. I took her in and was advised that it couldnt be closed until the infection had reduced. I was told the reasoning for every step of the process and was assured that she would be fine. I was given options if I wanted a cone or a vest and told prices before making the decision. She needed pain relief and instead of making me buy a new box, told me the box I already had at home would be fine. I took her back a few days later for it to be stitched which required her to be sedated. This was very upsetting for me and I was comforted throughout the whole process. They treated Willow amazingly when she was in for the surgery, giving her comfort and tending to her needs. Her stitches are incredibly neat, they couldn’t have done a better job. When you leave your pet in the responsibility of others it’s always a worry, but I can honestly say that they treated both myself and Willow amazingly. I had a bill breakdown for everything they did/used and were more than happy to answer any questions I had for them. I would highly reccommend to anyone.
