The team were warm and understanding as our dog is currently being trained and is very exitable. Far us a spot away from dogs. Reception folk and vet very friendly and welcoming. Even the guy who was pricing cat boxes was kind and helpfull, she is bark reactive to some people and he was happy to have a fuss. This survey was way too many questions though ;)

I have been taking my dog here for a year, since she was a pup. She is incredibly anxious even after having her anti anxiety medication and the staff are amazing with her! The receptionists are lovely! The nurses are great! The vets are knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this vet practice!

The staff are always wonderful. We have had continuity of care for Cassie from vaccination to spaying. The staff are lovely and so friendly and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble! From receptionist, to nurse, to vet, we have experienced a friendly, top class service.

Everyone at vets4pets is always so helpful. The reception staff managed to get me booked in quickly considering it was a busy bank holiday weekend. The Nurse practitioner Abbie was so helpful on the day after our visit explained the dosage of medicine and showed general concern for Winnie’s welfare. Thanks so much for all being so lovely and working so hard.

I took my cat in to be spayed and was not expecting any issues. However, when I collected her, I was told I was lucky I took her in when I did, as her uterus was full of pus. The vet and the nurse explained in detail, what it was and it is not something that I could have known, as I felt extremely guilty. They took the time to tell me that it wasn't my fault at all and explained about hormone changes etc and completely put my mind at rest. Basically, they saved her life, for which I will be eternally grateful for. Thank you so, so much Vets4Pets. A+++++

We visited Vets 4 Pets as our hamster was not well. From the first telephone conversation I knew we were in good hands. The receptionist was kind, sympathetic and helpful and managed to get an appointment for us quickly. Our vet and the nurse that treated Penelope were both very professional and friendly and when it came time to have our hamster put to sleep very sincere and kind. We have since received a hand written condolence card in the post with a pack of forget me nots to plant in the garden from them which is so kind. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This was not our usual vet surgeon. It was an emergency and we could not get an appointment. We called into this place as it was local and they could see us. A nurse came out checked our dog and took the necessary action and follow up action.

So happy with the service I receive here. It's open evenings and weekends so its always possible to get a convenient appointment. All the vets and reception staff I've encountered have been very kind and friendly. My cat had an operation here and I couldn't be happier with the treatment and care she received. Luckily I've got insurance but it also seems to be reasonably priced

It was for a tick removal, although they was fully booked they fitted me in within an hour. Explained how to remove ticks at home and eased my concerns/anxietys about them on my dog and at home. Left with some tick prevention and tick removers.

They did so well with my buck rabbits castration that I registered all my pets. I then too my doe as she had a bad eye but had recently had kits. We took all of them in where they were cuddled and fussed, making the whole process much calmer for our doe. Most recently, our old girl dog was displaying unusual behaviour. They had us in on the same day and handled the situation incredibly well. The vet suggested painkillers for her arthritis and some calming medication as she was displaying signs of anxiety. I chose to have a health check blood test (thankfully came back fine in just a couple of days). I'm pleased to say the meds are really helping and we've got our happy girl back again! I called our previous vet to get a like for like quote, the saving at Vets4Pets was pretty incredible really. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment and left for the vets, i arrived to find my appointment had been cancelled and been called when i was leaving (driving) so didnt take the call. The nurse who was in reception took a quick look at my rabbits and said she would see me. My rabbits went because they were underweight, she gave me something for them until i was able to see the vet the next day. I saw the vet, she looked at their history, examined both of them, asked me many questions. Came up with a plan and asked me to return in 2 weeks (or less if theres issues). Overall im happy that the nurse saw me even though my appointment was cancelled, i was concerned about my rabbits' health. And the vet was very helpful with a treatment for them.
