I bought my 3 year old dog here after being unhappy with service at my previous vets, I’m always able to get an appointment and Monique (the vet) and Roger (the practice manager) are always so friendly and helpful. I always leave feeling happy and at ease, as does my dog.

Helped me out when I was in a bit of a state after a Doggy broken toenail on a walk, the staff were calm and really helpful. Toenail fix and sorted within an hour or so. Couldn't be more grateful.

Such lovely vets. I had to take my pug to be put down and they were so kind and sensitive. I also take my cat to the Thornhill venue and they are always knowledgeable, friendly and obviously care about the animals. I always deal with the same vet and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, the other staff are all excellent too. I won't take my cat anywhere else.

They've been really great with our cat Harry and always helpful when we call. After issues with our previous vet restricting their services during lockdown, we moved to this vet. They have offered an excellent service during the pandemic with all safety measures in place but putting the animals first. So far so good for us.

Per vet on Thornhill park Road was highly recommended to me. I looked up the reviews on here and I think people that are posting the negative ones have got the wrong vets. I phoned them last week to get my cat neutered, i expressed how nervous he was and hates dogs. They booked him in for today, because they had no dogs in to frighten him. I expressed my concerns for a cut he got over the weekend from fighting with another cat. They looked at it, gave him some antibiotics and clipped his nails all for free. (Not that I would have mind paying) As for his neutering, he looks really well, has come home happy and not frightened in the slightest. I love the amount of after care advise I was given and how they said goodbye to my cat, like he was their buddy. Definitely recommend them. Thank you monique, elma and Co.

Highly Recommended! My family have been bringing our pets to this practice for many years, ranging from a tortoise, to cats, and dogs. We have always experienced first class treatment and the well being and health of the animals has always been put first. We have nothing but praise for Monique and her staff. She is an excellent vet who will always be honest and open, would highly recommend this practice. Thank you for all you do.

I visit regularly due to rescue work, and Monique the vet, Roger the Practice Manager and all the staff treat me, and the animals in my care, with their professional and friendly approach. Gives me total confidence in how they treat animals.

My dog was very ill and I really felt happy leaving him there over night. A bit costly though. But if you want piece of mind it comes with a cost. I'm insured and they are very helpful and quick at getting things sorted. Insurance company that's another stort

What can I say.. at first apprehensive about this vets surgery having read a few reviews. Took our cat there having sustained a serious traffic injury, wow I can not praise this vets surgery enough. 7/8 weeks later they have managed to save my moggies leg with intricate skin grafts and pure dedication, if you had seen leg after incident and leg now you would appreciate the skills in repairing and rebuilding his leg, and with there advice as to home care our moggie with be bk on four paws very soon. Can't thank or praise high enough..

Although some may take this vet to be cold and callous, i can assure you this is not the case. She provided knowledgable advice on how to help my beloved pet reptile and he is now on the mend. This vet knows her stuff, and was kind and not judgemental. Didnt try to make a pretty penny out of me, which just goes to show this vet is genuine and her heart is in her job. I reccomend this vet to any reptile owners. Thank you so much!

Superb - The whole practice is professional, knowledgable and fantastic. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Our little dog had a stroke and died at home. They were very considerate of her body and our emotional state. Later that week they sent us a "condolence" card. Very thoughtful and caring. Thank you.

The vet I had seen spotted something wrong with my dog that even we couldn't spot, even though this resulted in us having to make the sad decision to put him to sleep they were so supportive and because we didn't live in the area when we got home we received a lovely card from them, the ashes box was beautiful that my boy came in with a nice flower on top, and the vet also didn't charge us for the xray that she did that showed tumors, they showed nothing but sympathy for me in my hard time, absolutely great team 🖤🐾

Brilliant service and helped us really quickly when our pet Degu was very poorly we popped up within 15 mins and the vet could see him, unfortunately we had to put him down due to his age but service was brilliant and he was presented back to us really nicely so we could bury him. Thankyou
