The vets and staff are very friendly and do an excellent job of explaining everything to us. They were also very well organised during lockdown, which helped us look after our pets without any undue anxiety. Their pet plans are also affordable and comprehensive. Thank you Unicorn Vets!

Very good and friendly service. I feel like my pet was in safe hands and received a phone update when they woke him up. Plus the castration fee includes two check up visits. The staff explain everything in detail. Good opening hours. Car park on site and easy to get to. It's small but both tones I've been there it had about 5 spaces free. Reasonable waiting times. Reasonable pricing and I found their starter pack handy, you can get: the jabs, flea and worming treatments in a pack. Friendly staff both at the reception and the vets themselves. I am moving from my current vets to them because they're so much better and have appointments which means I don't have to sit in a queue for 30-60 minutes. And they're open 6 days a week and until 7 on weekdays which is quite good.

We've used Unicorn Vets for many years now and have always had exceptional service. The staff are so lovely and are genuinely caring. We're members of the health club which has been fantastic. When our cat needed an operation they took care of all the insurance claim which took a lot of stress out of the situation.

Kind and helpful staff, always eager to help with queries in person or over the phone. I have complete faith in our vet who has taken great care of our elderly rescue cat. Emergency appointments are usually available the same day and treatments are reasonably priced.

All staff are professional, sympathetic, caring and understanding. I have never met a team quite as amazing as the team at this veterinary clinic. I had unbelievable support during a difficult time and my cats life was saved several times. He was looked after like he was one of theirs and lived a very happy life right up to the end because of the support and care he received. They always made time for me to visit my cat when he was admitted and always kept me updated with his health. I highly recommend them and I will never forget how they helped my cat and I.

I have 3 pets , 2 dog's and 1 cat and I have been with unicorn vets for approximately 4 years. During this time me and my pets have received excellent care from all involved and I wouldn't go anywhere else. My animals are the most important thing to me and I would not entrust them just to anyone. The staff are always ready to help even if it's just to reassure me over the phone that I am doing the right thing or whether it's necessary to book An appointment . The reception staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile . The staff there are so friendly and helpful and made sure that I got the best value for money. They also dealt with a previous cat that had to be put down with a high degree of sensitivity and care. I have been going to Park surgery for over 20 years, with a variety of animals, and have always been delighted with their service. My cat has just had 9 teeth removed and his recovery is hampered by a viral infection, but they are keeping a close eye on him and ensuring he is pain-free and comfortable whilst treating the virus. I am very impressed with their dedication, and Cathy, the receptionist, is worth her weight in gold.

Never had a bad experience here. The staff are always lovely and my dog Penny absolutely loves coming here. When she got hit by a push bike I was so distraught. The staff were so caring and professional about the whole thing. They went above and beyond to ensure that Penny and I were both okay. Cannot express just how much I love this place!

I often to go Unicorn vets with my sister with her pets and the environment is always nice and all the staff are friendly and chatty. Any time I have accompanied my sister regarding her pets the nurses have always included me with explaining how to care for them post op and are very thorough with after care. 🐶🐭😊

Have used this vets for years, staff are very friendly but sometimes it can be a long wait if they are busy but if it's an emergency then they will try and fit you in which inevitably leads to longer waiting times. The only issue is that they dont open every Saturday and without a car cannot travel to their other surgery so end up going to a different practice.

I always look forward to take my cats to Unicorn Vets Park Surgery. We are always greeted by a very friendly staff that make us feel welcome. My cats' vet, Kevin, is known in my family, from all the stories, as the cat whisperer :) His approach towards my cats is magical. Even our eldest, 14 yo cat, who never behaved in vet's office before, lets him examine her and vaccinate without a sign of stress. She always purrs and gives him a gentle forehead bump :) I highly recommend! Thank you Unicorn Vets :)

I've been using Unicorn Vets (Park Surgery) for almost 10 years and I can't recommend them enough. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the clinical staff are excellent. Kevin has looked after my hamsters, duprasi, mice, acacia rats and harvest mice; he's gone the extra mile to research treatments and think outside the box, especially for the exotics. He's treated all manner of conditions in them and has successfully performed surgeries including spays on hamsters. Only 1 of my rodents has been lost under/soon after surgery, and that was after he'd rung me to break the news there was tumour everywhere and we'd agreed to let her pass under the anaesthetic. He now looks after my nervous little dog too with great understanding and kindness.

Had my parents dog over and found a tick on our dog. Tried to remove the tick ourselves, but dog was agitated. Went over to unicorn vets and they were very happy to help. Calmed the dog down, removed the tick instantly.
