My cat seems better. And seemed better almost immediately. I’d have liked to have been told the price of the blood tests (£180) before carrying them out as that’s not a small amount of money. I would have said go ahead anyway but as I wasn’t told the code I assumed it wasn’t anything like that much - so it was a shock. Apart from that though, excellent Vet, Nurse and results 👍🏻👍🏻

Always been a brilliant vets. Been taking my male Netherland dwarf rabbit there for 2 years and it's always been brilliant. He's had all his vaccines, neutering and health checks here and he genuinely likes going... He loves the attention he gets. This time he took his new girlfriend who has only been with us for just over a month and they had their vaccines done together :) it was lovely to also get a general health check. The male vet I had was brilliant and handled them quickly when they didn't like it. I find it very hard to trust people with my animals but taking them to the vet is relaxing thanks to vets for pets hedge end :)

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The vet was clear in the course of action and the need for a follow up appointment to check on progress. The only downside was the cost. The vet doesn't know what we are dealing with yet and the cost is already nearly £100 without any tests or knowing whether the cream given will work.

The receptionists were very friendly, kind and caring. The nurse was also very nice. Unfortunately the Vet was very inconsiderate, uncaring, rude and disinterested. First my Dog is a people person, he likes to say hello, normally I reign him in so as to not scare someone. He was gently sitting at the Vet's feet saying hello and their response was "Please hold your Pet." Usually I have found a vet will introduce themselves and calmly talk to you about your Pet, this was not the case here. I still have no idea of the Vet's actual name. They then proceeded to interrogate us mixing the same questions over and over again into the conversation. Either I wasn't heard or I didn't give the correct answers. After this began the examination, at no time did they tell us what they were doing while my dog was being handled, nor did they even give us a clue as to what they were looking for. They disappeared three times during, no reason was audibly given. At the end of the consultation we were presented with some options, the Vet briefly explained what they thought was wrong but they were very non-committal in any of their answers. I feel as though I need a second opinion, this Vet was so disinterested I don't believe they care about Pets at all and we had just disturbed their lunch break.

The vets that we see are always very friendly and interested in George. The vet that we saw on our most recent visit was kind and understanding and did a great job of making a fuss of George. George is never afraid to come to the vets and always behaves well because he is always well taken care of. I highly recommend your practice as it's always welcoming to us both, is reasonably priced and the staff are so understanding. Even having moved out of the area I chose to come back to Hedge End every time because of the high level of service we always receive. Thank you all!

Booking an appointment was extremely easy and convenient. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, and the vet was helpful and knowledgeable. He made our dog feel comfortable, and handled her with a lot of care.

When I first called the receptionist was so understanding and took the time to answer all my questions even ones the were concerning my other cat who didn’t need to see the vet. The new procedures to see the vet were really clear and the vet himself was very professional and brilliant with my cat. I’m very grateful to all the team.

Could fit us in quickly despite it being a Sunday when our dog ate some raisins. They didn’t charge hundreds either despite it being an emergency vet appointment. Lovely staff too.
