Took my kitten here for a check up before her spay, reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Vet that I saw explained everything I could have asked, made sure my cat felt comfortable and ensured I knew everything I could before the procedure. Booked in for just over a week later, very impressed!

A wonderful group of caring people who have your pets best interests at heart. They are patient and understanding explaining everything clearly, making sure you fully understand what is going on. They explained exactly how much I could expect to pay ensuring, as much as they could, barring any nasty surprises. The care they provided for my dog was/is second to none. Working around his insecurities. Everything was done to limit his stress levels and keep him calm. I was fully informed and kept up to date with everything in a no nonsense and caring way. I will continue to go here for all my pets needs. I would most definitely recommend them.

Friendly and polite Receptionist, who also explained the treatment plan. Vet was also friendly and kind; made a fuss of my puppy. It was his first visit and she gave him some treats for the vaccination. Very warm welcome and lovely staff.

I needed an urgent appointment and this was made for us trouble free- we could see the vet within an hour. Dog was treated very kindly and everything was explained . He was able to have prompt treatment to prevent any other complications. we did not have to wait long to be called in once we arrived a the vet. Very grateful for such great service

Explained everything they were going to do step by step. I asked about nail trimming and they where happy to do this while my kittens were under anesthesia. Very happy with the service here and would recommend to anyone with animals to come here.

Our cat hadn't eaten for a couple of days, got appointment same day, had to phone on arrival then let in when time to see the vet. All really caring staff, did blood test and gave antibiotics. Still not right next morning, so taken in for fluids and antibiotics over the day, allowed home overnight where ate us out of house and home, took back next day and where given tablets and sent home with call us if you need anything more. They just couldn't do more to care.

We chose this practice as our vets 12 years ago purely for convenience. The best decision we could of made. Our eldest pup has always had the best care, our youngest pup was unfortunately diagnosed with a serious condition 18 months ago. The vet diagnosed her straight away which basically saved her life that day. The knowledge and experience kept her going for another 18 months. The care and love they showed my pup was second to none, they also guided us through a very difficult time. They are the best team and we will always be thankful.

Took my cat here for the first time. Even with covid procedures and having to wait in the car park for the vet to come out they still show so much care and compassion towards you and your pet. which is amazing. they didnt force anything on me and always spoke to me about everything they needed to do. She needed dental surgery and had a few teeth removed and when I went to pick her up the vets explained everything to me and was so loving towards my cat which just put me straight at ease. Also last year my other cat passed away I had registered him here just before he passed by an accident that happened on the road and they sent me a lovely card with their condolences which really nice. They really do care about your pets here.

As always, I received a warm welcome and saw the vet who took time to listen to my worries about Snowball's eye as well as carry out all checks for the annual health check. The vet (Sadie?) was very affectionate towards Snowball and let her roam when she wanted but took care as not to stress her when checks and injections done. Thank you for your care. Friendly, helpful staff and quick service. Our rescue dog can be problematic with other dogs and people. The vet collected him from the car park, they were in and out in no time with no issues.

This vet provides good pet care. The only thing that makes me think whether I should come back or not is the condescending attitude of the vets/nurses/reception towards the owners. Whilst they seem to care for the pet, they are not very nice to the owners according to my experience.

Best vet practice I have ever taken an animal to. I have used them for 8 years with my cat, brilliant care from Clem and all the other staff are so helpful and compassionate towards animals. I made the mistake of going to another branch of Vets for Pets, totally different experience. I'm really sad to hear Clem is leaving, I hope his attitude and care of animals will live on in the care and practice of the other staff after he leaves.

I have used this practice for many years with my cat. Clem was my cat's vet and he was one in a million, wonderful vet. I have been happy with care since Clem left. I have tried another V4P in Merry Oak and was disgusted by the receptonists. Although Hill Lane is further for me the care and service is far superior to elsewhere. I can't believe how much pharmacutical companies can charge for vet meds. Thank God UK humans have the NHS. I don't have insurance so it's my own fault but quite shocking. The visit price was acceptable. I would recommend anyone needing a vet to use this branch.

I have 2 cats one here and one at companion care at pets at home. After a few months I have decided o take both cats to pets at home companion care as the vets and nurses are so much nicer better with the animal and helping me understand and at keep me at ease. At companion care it's a little more expensive but it's worth it when I see how much nicer my little kitty is being treated especially Bridget :)

For 10 years Clem has been looking after my Westies health. Can't praise him highly enough. Diagnosed my dog with Cancer recently but broke the news with compassion. All staff are great. A vets I trust totally.
