Fantastic vet and practice staff. Every decision they make is in the best interest of your beloved family pet. Sad to see them getting verbal abuse and petty 1 star reviews due to few individuals who don’t like to cooperative with simple safety measures, which are solely there to ensure they are open and available at all times for your animals and to avoid closures. Our adolescent dog has required a few visits and we’ve been happy with their advice, treatments and customer service every time.

Judith and her team have always been very helpful and caring particularly when Lucy was diagnosed with Soft Tissue Sarcoma recently. She will be monitored every 3 months by Judith to quickly identify if the cancer returns. Judith and her team are very professional and are very accommodating when arranging an appointment quickly when Lucy needs to be seen urgently. A sincere ‘thank you’ to all.

We hIghly recommend Judith and her lovely colleagues! Judith saved my little cat’s eyesight last year through immediate compassionate care. Just last week they sorted out her dehydration, cystitis and eyes issues again. Belle is nearly 19 and has a few issues, not least being fairly aggressive towards vets, nevertheless, she always receives excellent care from Vets4Pets in Totton. 💗🐾🐾

Took amazing care of my dog. Lump removed from her side and her teeth in the same surgery. She was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief, little woozy still but keen to eat soft food whilst recovering. I was called the next day to see how she was getting on. It really felt like all the staff are capable, friendly and care about the animals they treat. Cost, whilst vets are never cheap wasn't excessive, and the aftercare was included. This involved two further appointments, at the first she needed staples as she had managed to twist around to chew a couple of stitches out. The final nurse appointment to remove the stitches and staples was done so gently she didn't even flinch. At the time of my appointments there are COVID restrictions on the number of people allowed in and masks must be worn. Parking outside is limited and restricted to 20 minutes. However, there is a pay and display carpark behind. Most of my appointments were delayed, once trumped by an emergency with a poorly chicken, so I'd advise using the carpark as the traffic warden does walk the route often.

As always the reception team are welcoming and friendly I feel totally at ease leaving my dog in Judiths care It always a anxious time but the team put you at ease and phoned as soon as my dog was in recovery I have been using this practice for years and have been happy to recommend it to friends and colleagues

This morning l took my cat Cleatus in to this vets practice to be neutered. They went beyond & above all my expectations. On the way there he had an “accident” l was mortified & apologised on his behalf. They assured me not to worry & said we will clean him up. Before lunchtime they called to inform me he had come round & was ok, had had a bite to eat & to inform me of when l could pick him up. On picking him up l was given a sheet with after care details & was told if he looked a bit damp still it was because they had bathed him to freshen him up. I cannot praise this vets practice enough. Thanks to all involved for looking after my fur baby. I am very grateful for the care given to him.

My Kerry Blue Terrier was looked at by Judith and it was recommended he have surgery to remove lumps even though he was nearly 12. I was extremely pleased with the fact that she confirmed it was a simple procedure and even though I only wanted 1 removed she offered to remove 2 with no extra charge - the quote was a lot less surgery for the same thing two years previous with another vet. The whole experience and care received was exceptional and for a fraction of the price was amazing value.

I’ve never had a problem with this vet. They’re always willing to help and very good with my cats always let my cats into the surgery so the traffic on the road doesn’t scare them (not myself due to the pandemic which is totally understandable). I also find them to be reasonably priced too 😊

All staff I spoke with were extremely pleasant and took time to explain options for kittens first vet visit including costs etc. The receptionist knew I wld need to come back and automatically made me the second appointment for the same day/time which was great. Other staff were also attentive and helped answer any questions about neutering etc.

I feel compelled to write this review as Judith is Just the most amazing vet ever ! Saved my old dogs eye when another vet just thought it wasn’t worth bothering with ! She is always professional , caring and compassionate . I have in the past had dogs operated on by her and in my opinion her surgery skills are incredible and I would not trust my dearly loved dogs to any one else . The team of nursing staff are always helpful and through this difficult time with covid restrictions have been wonderful ! I would highly recommend this vets practice and I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Have used this vet since opening, always been great service. Recently had young dog throwing up seen very quickly, the vet was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and obviously cares a lot for the animals in her care . Putting me at ease everytime. Even taking time to ring me to discuss feeding as she became extremely picky and wouldn't eat after this episode. No one else I would trust. 100% recommend.

Waiting outside due to covid was only a slight problem as my puppy is a new rescue and is still settling. I have had over 10 visits now to this friendly helpful surgery. Treated my hamsters well and vet was very knowledgeable and confident which is hard to find in a vet surgery locally. One of my small animals who had a fall managed to recover with the expertise shown despite the small chances of this. Compassion was shown when other animals had to be put to sleep. Pricing is also fair.Great too with my cat who was a stray and never been a sturdy animal.

I have just taken my dog to this vets as an emergency due to her hurting her leg at the beach (we think). The receptionist was really lovely on the phone, very helpful and patient. We were given the next available appointment which was only an hours wait and seen by the most fabulous vet. Social distancing was maintained as no owners were allowed in the shop. The vet came outside and took Ronnie in to weigh and examine her. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Absolutely lovely vets they saw our little cat Esme 6 weeks ago at short notice, she had broken her pelvis and nothing was too much trouble, even following up with phone calls to check on progress and all with the current lockdown restrictions, very professional set up. I was so impressed I registered our new kitten there today as we have had a few issues issues since he arrived last week, again the set up they have place during the restrictions are very good and Judith was so thorough with my new boy and gave complete peace of mind, highly recommended 👍👍👍

I wouldn’t take my dogs to any other vets. I moved out of the area 4 years ago and now live in Dorset, I pass various vets on my way into Totton but like I said I wouldn’t take my dogs to nobody, other than Judith. She’s kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I can tell just how kind Judith is towards animals, as my dog Milo will only walk into the surgery with her, (due to covid, understandably we have to stay outside) and if anyone else try’s to lead her in (other than myself and Judith) she fights and try’s to get free and is completely terrified. I’ve left several concerns and questions with the receptionist and Judith has never failed to call me back and give me free advice and knowledge. Best vet ever!!! 100% recommended!!!!

Great vets - always smells clean and the staff are friendly. Judith has some sort of magic in her methods... She managed to get my dog to swallow some tablets, my usually grumpy old cat was surprisingly at ease in being handled by her too. Today I brought one of my guinea pigs in and she very carefully managed to extract three very well stuck bits of hay from her eye. All the while, reassuring myself and my daughter and giving us care advice. Pricing and care plans are very reasonable.

We are so pleased with this vets and will definitely be recommending to everyone. We use to go to Seadown but after waiting months for a phone call (that never came) or constantly being told they couldn't see us we decided to look for another vets....... So glad I did. From the moment we contacted Vets4Pets in Totton, they have been nothing but super! The receptionist is always friendly, polite, helpful and understanding. Despite the covid situation, the vets allow you to bring your pet to them so they can have a proper look and assess what might be wrong rather than trying to work out through a disjointed virtual meeting (that normally costs just the same as an actual meeting). They are taking all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe but still offer a fab service. This vets have booked us in quickly and promptly. Whilst our pet was at the vets for the day, they rang to keep us informed and reassured. When we arrived to pick our dog up, they gave us lots of information and explained everything clearly. Compared to Seadown, not only do Vets4Pets provide a friendly and better customer service but they are also a lot cheaper so we will definitely be using Vets4Pets from now on and recommending. Thank you to everyone at the Totton branch - you have all been so helpful and lovely.
