I've been using Burton animal hospital for a while now for all of my cats. Though no vets are cheap, I can safely say they always given the best care to my animals without trying to charge for unnecessary treatment like some vets do. Highly recommended.

I Went today with my kitten for her 1st checkup, I was welcomed by Lisa (receptionist) who was really lovely and welcoming... she notified the vet that we had arrived! The vet was really amazing and knowledgeable and soo gentle with my kitten and reassuring about her check up today, Very happy with today visit will be back in a few weeks for 2nd jab.👍

Brilliant vets been using these since we had our dog back in 2011. Really friendly and can always get an appointment pretty quick. Went yesterday for my dogs boosters and noticed the pet plan so I signed up saved a fortune. I would well recommended

Just had to say that the Staff are genuinely very helpful and friendly , unfortunately we visited for a very sad reason our twins staffies had reached the end of their journey and were euthanized together in a very sympathetic way , no rush and genuinely empathy shown by the team 😢

Staff are friendly and always make a fuss of the animals that come through the doors. We always manage to get an appointment last minute which is good. Only thing is we never seem to see the same vet which is a shame as we had to come in 3 days in a row and every day it was a different vet so we had to go back over the story. The new building is lovely.

Brilliant vets. All the staff are lovely. Our staffie actually enjoyed going. When she became poorly and eventually had to be put to sleep, the staff were wonderful. So kind and caring. Everything was explained to us and it was clear how much they cared and how much they love all animals. They even sent us a card expressing their condolences. If we ever have another pet we will always choose burton animal hospital for all of their health needs.

We have recently moved to the area with our elderly cat Ebony, who has long term health issues. We had been with our previous vet for over 6 years and he was amazing so we were naturally apprehensive about starting out with a new vet but we shouldn't have worried; the staff at Burton Animal Hospital were welcoming from the off and the standard of care is excellent. Ebony recently had some blood tests and within 24 hours the vet had called to discuss next steps, taking her time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. Really pleased we chose this practice

When our elderly cat became unwell this week we thought we were going to loose her. We took her in as an emergency on Monday and Cecile admitted her for the day, starting re-hydration therapy. She had to go in again on Tuesday and Wednesday and the results were amazing and she is so much better. The level of care here is 1st class and all of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Of particular mention on this occasion, our thanks go to Cecile, Ashley, Laura and Lisa - thank you all from Pauline, Keith and of course Ebony.

We took into account your comments after speaking directly with you and the member of staff has had full re training and as a good will gesture we have given you free wormers. After hearing lots of great feedback, we recently registered our Jackapoo- Mango with Burton Vets and attended our first appointment for a Booster Vaccination/check up yesterday. Under the Covid-19 regulations, we were unable to go inside the Practice, but instead we were greeted outside by Cecile, who was carrying out the check up for Mango. Keeping the 2m distance, Cecile spent a good 20mins asking us about Mango and ourselves, which instantly made us feel welcome and valued as new customers. She took the time to have a little play with Mango, so when they had to go inside without us, Mango was more than happy to leave us behind! Following the Vaccinations, Cecile came back outside, with Mango receiving the biggest cuddle from her, which was heart warming to see and I’m sure created a positive memory for Mango. Cecile then debriefed us about how the treatment went and highlighted any issues in detail with us, and arranged further appointments. From start to finish, the service we received from Burton Vets was outstanding. Cecile seems like a Vet you can trust, who shows genuine interest for you and your pet, which, from my own experiences is hard to find. Thanks team Burton!

Been using these vets since my dog was a pup. Hes now 4. Staff are friendly and the vets take the time and introduce themselves to my dog each time we have to go so he can get used to them rather than going straight to work.
