K. e. b. W.Tragically had to send my boy Gus over the rainbow Bridge on Tuesday 29th march. He was seen by Claire and Jane, who acted very promptly to get him to Longton. They've known Gus since he was 8 weeks old, and have always given the best care, compassion and friendliness. And I want to say thank you to all the staff and vets also to all at Longton.
K. R.Following Covid measures means having to hand your dog over and wait outside. Luckily Muppet is fond of the staff at R,B&B so no problems. I had a phone call for an in-depth discussion with the vet which ended with a satisfactory treatment plan.
S.Dudley Cat will just about tolerate you, but I think your service is amazing. Always thorough & talk me through everything. I feel at ease knowing Dudley is well looked after. :)
A. H.Very friendly and helpful. They offer great advice about your pet and are reasonably priced too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They also have several branches in the area.
C. H.Staff are always very helpful, easy to talk to and very accommodating. My dog is very fearful of people, particularly vets after having major surgery, but staff are always very helpful in arranging his appointments during quieter periods to avoid too much stress.
S. H.Dealing with all sorts of pets and animals, great service and cheaper than some of the alternatives, quick service and good advice, lovely helpful staff and small carpark to pop in for a quick visit, even advised on how to sort it out at home rather than paying for lots of visits.
M. T.Nice vets. Nice staff. great with our cat. but they are always running behind schedule and after a 10 hour day to be sitting waiting for a while after appointment time just to then realise you aren't even next.... just allow more time for appointments. also parking is sometimes difficult.

I always experience considerate, thoughtful and professional service from everyone who works there Vets, Nurses, Reception staff.. On the occasions I have to leave my animals with them I know they will be cherished. They know about the animals they treat not just as a species or a breed but as individuals with personalities of their own. I have complete trust that the most appropriate treatment will be offered and I am confident about the quality of the advice they give me.

C. B.We have been a long standing customer of the cheadle branch of RBB. The team never fail to deliver compassion and care for my animals in a confident and professional manner. I know I can ring for advice or help anytime. When my dogs have come to the end of their precious life, the team have been there to support us all, with end of life care, and support to us as a family. Their care and compassion is outstanding.
M. H.New rules because of Covid restrictions but the vet called throughout the examination and subsequent tests so kept in the loop. Chasing for test results but that might be because of lab delays and the bank holiday.
