Been coming to springfield vets for the last 12 years, they have done wonders with our animals over the years, and when we've had an emergency they have always got us straight in. Our cat was in a rta this week and they got her straight in the reception staff was absolutely fantastic, however the male vet we saw really didn't seem interested and too be honest did not explain anything at all, which I later found out off the reception staff he was a temp vet to the practice explains a lot as normaly everything gets explained very well. The lady nurse that we saw a day later was fantastic spent the time explain everything and telling us what we needed too doo etc and the lady bussiness manager was friendly and very helpfull and understanding Was dead happy with that side of things these guys have always gone above and beyond and that's why all our animals are registered here, they have always helped and always done an fanatic service And for those reasons I am still giving a 5 star review, the normal vets are always fantastic, reception staff are fantastic and the branch manager is fantastic aswell

Sad day today having our beloved cat put to sleep but the service from Scarsdale Stapenhill made it the best experience it could have been. The receptionists were kind from the moment we stepped foot in the door and Mark the vet was compassionate, professional and caring. I didn't feel confident with the knowledge of the vet regarding my pets requirements. The appointment was over an hour to have blood pressure taken and be given the necessary medication. They were not able to prescribe our usual amount of tablets and was told to go back when we are getting low. My pet has a history of high blood pressure and anxiety, this was not a great experience.

I've been using them for years and would highly recommend, all the staff, vets, nurses, reception are first class and many have been there a long time which means nice continuity of care. They may not be the cheapest but I've never found the prices that bad, and you'll save if you join the VIP club for vaccinations/worming etc as you also get discount on treatment and shop purchases. I'd say you get what you pay for, if you treasure your little friend as much as I do, the peace of mind is well worth it and I would not trust any other vets practice with him.

Have used these for five years and have always received a friendly and compassionate service. They have always managed to get our cats in front of a vet the same day in the case of emergencies. They may not be the cheapest but I have always found their pricing fair and open. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended - nurse found a very small tumour during routine check and our dog was able to have swift treatment. The staff kept in touch to see how he was and everyone from receptionists, vets to nurses are brilliant - caring, professional and very competent.

We had puppy socialisation classes there and I cannot speak highly enough of Sam's expertise, patience and help. We needed a one to one which was great and really helped us with some issues. Her knowledge and approach to dog training was amazing. We've looked at other trainers who use some fairly Draconian methods which didn't sit with us at all. Our well behaved trust worthy dog is testament to her skills. Thanks very much.

I have nothing but positive comments to make. All the staff (receptionists, nurses and vets) are so caring and genuinely love animals. Our 9 yr old Labrador recently had a cancerous lump removed and we have had fabulous treatment. Our 10.5 yr old is having an unrelated cancerous lump removed tomorrow and I am completely confident he will receive the best possible care. To comments relating to cost, I can only say 'You get what you pay for' and I'm confident we are paying for the best.

I would like to thank Keira and Paul for their totally caring treatment of our cat. Chigley became unwell last Wednesday, an initial telephone appointment was arranged by the very helpful reception staff member on Thursday morning and from there on our extremely poorly pet has started to continually improve, after one relapse, which was calmly explained to us. As many of us are finding at this current time, life is stressful enough, never mind with a sick animal, therefore it is with heartfelt thanks that I would like to praise and thank the team at Scarsdale, Stapenhill.

First time weve used this surgery. Our cat had an ingrowing claw and we didnt want to do the 50 mile round trip to our usual vet as the journey distresses the cat. We were fitted in the same day and the problem sorted efficiently by a Nurse. Nice clean fresh smelling surgery. Impressed.

I visited this vets today in Stretton with my Mother In Law and her dog Rosie. Sadly Rosie had to be put to sleep today but they could not have done more. Explained everything thoroughly including all options, the options they would recommend and the costs of each option but were not pushy in anyway. They were very organised when Rosie needed to be transferred to the Stapenhill practice and showed such loving care for her. The vets and reception staff were so polite and professional at all times and showed great empathy. When it came to putting Rosie to sleep they had the upmost respect for Rosie and my Mother and Father in Law and proceeded in such a dignified manner. Amazing practice both Stretton and Stapenhill. Well done to you.

I want to thank the vets , nurses and receptionist who collected and cared for my Ricky in his final moments. I had a terrible experience with Scarsdale Pride Park Vets due to them sending nothing more than a rubbish cart to take my Ricky on his final journey. However, when I phoned Stapenhill branch, they sent out a clean ambulance, two nurses with a stretcher for Ricky. We put a duvet on to make him comfy and they carried him, and gently put him in the back of their CLEAN ambulance, The vet was expecting him and the nurses carried him through , he never had any discomfort. they let me talk to him and gently stroke him until time to let him go. I stayed with him while he died. He died peacefully and with dignity thanks to the wonderful staff at Stapenhill. I can never thank them enough. I donlt know when I will get over losing my little boy but once again I thank the receptionst, who arranged transport, the nurses who carefully transported him and the vet who ended his life peacefully. I’ve been taking my dog and cat her for a few years now. Wasn’t too impressed when I had my cat put down as they didn’t give us the option to be in the room when he passed. That upset me and my husband as he was just whisked away and we could hear him crying. Previously the had been treated very well at this practice.
