Amazing vets, the only one we will use from now on, the receptionists all the way to the vets working here are brilliant and have always made sure we get seen as quick as possible. I took my dog here twice in the last year and both of the times the problem was sorted. I took my dog the last time for a mild skin complaint, he's currently still on the medication prescribed and his skin and fur is spot on we wouldn't be more happy with the results

It's my first time visiting this vets and what a refreshing change. All the staff are really friendly and made a big fuss of my dog. The vet took time to explain my dogs problem and didn't push unnecessary drugs on him. The surgery is bright, clean and very welcoming. My dog even featured on the Facebook page. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this vets practice. They were also very reasonably priced. Overall definitely 5 stars.

Came here when my cat was poorly After a very few costly operations over 4K sadly there was nothing we could do but put him down.. still rem the poor guys cry’s at he was getting injected Was horrible but the staff made it bearable How the lady didn’t cry when me and the other half were balling our eyes out I don’t know RIP Romeo - the gentlest loving cat I’ve ever met Tears in my eyes now just writing this

Just moved home, so wanted a vets that was closer. From the minute I contacted to ask if I could register and make an appointment, the overall experience was flawless, professional and friendly. She asked if I wanted to register my other 2 dogs, which I did. She explained and actioned getting my pets medical history from my previous vet and explained price and answered my question on my pet insurance. I got an appointment that day, only waited a few minutes in reception and then was seen by a vet. Again he listened, put both me and my dog at ease. He answered all my questions, I didn't feel rushed or just a number. Just a fantastic visit. I've already recommended this vets to my friends and family. 10/10

The only thing that I was disappointed with was the appointment was half an hour late and when you have a puppy waiting it isn't much fun. The overall experience was good. When asked if they would take on our other pet they were brilliant. They got straight on to arranging it with my other bet and it was done in half an hour if that. I have no qualms with going again.

Wow what can i say great receptionists so friendly helpful booked me appointment for my dogs teeth to be cleaned and check problem suspicious tooth if cracked or broken the vet was brilliant gave her a check all over as we are new patients my girls in for Monday for a good clean scale polish check up booked other doggies in to with this surgery they are great friendly so helpful thank you.

My 10 year old Collie X Lab Cwin had developed a skin tag on her breastbone area. We had taken her to the vets about a year before the proceedure and were reassured it was just a skin tag and that removal would only be cosmetic. However, it proceeded to grow and she then became uncomfortable with it. Paying it attention, whereby she never had before. We decided to have it removed. From start to finish the care was exemplary. The nurse we dealt with was super attentive to Cwin and her anxieties. She never asked of Cwin to be out on table for her to be examined, instead she got down on the floor with her. Even to remove her stitches. We don't have insurance for Cwin so paid cash. The cost was not overly expensive. But the care you're getting is definitely worth paying for.

As a first time dog owner, V4P Goldenhill were really welcoming and understanding of my uncertainty over covid precautions, whilst wanting my puppy to have a positive first experience at the practice. I was offered the first appointment in the chosen afternoon so I could bring puppy early and meet the receptionists, be weighed etc. Team was very patient and friendly with both me and the puppy. Kate (vet) was absolutely lovely: very warm, good sense of humour and handled my puppy really well. I had a positive experience and so did my puppy :-)

The staff are great and they really took care of my pet. He was in for a major operation and the results have been successful. Only dropped a star as I had dealing with a male vet who had a real chip on his shoulder, a right misruble chap.

Saved Wolfy's life earlier in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. He has received excellent care since. He was diagnosed with diabetes and they have been absolutely brilliant.

A small dog entered the waiting room & was a distraction to my dog as it kept barking at her, it stressed my dog before seeing the vet. The price I paid was not broken down for me, ie cost of consultation plus cost of medication. I was told over the phone when booking that a check up was £31 so I was charged £22 for eye drops as my bill came to £53. I feel that this is very expensive
