every single member of the Stoke-On-Trent festival park vets for pets team is an absolute gem, they are supper friendly and treated us all like family ( even introduced their own pets to us) every pet in their care is like their own, they worried with us, they cared with us and whether it was a worrying scary operation for the family dog or a removal of teeth from inflamed cats gums. these people definitely put their hearts into their work not just their hands. no matter how busy they get they never forget who you are and always welcome you with a genuine smile. if i was to put my babies life into someone's hands its definitely going to be this team to name few of the most dedicated hardest and kindest workers we had the pleasure and experience with over the many years i would like to thank Cat and Craig and Jane and Emily, we wouldnt be able to carry on without you.

The team at Stoke are brilliant and I recently switched from another vet due to a sub standard service. I have no regrets. Craig, the practice manager, Paul, the vet and Emily on reception have been nothing but helpful, friendly and professional. Thet are excellent. I now have all my dogs on a 'Complete Care Plan' and piece of mind that they'll receive nothing but the best of care from the Vets4Pets team at Stoke, Festival Park.

Bring dog in at 9am , taken in at 9:30 i was really upset at leaving her for surgery so waiting for 30 minutes upset me, the estimated bill exceed and no particular answers as to why. I have been looking for a new vet's but very hard to get registered unfortunately.

Our dog became poorly over the weekend and we had had problems with our current vet and hadn't moved her to a new vets yet. We contacted Vets4Pets at 9.30am Monday morning and we were seen at 11am the same day. The vet had gotten all our dogs records and had obviously read them because she knew the dogs medical history. We were talked through everything and given lots of appropriate options. We didn't feel pressured in any way and the vet was very sympathetic to the fact our dog is very old and an important part of our family.

The vet was lovely and handled my dogs well. Despite me having a last minute appointment in the evening, which potentially meant my vet had to finish work late, he was incredibly cheerful and friendly. Clearly a very knowledge vet, as we discussed a number of different topics. The treatment was effective, and I left feeling much more assured that my dogs would be ok than when I arrived. I often find that many vets struggle to handle my dogs, but this gentleman did just fine. Very happy

The whole experience was perfect. Very Covid Friendly. Was my first visit with Theo, and I was very anxious but the girl on the reception spoke through everything with me and the vet was super friendly and gave my Theo lots of compliments

We use this vet surgery every time for our Cocker Spaniel Henry, they are brillant here, really nice, polite and professional, Henry's usual vet Kat is great at making you feel at ease and explains things clearly. The reception staff are great really efficient and polite. Henry says thank you but hopefully doesnt want to see you for a while haha. Thank you take care Garrie and Rachel

My appointment was initially booked for the Tuesday and when I arrived I was told that it has accidentally been put in for the Wednesday by mistake and that they had no space to fit me in on the Tuesday despite me driving over half an hour to get to the appointment I thought I had. Of course I remained calm and left, I understand these things happen, however on the Wednesday I returned and the staff I had were fantastic, the young blonde receptionist and our female vet with brown hair were amazing and I couldn't fault them

Basically saved my dog Dexter, I was wondering whether or not to bother a vets but im glad I did. Turns out he had managed to ingest some kind of psychoactive drug or medicine which would of damaged his kidneys if left and probably then slowly shut down all his organs. They were very good and kept me informed throughout.

Very impressed. Team are 100% focused on your pets care. They don't just think about the money but the relationship between you & them - our dog needed a tooth extracting, they fussed him for a few minutes, then took him in the consultation room for a min & returned a few mins later with my boy and a bag with a tooth in it. No Charge! I was expecting to hammer the credit card, but they said, not for that. I was very VERY impressed. I will only ever use V4P from now on.

I took my two cats in to be neutered. Both the vet and the two nurses I saw between the pre-op check, neutering appointment and post-op check were lovely and explained everything. Price wise our options were explained to us and we got a clear breakdown of the cost. We knew what the operation would entail and were told how to care for our pets afterwards, what to watch out for and how to get treatment for them out of hours in the event there were any issues following the operation.

I used to go there. They always took good care of my little Boston terrier. Left four months ago, as I found a vet closer to where I live . 'only' gave 4 stars as I now realise that they are slightly pricier than the surgery I am not with, but I for one couldn't fault the service I was given for nearly 2.5 years.
