Due to our usual cattery closing, we tried Farm Springs cattery while we took a weekend break. Farm Springs welcomed our two cats so well and they settled in very quickly with lots of love, care and attention from Katie. The enclosures are very spacious and comfortable too. She sent us pictures and videos of them while we were away which was reassuring that they were relaxed and well cared for. Highly recommend this cattery and will be a firm regular in the future!

It was Molly (10yrs) and Peppa's (1yr) first time in any cattery so I was quite apprehensive. I needn't have been. Katie looked after them wonderfully, with lots of WhatsApp updates and pictures to show us how they were getting on during their 6 day stay. I've already booked them in again for our next trip away - the cattery is very new and the building has been constructed with the kitties in mind - everything is clean, with soft music playing and fans to keep the furry guests cool. On arrival Katie was very friendly and welcoming and gave me time to get Blackie settled in. The cattery was very clean and well equipped with lots of areas for him to hide away or climb and toys to play with, so plenty to keep him occupied. Pictures and messages were sent regularly which was very reassuring and Blackie, who has health issues looked happy and cared for with cwtches from Katie. Blackie seemed very chilled on collection and seemed to have enjoyed his stay. I would definitely recommend Farm Springs Cattery.

This place is amazing, Katie, the owner, really looks after the cats and the accommodation is so lovely... brand new (it only opened in June this year) a really spacious ‘day room’ complete with climbing frame, toys, soft cushions and hiding places with a separate sleeping room. When I collected Sparky, it was quite warm and Katie had placed fans to keep the rooms cool. During his stay, Katie sent me photos of Sparky every day so I could see he had settled. He is an elderly cat on twice daily medication which Katie was happy to give to him. Thank you Katie. I have no hesitation in recommending Katie’s ‘Farm Springs Cattery’ and have already booked further stays for Sparky. Definitely 5* care and accommodation.

As our usual cattery was fully booked we decided to give Farm Springs Cattery a go :) Our cat seemed to settle really well and we are very happy with how her stay went! Katie is really friendly and great at communicating. She sent details on how to get to the facilities and lots of photos of Phoebe during her stay! We appreciated her flexibility in adjusting our pick up time as our flight was delayed on the way back. The facilities are excellent and the pods are really big. They have lots of different things to keep cats busy including climbing towers, different levels, beds, chairs, toys etc. We were really impressed with the range of things on offer in the pod! Although Farm Springs has only recently opened, it's very smooth running and we will be bringing Phoebe back in the future! Jami & Dan

Both my kittens 🐈‍⬛ Oreo and willow stayed at farms springs cattery when I went away. On arrival Katie was welcoming when we arrived to drop the kittens off also allowed us to settle them in to their room! The room was spacious very clean and full of play things for them to enjoy 😊. Katie also sent me photos when I was away to reassure me that both were fine and settled in well. I will definitely be using the cattery again as I know my kittens were well cared for on their stay there! 😀 would highly recommend to anyone needing a cattery for their cats 🐈 Oreo and willow really enjoyed their stay and can’t wait to go back !

Farm Springs Cattery is the ‘purrfect’ place for your much loved cats to stay for a vacation while you enjoy your holiday. New accommodation, fitted out with high end quality products for the cats to enjoy and feel at home. They are really pampered. Katie & Jonathon are very caring and friendly hosts who keep you up to date with photos of how your cats are settling in to their new surroundings. We would highly recommend Farm Springs Cattery for your much loved cat.

Our cat Peaches recently stayed at Farm Springs Cattery with Katie for a few days while we went away. She was very well cared for and stayed in such lovely and comfortable surroundings. We had regular photo updates from Katie while we were away and Peaches made herself at home there straight away. We're so glad we've found a cattery where we know Peaches will be taken care of. I saw the advert for Farm Springs Cattery at Alpha Vets Burry Port and as my regular Cattery owner had retired, decided to take my cat, Lola. I rang up Katie and booked Lola for a 3 night stay. Katie is extremely friendly and pleasant, giving me precise directions and sending a questionnaire through WhatsApp. The form is easy to follow and complete with all Lola details, likes and preferences. The Cattery itself is outstanding, and as I told my husband, Lola is staying at a 5 star, luxury hotel. The Cattery has beautiful pens/cages with plenty of room to move around plus sleeping area at the back. There is also a climbing frame and toys to keep your cat occupied, plus Katie plays with the cats so they have the human touch. The cats are very well loved and cared for. Owners bring the cats own food and advise Katie on their cats routine. Katie has also put fans in front of each cage door to ensure your cats don't overheat during hot weather. I would thoroughly recommend Katie and Farm Springs Cattery , as you can enjoy your holiday, knowing that your cat will also be having a brilliant holiday too. From now on, for any further breaks, Lola will be booked in to Farm Springs Cattery. Thank you Katie for looking after Lola so well. Lola looks forward to her next stay with you xx

My cat stayed here for the first time recently and he was so chilled when I picked him up- I don't think he wanted to leave! Katie is really friendly and sent me photos of my boy whilst I was away. The cattery is brand new and each cat has their own little chalet/room with beds, cat tree and toys. I will definitely be booking again for next year!

I have never left my cats in a cattery before and I was so nervous but the lovely owners put us at ease straight away, the places where the cats stayed was spotless, loads of room and plenty of comfy beds. We’ve used many catteries over the years, but this one is in a class of its own. So much thought has gone into the planning and design, to give every cat, no matter how timid or outgoing, the perfect holiday home. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and the whole atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. They’ve thought of everything a cat could possibly want and our two came home relaxed and chilled, like they’d had the perfect spa break! You can go away and leave your cats without any anxiety at all. Brilliant!

This was my first time using a cattery and was initially very nervous but Katie was so reassuring and let me come and have a look at the facilities before booking Poppy in. I was amazed at how wonderful the cattery was! It is so tranquil with calming music playing in the background and there is SO much space for your cat laze around and/or play (something that a lot of other catteries lack). I could see how much Katie really cares for each cat that stays with her and takes the time to cuddle and play with them. I knew straight away that this was the place for Poppy. Katie kept me updated throughout my holiday by sending photos, videos and messages via whatsapp, which was lovely. If you are looking for a cattery, look no further! It was so reassuring to receive regular updates and photos of him, and Katie took great care of him, including brushing his very long fur (he’s a very fluffy Persian). This was our first time putting our cat Rufus in a cattery and we couldn't be happier with Farm Springs. He had plenty of light and space in his area as well as things to play with, climb on or sleep in. Katie was really friendly and we really appreciated her sending us photos of Rufus, we could see he was still the quiet, chilled cat he is at home. Farm Springs will be our first choice of cattery whenever we're away in the future.

I’m always really worried about dropping the cats off with any cattery, let’s face it no-one is going to look after them like we do- turns out I was wrong. Katie and family really treated our 2 like their own. They had plenty of playtime, plenty of food and tons of cuddles! I can’t recommend farm springs enough, it was fab. I loved the picture updates after they’d settled in and the ‘goodbye pictures’ on instagram as they were leaving. After our usual cattery was fully booked, we were really pleased to discover Farm Springs. Katie, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made everything really easy - from the initial booking over the phone to regular contact over WhatsApp. She even sent us updates with pictures of our cat during her stay which we loved. The location is really convenient - just a few minutes drive from the M4 in Hendy, but tucked away just enough to be lovely and quiet. The accommodation was excellent. Spacious and clean with plenty of comfy bedding and toys to keep the guests entertained. I'm really happy with our experience and would highly recommend this cattery to anyone! We'll definitely be coming back here!! 😻

The cats are relaxed with plenty of space and playtime - even ice cubes rubbed on them in hot weather! I have recently moved into the area of Hendy and due to circumstances needed both my cats to be looked after for 14days. I was concerned with one of my cats as he’s an explorer but ironically he settled quicker than my laid back one and from start to finish, my experience with Katie and her family has been excellent. The Cat Chalet’s are brand new and have plenty for your cat to do. From going through it’s own cat flap😺 to climbing it’s own Cat Tree, quite amazing and let’s not forget the soothing music that’s played throughout the day to keep the cats calm and comfortable and happy.😻 I received regular, (sometimes daily) updates, which included, Katie letting me known how they were both doing either by txt or WhatsApp through to pictures and short videos. What a gem & an absolute amazing find…. When we walked into Farmsprings it was like checking in to a 5 star retreat. It is so clean and calming. Most importantly the facilities were amazing. I walked out & me and my partner looked at each other and said we could have stayed there ourselves. After we dropped Moretti off Katie stayed in regular contact with lots of photos & videos which we loved. You have created something very special! Was recommended the cattery by a friend. Katie was friendly from the first enquiry I made. My travel plans changed and farm springs were able to let me have check in a few days early. I was sent photos every day of Llew who looked like he was having a ball. It was nice to see he was being interacted with Katie’s children, so had lots of cuddles. When my travel plans home were delayed I also used the drop off service which was perfect. The cattery was in a beautiful setting, very spacious with climbing frames so lots to keep him entertained, Llew will definitely visit again. It was nice I could enjoy my break knowing Llew was being looked after like one of their own. First class service for my little fur baby, would highly recommend the card provided 😊😊

We were looking for a reliable and loving cattery to look after our kitten Simba whilst we were going for one and half months holiday. Then we came across Farm Spring Cattery and this was one of the best decisions we made as Katie and her family treated simba like their own with soo much love and care. When we were on holiday Katie regularly updating us about our kitten with pictures and videos which made us feel really happy and comfortable. Some days we will text Katie to make sure everything is good and she will reply in seconds which made us feel reasured and have confidence with the service. Before sending Simba to the cattery we filled in a form regarding his feeding advice, his medical history, things that he likes/dislikes and so on. The atmosphere at the cattery is truly beautiful with the netted open glass windows for ventilation, each room allocated to each cat were filled with cat trees, toys and small hiding spots for the cats to feel comfortable. Overall, we are very very happy with Simbas stay at the cattery. On the day we went to take simba home he seemed soo settled and happy at the cattery which made us doubt whether he will come home with us. We are for sure going to take simba to the cattery from time to time when we go on holidays as we were really happy and satisfied with the love and support he got. I highly recommend this beautiful cattey to everyone as you will have a peace of mind when you are away. Thank you soo much Katie and Family for taking care of Simba with soo much passion and love like your own. xx
