Good service from vets but there is a massive issue getting through on the phone. Always line busy. Understand people are ringing to make staff aware they are waiting in the car park post covid but business should adapt appropriately. It is highly frustrating trying to book appointments for my kittens.

Always friendly very efficient, my cats had their jabs and didn't even flinch. Never have to wait long to get appointments booked in and they never seem to be running late which is awesome. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other vets in the area.

outstanding service. pleasantly surprised by how inexpensive it was there even though cost wasnt in my criteria when i took my 10 year old Rottweiler (Nigel) there following an upsetting dog fight (he was attacked by another family pet) i found the vet (kate i think) to be most accomodating (she has even stayed after clinic hours when i was late) inspired much confidence with her advice and "bedside manner with Nigel. I first used this practice more than 30 years back and had the same, most professional and reassuring experience from Mr Jones Many thanks Clive & Nigel.

Have been a customer for over 25 years with four different dogs. Besides annual jabs and occasional tummy upsets, they have treated various dogs for liver failure, a brain tumour, cruciate ligament problems and a grain allergy. Always helpful and supportive, they explain complicated conditions so I can understand.

They give the personal touch, they really care for their animals as though they were their own.
