S. C.We have always had great service from this practice. The staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. One of our dogs, Charlie, spent a lot of time here and the staff were fantastic with him. Sadly, he passed away due to ongoing health issues and the staff dealt with everything with sensitivity and compassion. We continue to take our other two dogs here and have been with this practice for a number of years now.
C. T.Lakeside are a fantastic team. I highly recommend them. They go the extra mile with customer care. And I am always comforted by the love & affection they give to my rescue dog Spike when he has had to stay with them for procedures now he's getting old. Can't praise them enough.

m. w.Every single member of staff is friendly and put your mind at ease. They have a great way with animals. The centre is spotlessly clean. They also help you out if you dont have payment on the day. I couldnt cover the costs on the day of my visit, and the lovely staff gave me a few days to settle up. Totally professional i will be using this veterinary surgery for as long as i have pets
S. E.Yes excellent advise regarding Tabby. Medication was however very difficult to administer. Sadly the cat is timid and not easy to deal with. Heavy costs always with meds so the cats reluctance was disappointing but was exactly what a vet advised me as I left the building. Thanks however

The staff never appear stressed by my dogs barking as she does as soon as we arrive. I have used Lakeside for 9 years now from when Star was a puppy. I would definitely recommend the surgery to anybody looking for a friendly place who look after ur pet/pets well.

J. B.Having been visiting Lakeside for a number of years we recently lost our cherished dog Rex. He had many problems over his almost 12years where he had been treated and given a quality of life he wouldn't have had otherwise. We have always had a standard of care given where the animal comes first and it is quite obvious to all their love of what they do.
Andrew and Suzette in particular have been outstanding and who we 100% trust and will certainly return to them in the future.
It must be said that all the staff at Lakeside are helpful and caring and make up a very professional team.
B. H.Me & my husband brought our precious boy (Oscar) here today, he was supposed to get neautered but sadly sound some other underlying problems with his bladder that stops him from being able to urinate. They caught it just in time and were very reassuring. As Oscar was getting neautered they did everything they could to also fix this problem for the time being. They kept ringing up with updates all the way through the operation and also explained everything to us.
Our cat Oscar has now been able to return home at the moment and we are so relieved that he will now hopefully feel much better.
The kind Man who operated on Oscar, even though these problems came as an unexpected shock, he was very reassuring and calm all the way through.
We are honestly so grateful to lakeside veterinary.

T. Y.Took our dog here as an emergency because our vets had no staff available, the vet we saw was very friendly, put us at ease straight away and explained things in a way we could understand. The aftercare is also excellent, we had a courtesy call the next day to check how Jessie was doing which was a nice touch.
M. H.My schnoodle Eva was being sick with bloody diarrhoea. The kind vet gave her an anti nausea injection and she was prescribed a daily paste to settle her digestive system. Within 24 hours she was much better and continued to get better within a few days. Highly recommended and friendly helpful service as always.

Now that it has been sold to a franchise I have personally left so unable to give a true review ** Staff are wonderful, been with this veterinary surgery since just after they opened and in all the years my pets have had numerous operations and treatments and I have total confidence and trust in Andrew and his staff with my furbabies who are my world. They care more about the animals than money. Rare in this day and age.
