Due to another cattery letting me down at the last minute, Brooke Manor Cattery helped out. Amazing staff. Highly recommend. My cat loved his stay. Really can’t fault them at all xx

All our cats have stayed here over the years and Sally and her team have always been so kind and professional. The new cattery reception works really well especially with Covid restrictions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, your moggies will be well loved and cared for.

This was our first time using Broome Manor, and we are very happy. We put our two cats in for the week. (Both getting quite elderly, rescue cats, and needing a fair bit of care, including detailed diet and meds schedules). They came back contented, relaxed, and well-groomed. Ok, they were keen to get home, but they'd clearly been well looked after for the week. The "hutches" are roomy enough, well made, adequately separated, and owners can see in but are not allowed to enter. All exactly as it should be. We'll be more than happy to take the boys there again next time.

Our cat Snowy has been here twice now and we are looking to book the 3rd holiday for him soon. We have no concerns leaving our cat here as the setup is fantastic and highly professional. I have found the staff and the owner Sally to be absolutely fantastic and accommodating for what can be an upsetting time when leaving your pet. We have used Broome Manor Cattery three times for our 3 cats. We chose them as from our initial visit it was apparent that the owner and her staff love cats, and that all the cats we saw were content in their chalets. Our three cats had two interconnected chalets which they have enjoyed. Broome Manor Cattery have always been helpful and kept us informed of how are cats are getting on during their stays.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, happy to listen and respond to any of our cats' needs. Had three cats staying with them and they ensured their pens were next door to each other and helped us accommodate for the various dietary requirements of each. Would highly recommend.

I've used Broome Manor cattery on a number of occasions now having tried others. It's a fantastic family run cattery where everyone is so friendly & professional & genuinely love cats. I always feel happy leaving my cats here as I know they'll be well looked after.

Handing over your cat to somewhere new for a holiday can sometimes be daunting. Unsure what to expect, what your cat will do. Here at Broome manor cattery, the staff were on point. They understood your needs and adapting the small home for your furry friend as needed. Skittles seemed at home and on return to collect her she looked at home too. They give you a breakdown of if she has eaten pooped etc which is a nice touch and known your cat has been looked after. Will be back again in the future.

Highly recommended. We Left our nervous cat for the first time for 1 night. Because of the bad weather we might not have been able to collect her as planned so I asked Sally how she had been. Sally was honest and let us know that she hadn't eaten, drank or used her litter tray. Sally explained that often nervous cats can shut down but she'd probably adjust after a few days. However, we decided to cancel our plans and were going to try to pick her up somehow but Sally very kindly offered to drop her back despite the deep snow! I am very grateful to Sally and Kelly for taking good care of our cat, for keeping a close eye on her and for the mercy mission to drop her back to her wimpy owners! Thank you 😊
