I had real concerns about one of my elderly cats and needed her seen by a vet as soon as possible. She was examined and treated within a couple of hours at the end of surgery by the vet on duty and her team who willingly stayed on to accommodate us after hours.

I have been going to Shaw Veterinary Centre for a number of years. I have always found them so professional and nothing is too much trouble. Their prices I feel are really fair, compared to other practices. They are very informative and really do care about your animals. Rather than in my opinion making a profit. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And if incidents with your pets happen. They will certainly do their best, to get them in the same day. Which all things considered at the moment in time. Is very reassuring. Keep up the good work.

I've been going to Shaw Vets for about 7 years now. They are always very friendly, my dog doesn't shy away from going which is a testament to how well they treat their patients. We only had one issue with a locum Vet a few years back, but this was rectified and resolved very well by the head vet so it restored our faith in the practice. I'd highly recommend Shaw Vets

We were looking for a new vets and finally settled on Shaw due to the friendly staff who are always on hand to do the right thing. I have had to take my dog there for various reasons and each time they have been amazing. Bit of random information, one supports Newcastle, one supports Chelsea and the other Manchester United.

Recently moved to area at beginning of year. Walked past practice and saw Labs in the waiting room, so popped my head round door to ask lab owners if the practice were good. Effusive praise so I registered my lab there. I cannot speak highly enough of David. Such a decent and caring vet who pays attention to each dogs personality. Shame every vet isn't like him. Michelle was also good. During the pandemic access has been ok.

Whenever we visit with our dog ozzy the staff from top to bottom are so nice and caring and professional, you are told the costs of treatment as you go so there are no hidden surprises, all in all a very good experience and ozzy loves the treats.

Attended the vets this morning with our 2 year old cockapoo, who suddenly became distressed with a problem in his ear. Even though we were not registered with this veterinary clinic, we were seen quickly and the problem was rectified. We were all treated with such respect and kindness from everyone there. Amazingly caring vets, David has looked after all of my cats, the latest was a stray we took in and called Hairy. He is really good at explaining things and so kind. Hairy didnt make it but David tried everything he could .I would 100% recommend the team there. Thankyou for looking after our cat and making a very sad time just a little more bearable because of everyones kindness there.

Just want to say a big thank you to all the staff for looking after my cat Abby today,pre-op and post-op while she had some teeth removed .The staff at Shaw vets are truly amazing!David kept me up to date about Abby's procedure and how her surgery had gone,this was very reassuring. Pidge has been privileged to be with Shaw since he was a few weeks old. He has lost his front leg because of a genetic disorder and last year suffered a serious spinal injury at 12. knowing this was probably it for pidge they never gave up and neither did we. Well he has been so well cared for by the wonderful staff led by David that my boy is loving life, I can't praise or thank them enough
