We had exceptional service from the team at Vets 4 Pets in Stratton recently when our dog suffered a stick injury to her throat. The team went above and beyond to get our dog seen as quickly as possible, rearranging other appointments, and finding time they didn't really have to treat her. We're so thankful to them for their efforts and for the kindness and consideration extended to us and out pet. Outside of this incident we've always received a great service from the practice, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The staff are always so lovely it’s easy to get an appointment booked. My giant bun has a weepy eye, and it always feels when you go that your animals are in great care and they are looked after well. Everything was explained and I was presented with all options. Will always use these vets.

The vet was able to see my pet very quickly after I called about him being unwell and in pain. The vet and reception staff were very calm and kind and genuinely seemed to care about my pet, and they understood that I was anxious. The vet was good at explaining the options, pros and cons, costs etc. And the follow up was excellent to check how he was doing.

Great members of staff. Unfortunately I have a poorly pup called Dave so we are here most weeks. We’ve come to know the staff very well. And most probably on there Christmas card list. The staff care deeply for Dave and I feel reassured they are doing the best for him.

Vets4pets have been great with our cats and our chickens. I highly recommend them. We recently used a different vet for an emergency out of hours service and it really showed how excellent vets4pets are.

I spoke to the receptionist about my puppy’s flea and working treatment as I did not have an appointment for her to be weighed and treated. She was so helpful and helped me get the treatments I needed. The vet then came out and sorted it all for me. The receptionist was able to book me an appointment for the next week to have her checked over and she helped me set up a care plan to help us with the costs for the next year. A great experience

Can not fault the dedication and care the staff have shown to our Guinea Pig over the last couple of months!! Everyone we have dealt with from the receptionists to the vets have been friendly and helpfully and have gone over and above to give our piggie the best possible care. The vets and nurses were fantastic with my two rabbits for their spay. They explained everything clearly and happy to answer all my questions. I was kept updated throughout the day and hand overs were smooth. Aftercare was very good, Emma, the nurse who cared for the rabbits was on hand online all day the first 24 hours after to answer questions and look at photos

When I initially called to order advocat and droncit the receptionist told me about a new flea and worm treatment that was being trialled with fantastic results, they explained it was much more effective than advocat and that it contained flea repellent where advocat did not and that it was more palatable. They asked if I wanted to trial it without any pressure to do so and I agreed. They told me it would be ready in 48hours but someone would call me when it’s available or I could have the option of delivery which would take up to 5 days. I was able to pick it up the next day and despite a small waiting time due to staff being very busy, they could not have been more polite and efficient.

Our cat was a regular visitor in the last months of her life and, without exception, the staff were excellent, taking great care of patient and owners alike, and going above and beyond with the service provided. Some other reviewers have commented on prices being a bit on the high side - my experience of vets is limited so I can't comment on that, but sometimes it's worth paying a bit more for a high standard of service. Should we get more pets in the future we'd certainly go back.

There's nothing like finding a vet that you trust with your beloved dog. My Spaniel had a sore area inbetween his toes. Tanya is so kind and efficient. He was treated with kindness and compassion and his problem was resolved quickly and professionally with no messing about. Tanya's team are equally thorough and have followed on regarding his progress with telephone calls. Overall, a good experience, no disrespect to the team but hopefully one that won't need to be repeated any time soon, although Stanley may well disagree as he has much enthusiasm for stuffing his chops with your treats! Thanks to everyone at the practice for making a stressful time so much easier to bear.

I've always had the best possible experience at this practice. Really friendly people, who show a genuine interest in my cat! The quality of care is second to none - not sure if the last reviewer considered that there might have been an emergency going on when he visited. I was as usual very happy with your colleagues. However I find it rather appalling to charge extra to see a sick pet on the same day that you call. The waiting room was empty when I arrived and it was still empty when I left. A bit of taking the micky if you ask me. Lovely people, yes - good value for money, I don't think so.

Personal service and genuine care from every member of staff is what keeps us with this vets. The business partner, Tanya, has such a passion for animal care that she goes above and beyond what might be expected, such as replying to requests for advice well outside of normal business hours; in fact, if often seems that she cares for the owners almost as much as her patients. There is a real sense that Tanya will give you her expertise for the benefit of the animals rather than her bottom line. This attitude has been replicated in all of her staff, regardless of their position in the company. Nobody wants to go to the vet, we all know it can be worrying and costly but if you have to go then I would recommend this one. I am not affiliated with this business, I have no incentive to write this review, I am just consistently delighted with how we have been treated in the last 5 years or so by everybody who works here.

Love this team! So clean, so caring, great value for money. The vets are incredible and know thier stuff. They offer a great variety of options for pain management too, that are not all pills and potions, so thats really great if like me, you like to keep the medicines in the cupboard until definitly needed.

My dog Max has had many different health problems over his 14 years of life We were not happy with our previous vets and transferred to Tanias team in Swindon vets for pets I wish we had found her earlier Her compassion and care is second to none both for my dog and us the humans We have had many occasions over the last two years to call on her she has never ever failed to put our minds at ease and treat max with the most amazing professionalism Max was very unwell this weekend we rushed him into the practise Tanya was out of the country spoke to us on the telephone and ensured the appropriate member of staff for Max was brought in to look at him The lovely Iva who had just got in from holiday herself and was still on leave Sh rushed in to see Max and stayed for hours ensuring at all time Max was well and we were informed and happy with all that she did She then came in on sunday on her day off to see Max Her dedication as Tanias goes above and beyond any expectations I believe this is the best practise anywhere Do not hesitate to sign up to the practice its fabulous Also need to say how fabulous her reception team are xx
