We had to have our 18 1/2 years old cat put to sleep other week the staff was awesome then to have a handwritten card and some sun flower seeds was so thoughtfull, thank you from my family and me

I'm new to the country and have just registered my scottie with Haygate. I booked her in for jabs and the vet was excellent (I think her name was Helen). She explained the vaccines to me and helped me with the timing regarding future jabs and medication. I'm grateful to have this great vet so close by.

We are so impressed with the service at Madeley. They bend over backwards to help you and will always make time for you. We were new to kittens and they helped give brilliant advice and always welcome our questions and eager to help. Despite the restricted number of parking spaces I would rate the centre as high as possible. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable and patient Vets who make sure you understand all they are telling you, even when this can be quite complex. Everyone's focus is 100% on the health and welfare of your pet.

After a miscommunication on our part , we took our kitties late to their appointment. Turning up at the vets break time , we preferred to wait as not to put our kitties through the trauma of another car journey. They took our kitties in and saw to them during their break . Dedication to the animals . Very caring people. We don't know about cost as limitless rescue covered the initial fees for injections due to us adopting our kitties from them, which is why we had the long journey. We are moving to a more local section of haygate vets for a shorter journey for our kitties.

Always gone to Madeley haygate vets and have never had a bad incident there, they helped use when our family god got sick and passed, they have taken very good care of my cat when he broke a rib and now they are helping with our kittens and keeping us well informed and are happy to answer any questions an owner will have about their pets ☺️

I have used Haygate Madeley vets for all three of my cats - Scratch, Catatonic and Kit, initially because my parents also brought all of the cats and the dog, mostly to Madeley, but Wellington branch also and I have never encountered any uncaring staff from the people at the desk, to all the nurses, the vets and anyone in between. It has also been nice for my boys to see the same vet where possible and Mark has always been wonderful with them, showing that he and all the other vets are clearly animal lovers. We had Olivia with Scratch. My only negative feedback is that when I called on Saturday morning (25 July) I was promised a callback by a vet that afternoon and nobody called. I waited until a little after 16:00 to call back and got the message that the surgery was already closed, even though the opening hours clearly state surgery closure was 17:00. So I had to rush Kit to Wellington for the out of hours vets, who were admittedly excellent, but I did feel rather let down about it. However, I will continue to use Haygate Madeley and recommend to others because I believe they are the best vets practice as the vets go above and beyond for the animals in their care.

I've been using Haygate Vets now for over 7 years and highly recommend them to everyone. The staff are extremely friendly and are happy to help with any queries or concerns. My cat had a major surgery over a year ago and though the whole process they kept me informed of how my cat was doing, even when I was a blubbering mess. It was thanks to their actions he's still alive today.

I received a lovely card with some sunflower seeds today after having to say goodbye to my beautiful furbaby fizz. Its so touching when you receive something like this. Thank you so much this means a lot to me and my daughter as we were both very upset. Fizz was from my other cat, shadows first litter and I was there with shadow all during her labour so I watched fizz being born. Fizz would of been 16 years old next month and we are going to miss her greatly as we do shadow who we also had to say goodbye to nearly 3years ago.

Our much loved rescue staffie dog Tank has been looked after by the staff at this practice for a few years. He didn't like his visits very much especially as when he first came to us he was very overweight, so following guidance from the staff he was put on a diet & weighed regularly. Over the following months Tank achieved his target weight and as a family we enjoyed spending time with our special boy. With the most incredible care from the team yesterday we had to say goodbye as we held him he drifted off to sleep. The fact that we realised there was something wrong with Tank and four days later we were saying goodbye has left us shocked but Tank had the best care and was made comfortable on his final day for which we are very grateful. Thank you so very much to all the staff you all do an amazing job.

I have been using this practice for many years, my first visit was in 1973 with a rescue dog called Max. Severn dogs later and the practice has moved from a little house which was extremely tiny to this lovely friendly and very professional environment that they have now. The staff are very polite and the vet I nearly always see goes out of his was to make sure that your dog's treatment is the right treatment. For me I wouldn't go anywhere else. THANK YOU MADELEY VETERINARY PRACTICE.

I have just returned from taking my very poorly cat.to the vets which was a very traumatizing experience, from the moment I called which was a really kind person on the other end of.the phone said.to bring my lovely blade in. My little dog millie had to be rushed to the vets and I'm cannot stress enough with the way the practice helped her she had heat exhaustion and they put her on oxygen apparently a lot of dogs had the same thing they had at least three in that day,the staff were very friendly and very quick to respond as soon as I got to them,cant thank them enough.

We had our 3 female cats neutered yesturday and I could not be happier with the job they did very tidy and clean operation site, they treat your animals like there own and even sent them home with a recovery pack of meat and pain medicine, they feed them for you before they leave and they kept them all-day to make sure that were OK and fully awake so thank you so much for taking care of our fur babies and makeing sure they were well enough to come home x
