Just would like to say a big thank you. We had to have our dog millie put to sleep and the service was out of this world the team was so caring and the compassion we received was excellent x just received a lovely card and sunflower seeds today so thank you all

Great team, absolutely brilliant! My dog wasn't well and needed surgery, he's quite a stressful dog with anxiety so leaving him was heart breaking. We had a call after the surgery with an update and was allowed to pick him up before they closed that night because of his anxiety. He has recovered very quickly from his surgery and back to his loving self. Thank you to all involved in his care 🥰

It's great for helping your animals and lovely staff but it's so expensive if they need medication right away. I'm insured so I get it claimed back but I wish vets put in place options where it was easier for us with animals to afford the larger sums of payments instead of it all being paid upfront and being left out of pocket for ages, especially with the cost of living crisis. I reckon a payment plan system would come a long way.

Absolutely excellent when I had to take my children's Guinea pig as an emergency euthanasia last night to the out of hours clinic. Staff were fabulous in an upsetting situation and Rachel was wonderful with us and Daisy. Highly recommend

I cannot rate Haygates Vets highly enough. They were so attentive with my old dog Dotty in her final days and were really compassionate and the staff are always quick to answer the phone and are always really polite.

Cannot thank the vets enough. A very special thank you to Rachel on the night team and Berry who is there in the day. We felt Alfie was safe and well looked after and they helped us with a very difficult few days. Extremely compassionate and caring. Would absolutely recommend this practice

A very friendly efficient practice. Booked our cats in when we moved into the area & 2 were seen with issues.. very well treated/ medication given. Plenty of great advice which worked. Very reasonable prices. Days later we needed to call for an emergency with the other cat( he sadly didn't make it & needed euthanasia) but we were seen at 8-30pm within half an hour & they dealt with us very professionally & promptly.. a sad introduction but I couldn't fault the way our cats were treated.

First time here, and even during COVID time, were able to get us in straight away and see our cat. They had a good chat with me outside and took great care with him. We can see that the staff here are popular with the animals, as a dog who was waiting with their owner to go in as well was getting excited whenever a staff member walked past, instead of nervous.

The care and treatment was excellent when l took my 8 cats to be done as l had taken them in. The cats protection paid for the treatment at these vets. The staff were very caring and were very helpful helping me with the cages to the car as I'm disabled, the operations were over 3 days and the service was the same every time. Thank you.

Not ever had a bad experience with Haygate. The vets have always looked after our animals superbly, their kindness and understanding when we lost our much loved pet and the enthusiasm and support when we took on new rescued pets has been invaluable. Never minded paying that little bit more for such excellent care and attention.

I must say I have been here since moving to Telford 6 years ago. I have always found the vets great. I have never come away feeling disappointed with the treatment. My dog has all the regular check ups and vaccinations.Neighbours have told me of a cheaper vet locally but have not changed.

My sister had to take her dog from one vet to this one for overnight stay, as per most vets all prices seem expensive, this was £230 for one night stay. They did look after the dog well but there were no incidents at all.

My pooch has been with haygate vet since he was a pup, we have him enrolled with the healthy pet club and its really good value for money. Only downside is that its rare you see the same vet in this practise.

Very kind and caring took my cat as a emergency as was really ill explaining everything and said the prognosis was not good so with a heavy heart we decided to go with their advice and let him go ,they gave us time to say our goodbyes and stay as long as we wanted.
