Had limited information on both our adopted rabbits but vet did top to tail health check and vaccinations and assured me they are well and we're doing a good job. Answered my questions. Took his time but wasn't slow. Was the right amount of sentive yet affirmative with my rabbits. Really felt like they were in good hands. Even was friendly with and had time for the children I had to bring along to the appointment.

My cat Millie was very sick and from the moment I brought her in for treatment everyone did their best for her. She was referred to Medivet for scans and further treatment but sadly she did not recover. I received telephone calls after she had passed away from both Antonio and Marion with their condolences and I received a sympathy card (which did make me cry again) :( All in all I have to say they are absolutely brilliant and if I have any other cats I will be taking them there.

Having changed from the Madeley Vets4Pets due to poor service both reception and veterinarians I decided on Wellington and so far so good. Reception staff very helpful and friendly and Gilles Betrand was excellent very informative and thorough. Would recommend.

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful especially being I had two dogs with me who are a handful! Reception staff helped with my query and payment plan quickly and made the process really easy. The vet was really good with the dogs and informed me throughout about their health!

Antonio snd the nurse whose name I didn’t catch were amazing and dealt with George and his overgrown claws amazingly, especially as he is a feral cat. Originally it was thought that he would need to be sedated but thankfully the procedure was carried out without. Thank you . Deb

In the past I've heard horror stories about Vets 4 Pets but I'm the sort of person who likes to find out for themselves. I can't speak for all of the staff in this branch but of the 2 receptionists and 1 nurse/vet I met I am really impressed! Nicer experience than any other independent vet I've been to. Things were explained, my questions answered and my pup was treated like a King! Am happy to stick with this vet.

Friendly and helpful staff. Wide choice of pet products, joined Vets4Pets while there. Dog weighed, examined and chipped, everything explained clearly and a dental appointment booked and all requirements clearly explained.

My dog required eye surgery for an indolent ulcer, a decision that took me some time to make as it is not an insignificant procedure. Gilles, our vet and surgeon was very patient whilst we were treating the eye with antibiotics, kept explaining the procedure to me until I reached the decision to go ahead, I never felt pressured. After the surgery her eye took longer than the usual 2 weeks to heal so I started to worry that it had not worked. Gilles calmed me down, made several appointments to see my dog to put my mind at ease and explain next steps and it did heal so I need not have worried as the surgery was a success and she is now back to full health. Vets4Pets are very lucky to have a talented vet and surgeon. My dog has been a patient for 9 years and we would not go anywhere else.

Vet is always friendly even when extremely busy. Has treated my dog for skin condition for 4 years & always explains his reasoning behind various tests or treatments. Understands that I'm as much a diva as my dog!

I've been using the vets for a very long time now and the staff have always been caring from reception to vet. They make it their business to get to know your animals and yourself and have always helped in anyway possible if there is a problem or an issue. I would always rate them highly. If I had to say one thing that is sometimes a problem is with the foreign vets, and just sometimes understanding what they say & mean, but I just ask one of the receptionists.

Sorry but did you not think a pet may have needed extra care which made the vets run late. The staff know their knowledge of pets and explain it very well. What I didn't like was how there was no mention of a price when I booked and spoke to someone on the phone, no price list in store or online, so the sudden "it'll be £30 please" for literally a 1 min conversation threw me a bit. My other vet down the lane from where I live charged me nothing for that. There was also no mention of a pet plan so I didn't know one existed. Just feeling ripped off. Also be prepared to wait 15 mins as they are never on schedule.

i have used Vets for Pets Telford for the past 2 years with all 4 of my pets. I find the receptionists very polite, acccomodating and professional in their jobs. All the vets i have seen have been excellent, professional and caring towards my pets and me.

For a full honest review keep reading, though this was my first time going to this veterinary practice for my beautiful Yorkshire terrier pixie to be put to rest, we were both treated with the up most respect and kindness I've not received before at other practicese, the vet who had the very heart breaking job of informing me there was nothing that could be done on my little pixie that wouldn't prevent the enviable was very lovely and informative, if I could remember his name I would full on recommend him by it, the only awful experience was the receptionist attitude which unfortunately was upsetting, she was unable to show empathy and was very huffy and quite frankly it felt very much that she just wanted to get me off the phone, if I'd gotten her name I'd be adding it here so she could get some additional training on how to talk to clients who are going through a very hard time after having there loved fur babys put to rest, however apart from her I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Sophie has been going to Vets4Pets - Telford for several years now and thankfully it has been routine things, and things that could easily be addressed. However, with Soph being diagnosed with a MCT, it has really knocked us both sideways as she is such an important part of our lives. The way we were, and always have been, welcomed by all of the staff is just second to none. We know that Sophie is completely in safe hands and she's immediately made a fuss of before we have even given our names! As for Gilles and his colleage (female vet who I cannot just recall her name) they have both explained everything to us, sometimes over and over again and make us feel like they have all the time in the world for us and our lovely Soph. I was terrified when we first heard the news but, with Gilles explaining that the tumour was out with clean margins and that it came out as a whole, we can breathe a sigh of relief again. We have put our utmost trust into the wonderful team and, fingers crossed Soph will be fine, but should things not be then we know we have done our best for our little pal and placed her in the hands of those we trust and admire so much. Thank you is simply not enough. xx
