V. S.I would like to pass on my thanks to the vet and nurses at Clifton villa in Newquay (out of hours) Unfortunately my rabbit was not in a good way and had to be put to sleep, and the even though it was very distressing the vet was so kind and she didn’t rush us. I felt happy knowing that my bunny was looked after by her in his final moments.
I feel it’s really important to acknowledge hardworking veterinary staff in these challenging times, so thank you, you all do a wonderful job!
P. Q.Not our registered practise but we took our dog to them for a laparoscopic speying. All the staff have been amazing. Would definitely recommend and would use permanently if we lived in Truro and not Lanhydrock. Paul, Gill and Mabel the Boxer.
N. D.We were on holiday in Cornwall and our dog was taken seriously ill and needed some help. We called these guys and without having our dog registered there they saw us the same day and Bandit (our Border Collie) ended up on a anti-biotic drip for two days. Without their help we would have lost our dog. They were very professional, friendly and the costs were very fair. Thank you :) woof

k. r.The people and the work in this veterinary clinic are lovely and sound, however my partner has a reactive dog and my partner felt uncomfortable with the way the vet was trying to get his dog into working with her! Need to also work with customers with reactions to situation!
J. S.Had to take my cat for an op.restrictions in place,but run very efficiently.phone when you arrive.a very friendly and welcoming receptionist on phone. Vet came out very quickly to fetch my cat.she explained fully about op,even tho poor lass was getting rained on.advised when cat would be ready to collect.again.on collection all aftercare and meds were explained.overall,I was very impressed with the service and was reassured that my cat had the best care.

L. R.Our cat was unfortunately hit by a car and taken to this vets. Sam Pawson veterinary surgeon has to carry out a big operation to repair 4 pelvic fractures which saved his life. Sam and all the nurses were caring and compassionate in nursing him back to health and he is now home well on the way to recovery.

G.Was so happy with all the service we got from there ... 4 months ago our dog was going in for an expensive operation after a consultation with a lovely lady ( I think may have been called Alex) but they were honest and called us shortly after we dropped him off saying that there Probally wouldnt be any they could do to help him ... was a complicated issue ... some places really would take advantage but we picked him up that day again and just paid for how long he was there and some meds ... over the 4 months until the day he passed away at home they were amazingly supportive and friendly and received a call from one of the vets (sam pawson ) after he found out that he passed . Have just been sent a lovely card too ... so happy with the service and thanks for the help with Riley to give us that extra time with him ... Will Definately use truro again :) Thank you
