l. f.Wow, I can't recommend them enough, Michelle who is the receptionist is kind, caring and always willing to listen and do her best to help.
Rachel was amazing, she got down on the floor and sat with our dog and stroked him and fussed him while we chatted about what was best for him. She is knowledgeable. A great service by amazing people. I will definitely be singing their praises to all my dog walking friends.
a. b.Having just lost our dog, and had appalling service from a local vet that we have been using for 30+ years, I contacted Edhen to enquire about their emergency out of hours service. I spoke with Rachel who advised a visit, look around and a chat. She was very friendly and sympathetic and when we feel ready to have another puppy, we will be taking Rachel up on her offer. With a straightforward appointment system, friendly and efficient reception staff and knowledgable veterinary surgeons who go the extra mile to ensure your pet receives the best care, I always feel fully informed of all potential options before making a decision about the treatment of my dog. Rachel and Lois take the time to talk to you and to interact with your pet so you don't get that feeling of being 'on the clock' with the 10 minute 'whistle-stop' consultations that are sadly all too common in other larger practices. I'm so pleased that I transferred my dog to this independent vet practice.
M. Z.Very friendly and welcoming. The vets are very knowledgeable and really care about your pets wellbeing. Love the pets app chat where you can chat to the receptionists/vet nurses/vets whenever you need and they respond very quickly. Have only joined recently but wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my dog.

R. F.The best in the South West!.. and beyond! Every single team member genuinely cares about your animal. Rachel has always been amazing with our old staffy, she gets down on the floor sometimes basically lying upside down to look at her rather than dragging her onto a table! Yes they're are a business and of course need to make money I think the prices are roughly the same as most vets maybe slightly less, but theres something different about these guys. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Highley recommend them.

K. A.A kind caring practice, so pleased to have taken my 13year old dog to them having been with another vet for well over 20 years. They not only considered the best treatment for my dog but also considered my husband and I in the decision making process and what was best for us also. The members of the practice where so kind and understanding from the initial call to carrying out an operation and then the aftercare. I can not recommend Edhen enough. Thank you so relieved that I have made the change.
P. S.Attended this veterinary surgery as our black lab had a bad stomach upset. Very efficient, caring and helpful vets and staff who saw us at moments notice. The treatment they prescribed cleared up the problem quickly. We have since taken our red fox lab with a similar problem and the treatment is working well. Have now registered our 3 dogs and cat with them and will definitely be returning with any future issues and any ongoing treatment. Would highly recommend!

I was taken to a room to discuss my dogs treatment, I wasn't rushed, Rachel answered all my questions and concerns, shared her knowledge with me and discussed a care plan. M. G.Wonderful new privately run vets just outside of Truro. Rachel and Felix have treated both our dogs and the level of care and attention to Darcey and Sasha - and us has been impressive. All the staff are friendly and kind and truly care about your pets. Darcey is going to weight clinic to lose some puppy pounds. Thoroughly recommend.
J. S.Staff are amazing! We found these guys via an emergency OOH call we had to make. They fitted my 17yo border terrier in for surgery and within 24 hours she was home. Whereas our normal vet expected us to wait 2weeks for surgery. We have to travel for appts, but well worth it. Have a great Christmas edhen vets and thankyou again 👌
G. C.Caring, personal service and reasonably priced. Our bunny needed an emergency operation and they took care of her so well! They also took care of me, sitting me down with a glass of water. I was expecting it to cost the earth but it was very reasonable. I am very happy with the service I received (2021).

S. S.I've used several vetinary practices around where I live (near Goonhavern) over the last 10 years, and Edhen is the best by far. This applies to the level of care provided and value for money.
That they have an online chat service shows that they go the extra mile when it comes to customer service.
Most, if not all, of my friends have voted with their feet by moving to this practice.
Their waiting area, with a screened off section for cats, is excellent.

Gave us all the options and gave us time to decide what to do. We even got a card two weeks later which was really thoughtful. If we need the vets again will definitely be back.
