Very friendly,clean and welcoming. Always helpful even if it's just a phone call on advice.Always feel that I can trust their advice and know that you are listened to about any concerns..I have 2 cats just over a yr old..my previous cat was 16 when he was sadly put to sleep..caring,compassionate and they did everything they could to save him..it was an absolute horrific time but the staff were so kind and considerate..I couldn't have asked for more..thank you

I take my cat in when needed (vaccinations, worm/flea treatment etc) I love the place for him. Never feel rushed, they explain everything as they go an give tips an tricks where needed. I wouldn’t take my cat anywhere else unless absolute necessary.

Managed to get a same day appointment which I was delighted with. It was my dog's first visit to a vets and she was extremely nervous but the vets were calm and gentle with her and she was much better than anticipated.

Took my daughters cat in to have his first jab and set up the pet plan too. We followed the protocols as set out when we arrived, everyone we spoke to or dealt with was lovely, took us through every step and let us know what was happening too. I would highly recommend Highertown Vets as they are friendly and professional as well as being amazingly helpful too…

Been going here for 35 years. Always very empathetic, kind and helpful. My cat diagnosed with arthritic hips yesterday and needed sedation for X rays and blood to be taken. I adore my cat but he is a feisty ginger Tom. The staff know this and go out of their way to accommodate this mad cat lady.

Whenever I have had a problem with one of my pets they have always been seen straight away. The staff at highertown truly love and care for animals and it really shows. They took amazing care of my cat, made sure she got love and attention as well as the medical care. My cat is better now, and I will always take her here now. It's so important to take psychological care of the animals as well as physical care. Outstanding in all respects. Plus, the nurse who was covering reception was really amazing, she put our minds at rest without being patronising or lying. Nothing but praise for all the staff! Edit: We've been using this vets for years now, they are the finest human beings I've met. I couldn't wish for better care for my cat. Truly above and beyond!

My cat became ill late afternoon on Thursday the day before Good Friday and there were no appointments left but was told if I didn't mind waiting they would fit us in! Only waited 10 minutes! Brilliant service 👏! My cat and I are doing really well now thank you!!

This was our first time at this Vet, We left our previous one because of thier unfriendliness and seeming lack of care, we have two dogs so want the best care possible, our Collie developed a cough so we rang Highertown Vets to see if they could see us. Right frlm the first phone call they were friendly and really helpful. They had our records transferred to them and gave us a same day appointment. When we arrived they were friendly to us and our dog, We could go in with her because of Covid but they phoned us in the car during the consultation and kept us up to date with the examination they quickly and professionally diagnosed what was wrong and prescribed Anti-biotics and explained her illness which was "Kennel Cough" We felt our dog wasin very safe and kind hands, Highertown Vets really care! We would recommend this Practice to anyone. Oh and even better they were reasobably priced. R Yeoman (Chacewater)

I turned up at Highertown Vets with my cat who had an infected head wound. I didn't have an appointment but was seen within 15 minutes. The service was excellent and I left feeling confident that my cat had been treated correctly. The staff are lovely and the premises are immaculate. Thank you for caring.

Very knowledgeable staff, I have taken both our cat and rabbit to Highertown for years. The staff were particularly good with our rabbit when she fractured her back foot as a baby. They operated to remove the leg (due to her age the leg would never have developed properly). Due to their unique understanding of rabbit vetinary care she survived this ordeal and is still going strong 3 years later as a 3 legged special care bunny. We check in regularly and the team are always interested to learn how she is getting on.

My dog Rex was a patient of the Highertown Veterinary Clinic for 12 years. I cannot praise his vet Joe and the staff enough for all the hard work and dedication they put into my special boy. Sadly i lost him in march this year , but i took comfort in knowing that he was loved not only by me but all the team at Highertown Veterinary Clinic. I now have a new addition to my family his name is Shadow and he too has just had his first visit to Highertown. I no moving forward that Shadow will be kept happy and healthy ❤❤
