If it was possible to rate this vet higher, I would. Took my gerbil here recently with a distended abdomen after another veterinarian suggested we seek more specialist help. The team were lovey and did the surgery the same day! The after care has been amazing and it was great to see the whole team be so invested in my gerbil’s wellbeing. Even during an out of hours appointment, the team were super friendly, informative, and professional.

I have a 5 month old Labrador and he’s been poorly twice, St Clement was amazing. They all made us feel very welcome and confident in their advice and treatment. I really liked the fact that they tried the smaller things to make him better rather than diving straight in with scans and expensive tests, they really seem to care about your animals, they even remembered his name! The Vets is easy to find and is very clean, they are very good with the Covid restrictions too. I am so glad we chose to register my puppy here and would highly recommend them.

Brilliant vets both Truro and Perranporth. Considerate Staff quick and efficient far better prices than my long term vets previously (Penmellyn) of course not all about prices is it? however I found the service and experience of St Clements vets equalled my expectations. Really kind reception staff and the vet was down to earth and extremely professional. Our beautiful little puppy had her second vaccinations here because the caring breeders had arranged it already. If we lived closer to this practice we would have stayed with them without doubt but we live in Helston and have always believed in your vet being local in case of emergency.

Brilliant service. Had hit my dog over the head with plastic bowl to make her let go of our other dog.... Treated as emergency and staff calmed me down - luckily no damage done to either dog! Would recommend.

They genuinely care for your pets. Our cat had a medical emergency and had to be kept in. The nurse stayed half an hour after her time to just sit and stroke him and talk to him because he is nervous. We received several phone calls to keep us informed and to discuss his progress. I highly recommend this practice.

Was advised by a local reptile shop to take any reptiles here to see Chris if they ever needed veterinary treatment. Even in the current circumstances treated me and my pet very well and seemed to know his stuff! Which is rare with exotics in Cornwall. Will definitely bring all my reptiles here in the future if they are to ever need any treatment. Good prices too!

We have a 10 year old British shorthair cat (Grey) called Harry and last Thursday we took him to the vet we had been attending for 8 years at Highertown as Harry had been vomiting a lot recently.It was discovered that he had a badly infected incisor tooth with inflamed gum however we were told that they could not do the required surgery to remove the tooth until Tuesday of the following week some 5 days.The following morning we contacted St Clements and they immediately arranged for Harry to attend the following morning (Sat) for examination/treatment.They immediately obtained Harrys medical records. We attended the next day as arranged and Harry was examined by the Vet (owner) Chris who we found to be very kind and professional. X-rays were taken and Harry then had the infected tooth removed together with a smaller tooth that was also in poor condition. Chris quoted for the treatment which was substantially less than we had previously been quoted. Sam on reception was lovely and kept us updated over the hours that Harry was being treated by Chris.An appointment was made for us to take Harry back a few days later for a check up with Sarah another highly experienced vet and again found her to be very thorough ,kind and professional.Harry has now made a full recovery and we would like to thank all involved at St Clements where Harry will now receive any future treatment he might require.

I went here as they were recommended to me as brilliant with Guinea Pigs I am so glad I came the vet was very helpful and honest with sympathy and I felt safe in my choices He did everything he could do and I knew that euthanasia was the best solution I felt it was best for my very precious piggie I will definitely use them again They did so much on the spur of the moment My usual vets would never have been that keen or bothered and I know that they dragged on with unnecessary procedures that didn’t help my poorly pig Thank you all so much
