D. P.Took my two cats Jinx and Buster to this Vets, initially for a heath check up and then to have them "done". The receptionist was really nice and interested in my cats. The vet was great..she talked me through the health check and was very thorough. She explained payment option because I was worried, and it made me feel much better. Really pleased to have a health plan for my cats.
J. L.We have been using Lynton for the last 20 years or thereabouts and would never go anywhere else. They are all so kind and caring and look after our animals beautifully. I trust them implicitly with our cats and will always recommend them.

D. S.First time I have ever been to a vet, I was very excited as this is also my first ever pet. I felt like I was taking my child to kindergarden on their first day. The office was spacious, bright and clean. The staff who attended to my puppy for some reason knew who we were without having to confirm. That was nice, she was also very friendly and we instantly felt comfortable. Overall we had a great experience, came away feeling assured my pup was in good hands, all checks carried out , recommendations and the necessary information provided.
L. H.I have taken my rabbits here for 5 years now and when one of my rabbits was very unwell, they were very professional and didn’t stop trying to save him. Sadly, he passed away but they did everything they could.
With my other rabbit, I take her to Lynton for her vaccines, check ups and any problems and they can always see me very quickly - I never have to wait more than a few days for an appointment (or a few hours for an emergency).
The practice is so clean and spacious and you can tell they care for their animals very much! Would definitely recommend Lynton.
r. t.Always friendly and professional. One of my dogs is highly anxious they always take time with her, are happy to treat her at her level ie on the floor and during this time when owners can’t go into treatment rooms, they have looked after her in reception area where I can stay with her. This makes the whole visit so much less stressful for the both of us and therefore so much more successful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They show my pets love and compassion on every visit, and when it has been time to say goodbye to one of my fur babies, Lynton house do it with respect and dignity. H. L.When I was delivered some bad news at this vet's, the vet herself was compassionate but about 5 minutes later when I was still crying and a mess, the receptionist came out to the car park to get me to settle the account, instead of waiting for me to calm down and come inside to pay myself.
I have also found that this vet's is very expensive, and trying to get information about how much something will cost before the procedure or referral or whatever it may be is a little tricky.
I also find that these vet's don't tell you the full extent of their suspicions regarding your pet's health without a great deal of prodding, resulting in me being delivered a fatal diagnosis by one vet when the other vet I had been dealing with previously hadn't even mentioned that this was a possible outcome of the symptoms that were presenting.

J. M.I have used Lynton Vets for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are great with all the rabbits we had and the cat we have now. They are very thorough in checking problems out and willing to discuss any treatment as much as you want.

N. G.What a great place to bring your pet for any sort of treatment. We are new to the area and needed to register my two dogs. We got a completely free initial check up and it was not rushed in the slightest. The vet took her time and made the dogs feel really relaxed. Their health care plan is also great. Happy to be registered with them!

Thomas Johnson is our favourite and we always receive great treatment and care for our cat Blackjack. We have had a few emergencies and have always received treatment quickly, with much kindness and support.

L. C.My baby puppy had hurt herself playing and within minutes I had called the vets, to my delight the lovely receptionists immediately asked me to go down to the vets and saw her very fast. They were amazing to say the least- so accommodating and extremely appreciative of how upset we were at our puppy’s hurt. I am pleased to say that the wonderful vets looked after her tremendously and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Just been there and was surprised that my bill had increased, the consultation fee and medication prices have gone up. I was there 7 days ago FYI.
Please send out a letter or email regarding price increases for your services, I only found out by checking the bill and chatting to the receptionist, who said that, the price in your bill is correct and our prices have gone up.
Can you please make it clear to customers on the website or send me an email with the new price list, thank you.
P. M.Very professional service, they supplied a very large bottle of Metacam 180ml which is strange when the Bagshot surgery said when asked that they couldn't get the 100ml size!! Strange that, but me being very cynical would suggest that they would make more money dispensing more of the smaller size!!😏😏 But that's my suspicious character!!😊😊😊

S. W.Lynton House Vets have taken excellent care of my two cats since I got them in 2011. The staff are always friendly (the practice really has a personal touch with the staff remembering my pets and I when we visit) and have provided professional and compassionate care for my animals and have been wonderful at keeping me updated when my animals have had to remain in their care when they were very poorly. They have also been really good at continuing treatment after I have transferred my cats from emergency out of hours vets to them when they opened. In addition Lynton House Vets have been great at sorting out payments from my insurance company for a small administrative fee, which makes life so much easier. I would strongly recommend this practice.

The vets are supportive and care for the animals - my dog walks in happy to visit despite many visits as a young pup with a broken leg.
There is always a treat and a fuss on offer at reception.
m. l.A nice vet but expensive at £160 for a consultation, blood test and 16 tablets. Then when the dog vomited the first of 6 tablets and I went for one tablet replacement it was a minimum charge of £8 for one tablet, Our regular vet in Dorset would have charged half the price (and probably given us the extra tablet free) but maybe that's just Surrey prices. I would use again but only in an absolute emergency.

L. J.My springer spaniel marmite recently became a regular visitor to Lyntonhousevets after a diagnosis of a tumour on his spleen. After months of steroids to try and re build his platelet count he finally had his spleen and the tumour removed. To the great relief of us his owners and the staff of Lynton house vets the histology came back as benign. The staff made marmite feel very important and kept a very scared dog calm and well cared for. Also a huge thank you to the wonderful Thomas (who will probably find all the admiration extremely embarrassing) for his amazing handy work, marmite hardly has a scar to show for his surgery and the healing was so quick it shows how good Thomas is. Thank you all for all your hard work. He is now on a serious diet! Lynn and Kim.
