Outstanding! My dog had TPLO surgery in May, she is a very anxious dog and not easy to manage under stressful situations. The understanding and care she received was second to none. As a family we also received excellent, friendly, caring and professional support either on the phone or in person. All staff went above and beyond every time we visited and I can't thank you all enough. I felt my dog was in very safe hands with staff who clearly loved their work.

After taking my little chihuahua Leo to this vet for surgery on his leg all I can say is the staff her are truly incredible ... At all times I got the impression they genuinely cared for Leo while he was there .... Stupidly we didn't have pet insurance and got originally quoted £2625 for the procedure. When it came to pay all I can say is I was prepared to pay that but they had been so honest on what they had used on Leo I only got charged £1850 which is still huge ,but compared to what we were quoted I'm extremely happy .... A special thank you to the blonde nurse lady who bought Leo out to me at the end she was fantastic ..... Thank you all so much ...

Found stray dog in the middle of road on a bank holiday. RSPCA, dog warden, police and some vets either didn't answer or wasn't interested as wasn't an emergency. Severn Vets took her in and offered her a safe place. Highly recommend these vets. Instantly could tell they were true animal lovers. So a huge thank you to you.

Our dogs love coming to the vets, they actually get excited when they arrive! They've treated our cats and dogs for years with such care and professionalism and we trust them completely. They are wonderful vets and we love them!

Severn Vets know our dog, who is very lively and nervous albeit friendly, very well. They accommodate him and are very kind to him.

Service with practise from requesting appointment/information to end of visit is always prompt and efficient. Attitude and friendliness of all members of team cannot be faulted even during busy periods. Also both dogs really enjoy going there as well.

I had been recommended to go here as my dog had a mysterious hind limp that nobody could quite diagnose (understandably, as X-rays were not showing anything which made it hard to) from the telephone call to arriving/collecting, I was met with very knowledgeable and friendly receptionists. I then had a 1 hour consultation with Jock, which was very informative and thorough, suggesting my options and giving me expertise advice. He then had a feel of her hind leg and could be 90% sure it was a cruciate tear. I decided to go ahead with the tplo surgery there and then and as he had predicted, it was indeed a cruciate tear. I was anxious to leave her overnight as I do tend to panic but when I collected her, she was very content so obviously had a rested and stress free stay :) The veterinary nurse went through her aftercare very thoroughly and I was very impressed with the aftercare information. Highly recommend this practice as I really feel they all care about our furry babies. Will be back for rehab :)

Amazing staff, amazing care, amazing surgeons. They have looked after us as much as they have looked after our dog. He's had cruciate ligament surgeries on both legs, and they discovered that he had Cushing's, we never even saw any symptoms so it was caught really early. He's had hydrotherapy there too after his leg surgeries and he loves it. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are fantastic. I recommend them. They are like an extended family. Thank you for all you have done for our boy.

I have been with this practice for about 10 years with my dogs, and travel a few miles to get there but wouldn't even think about going anywhere else. They made my rescue dog comfortable with his joints for years, they also saved his life in an emergency, he loved going time and time again. I would of been lost without them when the day came to say goodbye to my best friends, a team came to our home, showed compassion and shared tears, phone calls and messages for a while after, couldn't of wanted more from them. Whenever I call they are friendly, helpful and always see us when needed. They are an amazing team.

Took my Staffordshire bull terrier there this morning. Saw a vet named James . Nice bloke, didn't speak down to me, didn't baffle me with tech. Obviously a dog lover and despite now being £234 poorer, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

First visit to Severn Vets today . Lovely staff especially Janet receptionist who was lovely on phone and in person very professional , helpful and calming . Always welcomed with a smile and treats for the dogs, no matter how hard a day the staff have had. Fantastic service. Friendly, treat pets as they would their own. Our dogs are extremely well cared for and service is not over priced. Oscar had a lump and ear infection today, lump confirmed as nothing to worry about and ear infection given treatment. Oscar left happy and Rosie had a fuss too. Thank you Severn Vets. Especially Sarah G who always goes the extra mile to help.

We had to daughter dog which had started to lose it fur .which they found it was the food that it was eating. They put him on to another type of food & The fur coming back. The staff are very good. There is parking out side which good . Well done Severn veterinary centre.
