Great vets. Always been very helpful with any issues my cats have faced. Waiting times are reasonable too. The total care plans here are pretty well priced. I have it for both my cats and it gives me total peace of mind.

I was delayed due to a serious car accident close to the vets. This caused a long stationary tailback and, eventually, the need to turn back, reschedule the appointment, and get there via another route. The receptionist was very kind and calm, accommodating my needs without fuss. I experienced a bit of a wait but that was well worth it. The medication prescribed is working well.

I had to take my really nervous dog to the vets today and the vet was absolutely amazing with her. So calm and patient. I was worried about taking her as she had a bad experience when she was spayed that resulted in her wetting herself every time she went near the place. I certainly won’t worry about taking her again. I phoned on a Sunday as my dog wasn't feeling too well the might before. I was very lucky that I was given an appointment as I thought my dog just had a water infection and I wouldn't have rang an emergency vet. I saw Jonathon and he thought it was pyometra and said she would need to go for emergency surgery as wouldn't last the night. Unfortunately there was noone who would take her so he stayed over after the surgery had closed and performed the surgery himself with the help of staff who also stayed over. If it wasn't for worcester vets4pets she wudnt be here. Total admiration x

Absolutely amazing with me and my puppy today! She ate ALOT of chocolate! I rang and they got me in straight away! When i got there with my pup and they were there waiting on standby, took my baby straight away and sorted her out! They saved her life! She could have died from poisoning with all the chocolate she ate! I will be forever thankful! Even the receptionists were soo lovely, got me a drink of water and calmed me down because i was distraut! Thank you soo much to all of you! Your amazing! They have been our vets for the last 2 and a half years. They have been great, Sadly we did have to say goodbye to our girl today but, they were amazing. They were patient with us, gave us a much time as we needed and talked us through all options. They made sure she was comfortable and that is all anyone can ask in that situation.

Monty was in for a consult on his paw and overnight Coco started presenting with issues, when I took Monty in for his appointment in the morning I asked if they could take a look at her even though I ahd no appointment and they saw her straight away. Mona was incredible. She was the only vet working at the time and she had Coco back in every day until Saturday when she made the referral to Eastcott clinic. I can't thank her enough for everything, without the referral Coco would certainly have died.

Our two scaredy cats are always so well behaved with the vets which we feel speaks for itself! We use V4P for their boosters, worming and flea drops. Monthly payments are low and cats are checked over each time. Bit of a wait but it's a small, busy practice.

My dog Bella came in for an emergency hysterectomy after contracting pyometra. I’d called just before closing time but the team stayed open for me so that I could bring Bella in. She was diagnosed and taken straight in for surgery. Both the vet and nurse spoke to me about the procedure and costs. They were extremely clear and friendly and put me at ease as I felt quite distressed about how serious Bellas illness was. Thanks so much to the brilliant team!

Took my dog for his annual vaccination today for second year in a row at this surgery. He's awkward and gets nervous-snappy. As always put him first and did him outside in a relaxed atmosphere. No waiting time and quick painless procedure it was. I highly recommend. They do what's best for him and to make a positive experience. He's happy so I'm happy. This is my vet. A couple of very good rat vets here and the two partners are wonderful people and excellent surgeons. Lead reception is simply lovely and the manger is really nice. It's all about the animals here. Very high trust level although if you have rodents the best person to see is the main partner

I've changed this review from a 1 star to a 5 star. We've used vets 4 pets for years without any problems but have had terrible service with our latest kitten. I won't go into detail but after making a complaint the practice owner got in touch and has resolved all issues in a polite and respectful manner and is going to retrain his staff in the areas which caused our issues. So although we shouldn't have had to make the complaint in the first place, mistakes do happen and the practice have full resolved the issues.

I highly recommend this vet surgery. The staff are lovely and they are very knowlegable and are happy to help what ever the situation is. I recommend the surgery that much it made me want to be a veterinary nurse. this is something i have all ways wanted to be but decided to go to university to do animation instead but i have now finished and wanting to pursue the career that i have all ways wanted to do.

My beloved dog Bailey recently lost his battle with PANCRETITUS we had given him the best chance and with JOHNATHAN'S amazing care we had him for nearly an extra year before his little painfull eyes closed for the last time . This was done with dignity and care that you could ever want, the care and COMPASHION didn't stop there we were given all the support we could imagine through out and to this day we still get the support One day the tears will stop !!! Our other dog loves them all especially the 2vets JOHNATHAN & VICTORIA who always have treats at the ready !!! .The compassion starts at the reception and ends with the vets, all the nurses there are so compassionate about your pet and also with the yourselves as well.The vets is faultless in our eyes and I have never seen this COMPASHION and care towards you and your pet before A BIG THANK YOU COMPANION CARE Anne & Martin Smith
