Amanda and the team have been looking after Eva for around 4 years now and I couldn't say a bad thing about the care she's received or the service provided. Cats Whiskers is the best vets experience. You're never waiting long which is much better for any cat. The whole team are lovely, friendly and helpful. Beau doesn't really appreciate the luxury experience he receives as he knows no different but I definitely do!! I just wish I could find such a good equivalent for my dog.

From the first moment I called Cat's Whiskers Clinic they offered exceptional care and quality service. They were incredibly helpful when setting up our plan with ease. They are responsive to every query both prior and post appointment. While my cat was in the vet, staff were great at putting him at ease (this is no mean feat - I think he might be the biggest scaredy-cat in the world), the vet even got him eating treats :D I didn't feel rushed at all, every cat and owner are given the time needed to feel comfortable, the vet was inquisitive showing genuine care, and was sensitive to my concerns giving me time to explain things in full. The vet gave not only advice but samples of products recommended - it didn't feel sales pressured there was a want from the vet to find something that worked individually for my cat without jumping into buying something - which, lets face it, with cat stuff - is always expensive!! They called me to follow up on how my appointment had gone and how my little guy was getting on. They helped me with microchip services which weren't even their responsibility giving advice and checking up on the registration for me as courtesy. I cannot recommend this vet enough - I honestly think its the best vets I have ever been to!

Cats Whiskas has helped our cat Princess live a a pain free life since her xray a number of years ago. Princess has enjoyed her garden, running and jumping thanks to the skill of Vet Amanda who has prescribed palatable medication that is easily administered.

Always absolutely fantastic service from everyone here; you can tell they all genuinely love cats. They're so knowledgeable & always have the cat's best interests at heart. My cat always used to panic at the vets, but with Amanda my cat is so calm & relaxed. Highly recommend! UPDATE: Since posting this review, we sadly lost Sheba on New Years Day. We're understandably devastated, but the care & support from Amanda & the team has been exceptional. They have gone above & beyond - they really do care. We cannot thank them enough for all the care & compassion they have shown us & Sheba. Sheba was blessed to be in Cat's Whiskers care for the last few years of her life.

I love the fact that The Cat's Whiskers is cats only, creating a really calm and understanding environment for cats. Having two new kittens, and still learning about looking after cats, the help and support I've had from The Cat's Whiskers has been invaluable over the last few months. Me and my husband took our two very anxious girls in on Tuesday. My husband was worried sick as they were distraught during the journey. We couldn't have expected a better reception. Tea for us and love and treats for our two babies. Alison made us feel very welcome and at home. Amanda won the live of our cats in seconds. She's so gentle! Half an hour later we had two happy cats and two over the moon owners. Amanda is so professional and caring. We couldn't of asked for more. The Cat Whiskers are amazing. Fantastic staff and fabulous service! We're back with our two boys next Tuesday and we're looking forward to our next visit. Can't recommend them enough. They are brilliant. Absolutely the best vet I could ever have hoped to find. Amanda and her team are consistently kind, caring and brilliant at what they do. Their Fear Free approach ensures every cat is treated in a way that is tailored to their needs to make sure a visit to the clinic is as enjoyable for cat (and owner) as possible. I cannot recommend Cat's Whiskers enough. Our gorgeous two cats, Tiger and Jet have been on the monthly pet plan that Amanda and the team offer for well over 5yrs. They are both now 14yrs old and we live every day knowing they are being looked after as well as they possibly could be. Amanda and the team are kind, thoughtful and care totally about us and our cats and the monthly payment plan made this really cost effective and easy to manage. The cat only environment is also very important, no stress for our babies when they come to the clinic. Thank you all.

My little Kitten Benny has just started at this vets. Amanda and her team are truly amazing and put our minds at ease with his first vaccinations. Even offered us a zoom call so we could see our little one because of COVID and not being able to enter the building. They have different plans set out for individual needs and we have put Benny on their gold plan which is excellent value and ease of mind knowing all it’s benefits open to him . I cannot say enough about Cats Whiskers, I have lived with cats for over 50 years and have been to many vets. Cats Whiskers are in a league of their own when it comes to dealing with cats, no other vet comes close. It was a very sad day in our household on New Years Day, we took the very difficult and heart wrenching decision to have our cat Sheba put to sleep, she was over 21 years old and had several health issues, the time had come, it was very disappointing for us that Cats Whiskers were not open, however we went to their out of hours service who were very good. Not only did we recieven lovely and supportive messages from Amanda, but today we received a bouquet of flowers from them. I have never come across a vets that is so sincere and cares so much, not only about cats, but also the cat owners. Thank you Amanda and the team, you are incredible.

Have just moved to Cats Whiskers as felt the need for a 2nd opinion regarding an operation my cat needed. From the moment I walked in I was treated to excellent customer service and the care and attention since then has never stopped. Just back from collecting my cat after her op which was well over half the price I was quoted from my original vets. I cannot recommend them enough and so happy that from now on my cat will get all the care she needs from this lovely caring vet, nurses and staff.

Last Monday one of my cats was very badly injured in an animal attack, having both back legs broken and numerous bite wounds. I arrived at Cats Whiskers Vets totally unannounced and in a complete panic. She was immediately seen by the wonderful caring staff who have known her since she was a kitten. They also coped very well with me !! Amanda took X-rays to assess the damage to her legs and she was given pain relief and looked after incredibly well. As she needed an operation Amanda recommended an excellent surgeon in Peter Haggis at Wilbury Vets who operated on her the next day. She is making a remarkable recovery and I cannot thank Amanda and all her staff for their wonderful care and excellent advice. I am so grateful to you for saving this little cats life. Thank you.

We visited Cat's Whiskers for a second opinion after our cat was poorly treated at a larger veterinary organisation in Worthing. We are pleased we did as the care she received was wonderful and it was evident that the staff wanted the best for her. We were kept up to date with regular phone calls and when unfortunately she had to be put to sleep, we felt that the staff genuinely cared about her and us. Our experience of the Cat's Whiskers was above and beyond anything we had expected and we will be transferring the care of our other cat and any future cats to the Cat's Whiskers.

I don't often write reviews to be honest but the incredible, compassionate, expert care my little cat has received at this vets has moved me to write a review. I cannot recommend Amanda and her team highly enough. I have been a cat owner for several years and used various vets but this is by far the best I have ever used. When I first came to Worthing I used another big veterinary practice in the area just because I thought 'big is better' and I hadn't heard about Cats Whiskers yet. I also thought a big veterinary practice would have more expertise and equipment to treat animals than a small practice, proving 24 hour hospitalisation if necessary. I switched to Cats Whiskers when they were recommended by my cat sitter Chrissy from Spoilt Rotten Kitties. While there was nothing really bad about the other practice, I am so, so glad I switched to Cats Whiskers. My cat becomes much less stressed now she comes to Cats Whiskers because there are no dogs or other animals. It is quieter and they really understand the needs of cats (even the parking is easier!). My concern about them not being a large practice and lack of 24 hour cover has been completely unfounded and in fact I would say the cover Amanda has provided is even better. When my cat became seriously ill recently Amanda was amazing. She is so gentle and patient with my little cat - her compassion and care is incredible. She obviously has very extensive expert knowledge in cats, having trained at the best vet college in the UK, and that reassures me that my little cat is getting the best care she can. if you are a cat lover, and want the best for your 'furr baby' (which mine definitely is!) then go to Cats Whiskers.

We recently had a bad experience at a local vet and took our cat to cat's whiskers for a second opinion. Best decision we could have made! A wonderful team that truly care about our little furry family members and they always go the extra mile to make us and them feel comfortable and supported, for example calling us to check on our ill cat, or letting us come in and see him when he was in overnight. Attention to detail like that only comes when people really care. The whole team are very knowledgeable and really pay attention to our cat's needs. They always make time for us and our questions, and it's so reassuring to see how affectionate they are with our little furry ones. Cannot recommend enough, if you are a cat owner local to worthing this needs to be where you go!

Been using Cats Whiskers for a few years, and the attention and level of care is top quality. Leaps and bounds above other vets, and the humans get treated pretty well to boot! Cup of coffee and biscuits whilst you wait. It's a small set up so there are only ever maximum of just one other cat waiting, so the waiting room is not crowded and noisy. They always go through costs in advance of any medical care so there's no unexpected surprises. The cat care plan they have is also a really good way to save money, even if you are just having an annual check ups. Overall I can't recommend highly enough.

All of the staff at CWVC in Worthing are brilliant at what they do, and the time and care taken to ensure cats and their owners have a calm experience in what could be a traumatic one, is amazing. I have used CWVC for the care or our two tabbies since they were kittens. Both infested with fleas and worms when we collected them, I was able to get very swift care for them at the clinic and after such lovely service and attention, decided to sign up to their Pet Plan, ensuring they received the care and preventative treatments moving forwards. We have experienced nothing but top service from the clinic, and it is definitely worth the travel from Shoreham to Worthing to ensure the cats continue to have a cat only experience.

I am very impressed with the service my cats receive at Cat's Whiskers !!!! As a cat lover I only what the best for my cats ,I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else now. The staff are lovely very relaxed atmosphere,you're not rushed and can ask so many questions .I was even able to ask advice for my 20 year old cat that I had not taken today.The advice I was given has really helped my old girl just by changing her diet. Amanda and all the team at Cat's Whiskers are simply fantastic. We have been taking our cat Eva to them for a number of years and she gets the upmost care and attention. Recently, Eva has been through the wars and has been a frequent visitor to Cat's Whiskers.From the lovely welcome at reception through to her check up,diagnosis and procedures, follow ups and aftercare she has had the best care and treatment.Eva is a house cat and very nervous and timid but the team at Cat's Whiskers look after her so well, we wouldn't take her anywhere else. Amanda and her team are just great. We had a 17 year old cat when we first went to her. Our cat was being seen by another local vet as he had a thyroid condition. Short story, our cat was old and began to refuse to take the tablets prescribed, stopped eating, got really thin and ill. We sought a second opinion. Amanda said he could have the medication in a gel form that just gets rubbed onto his ears - fantastic, no more fighting the cat to take a pill, cat began to eat again, Lupin lived another 2 years and died finally at 19 years old. I've recommended Amanda and co to anyone with a cat - less stress for a moggy than regular vet and her specialism really counted for our little guy. Thank you!

I love this vets! They are so kind to Ian, Stevie & Mitzi. Can not get over how they are crazy about animals like me! They even understand how I get worried and stressed over them. I maybe moving out of Worthing but will still be coming here. If you love your moggy like I do then you need to come. An EXCELLENT, Cats only Practice. I have been with this practice from the start of opening several years ago, with firstly the "Care Home Cat", whom Amanda took great care of, he being Diabetic, and then my two cats, of whom sadly only one is still with me. Ninja who is being screened and is currently on the Trial for Chronic Kidney Disease. I must say, what an excellent, kind, caring person Amanda is very professional, along with her team, all of whom are the best anyone could wish for. My cat Hunter had problems with scratching and self-harming for some years. I spent a lot of money at my previous vet, but nothing seemed to cure the problem. Then I found Cat's Whiskers on the internet, and the reviews convinced me to give them a try. Friendly and professional, and also cats only, so they really know all about feline foibles! I'm very happy to say that Hunter quickly stopped scratching, her skin healed up, and she's once again a soft, furry kitty. The staff did spend lots of time discussing various things that might have been the problem - such as allergies, etc - but it turns out the antibiotics they gave her were all that was needed. Highly recommended, will be taking both my cats here from now on.

Wonderful cats only vet - very caring and friendly. They go out of their way to make a trip to the vets as stress free as possible (feliway plug ins, treats, a fish tank for the cats to watch).
