All members of staff I interacted with were caring, friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly. I felt my pet was in good hands when I had to leave her for further tests. I fell they genuinely care for animals.

They booked him in quickly he was seen within an efficient time considering we didn't have an appointment and then the vet was his usual one so he knew patch and was helpful even helped with the fact that if this happens again he will have to investigate further with scans to find out what's going on with patch he even given him an injection and his pain relief so hopefully this will work without any further problems but if there is to take him back and they will need to investigate more

Until recently we had been using Rebecca’s veterinary practice, for a number of years. I must confess we were a little hesitant to use a surgery inside a chain store, but the Vets4Pets that we were using closed down. Rebecca and her staff treated our elderly cats, Milo and Fizz until end of life (18), with respect, kindness and they put the cat’s welfare above profit. Both my wife and I were touched by their kindness, consideration and aftercare, we would not hesitate to use Rebecca and her team for future pets. Highly recommended.

The vet explained the procedure in a manner I could understand .He did not hesitate when I asked. for advice and was specific in his recommendations. The nurse was very professional and caring and clear in her post procedure advice. Reception was also totally proficient.

We had an emergency and were seen within the hour, our poor dog was very poorly and ended up staying in for 36hours. We were kept updated the whole time she was there, we were informed of cost at each stage of her stay, her diagnosis was explained thoroughly and they were very clear about what our dog will need going forward. We thank all of the vets, vet nurses and reception staff for their support, if they hadn’t been so prompt and thorough our girl probably wouldn’t have made it, so thank you all so much.

We took our pair of kittens for their bits and bobs to be done, even though they were there for procedures they were looked after like a mini holiday! Half a day away from big cat at home, lunch and lots of fusses! Both were still bouncing around when they came home and are healing amazing! Glad we have all our furries registered here! I wouldn't be able to have three dog's unless I had Vacs4Life, as being retired or even when working the cost of pet care would have been a concern, costs are going up all the time. I do think appointment fees are far too expensive, just as an idea discount if you have more than one pet would stop animal's suffering.

Fit me in on late notice with no issues, took the time to take the health background of pet and listen to my concerns. Took the time to explain everything to me and even offered to help with matted hair on my cat which was not related to my visit. Followed up on the phone with me and offered more options to diagnose and explained cost and what it would be able to discover. Incredibly grateful and satisfied with team as they truly made me feel my pet was important to them.

I've brought my ageing dog to here a number of times over the last year and I have been exceptionally impressed with the care and attention she has received from the nurses, vets and reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble (the kind vet even clipped her claws as she gets too stressed to go to the groomer these days) and everyone is polite and friendly. I especially appreciate being called when they say they will and how well they explain everything.

Great team and really look after your pets. Bit of a waiting time but that's expected from such a busy popular location like this. Location is perfect as you can have a walk around the plas coch retail park as your pet is being treated.

The vet was so friendly and interested in my dog. He's very anxious and it was such a relief to see him come out of the room happy! And the vet didnt make me feel like his behaviour was a problem and nuisance which I've had at other vets in the past which made me anxious about trying somewhere new. Over the last few weeks everyone at vets 4 pets deserves a massive thank you they have supported us when we sadly had to have one of our rabbits put to sleep, they were fantastic with my daughter as she is autistic and was absolutely devastated with only one person able to go in she went on her own with the staff to say goodbye . All the staff were so good with us and talked us through everything , offering support and always helping on the phone. I cannot thank them enough for this and special thanks to the receptionist she has been wonderful with us , as she has been the first port of call both by phone and in person, she is a wonderful lady unfortunately I can’t remember her name she has dark hair, she’s seen us crying and then we had a new baby rabbit who has been in this week for vaccinations and again they have been fantastic with us. Everyone at vets 4 pets are superstars thank you all so much for everything you have done during the pandemic xx

It was close to closing time when I realised my dog was extremely unwell. Staff still had her straight in as soon as I could get there, to begin treatment. She was started on antibiotics/painkillers, & booked in for emergency surgery (hysterectomy for pyometra) the following day. Vet surgeon Rebecca and her team saved my dog's life yesterday, and I can't express how grateful I am to them. During the surgery, while my dog was shaved & supine, Rebecca spotted a small mammary tumour, which she was able to remove during the same procedure! I'd say that counts as saving her twice in one day. She also spotted a small uncomplicated inguinal hernia, which needs keeping an eye on to prevent further problems. I would say that definitely qualifies as excellent service. I was in a state of panic, but staff were as good at dealing with me as they were with my dog. Surgery is far from inexpensive, but compare the cost to human surgery - despite (a) people being bigger and therefore less fiddly than a small dog, (b) vets training to treat many species, not just one, and (c) added difficulty that their patients can't explain what's wrong. Human surgeons income is far greater than that of a veterinary surgeon. Yet I'd rather have a vet operate on me, than a human surgeon operate on my dog. It is a lot of money, particularly as I'm on disability benefits, but when looked at in comparison to human treatment, the cost is entirely reasonable. I was given the options clearly, her prognosis explained, and a quote given in advance. I was able to arrange a very simple 0% finance to cover some costs I was unable to pay upfront. The whole team were very kind, calming and understanding, and between them they got me & my furry best mate through a scary time, during what was quite a tough shift for them. I'd say this counts as Highly Satisfied!

Beau attended for a scheduled surgical procedure. I was advised of how to approach the procedure 24 hours beforehand and the ease of navigating the surgery during this current (covid) climate was extremely easy and made very comfortable. The Reception team were fabulous and made sure Beau was safe as did the veterinary team who undertook the procedure. Beau was very well looked after and after care has also been explained well and I look forward to catching up with the team regarding beau's recovery.

My cat became unwell rapidly so was an emergency. He has a heart condition and was having problems with his heart and breathing....he was very poorly and was taken immediately and put on oxygen. I was doubtful I would take him home again but with the excellent care he got that day and is continuing to get he is slowly getting better. I may not have him forever as his heart has worsened but I do have a little while longer with him due to the all the care he received....thankyou 😻

She was patient and re assuring and give advise to become a confident dog owner again and how to enjoy my family member again. Very speedy service, but I was not advised of the costs before or during the consultation and prescription service. This needs attention as I was shocked by the charges for seeing two gineau pigs. Other than that okay.

My dog had a very shocking tumour found on her kidney, which we never imagined was the case when we bought her in for a minor illness. The speed and helpfulness of the vet was second to none. It was a very distressing time and the vet called me/emailed me and always had time to explain everything to me, my dog came home healthy and is recovering well. Couldnt fault the service

My very nervous cat was always looked after well by Rebecca the vet. As he was too nervous around other animals and people provisions were made to accommodate us from a different entrance in order to reduce his distress. The vets really get to know your pets and their individual quirks which helps when treatment is required. The staff here are wonderful and I would highly recommend.

We saw the vet, lizzie, and as always she was amazing with one of our four rabbits. He is quite nervous and she was lovely with him. Every time we have seen her she has been really down to earth and explained everything well. She is thorough with the examination and we have 100% trust in her. I have been to all the vets in the Wrexham area. This one has good customer service from reception. Long opening hours. Prices generally favourable. I have chosen to use it as my main vets. I also highly rate Blakemere in Ellesmere but it is just that little bit too far.

Fantastic. Leo the vet is a lovely man who was so kind and patient with all my questions and worries. He dropped everything for Watson (my cat) who was very poorly and took no time to get him the care he needed - even though Watson was not so keen on that care and had a couple of swipes at the nurses! They were understanding and were so professional throughout. The ladies at the receptionist desk were also VERY lovely and helped me with my insurance claim and settled me when I got upset - LOVELY girls. The price was reasonable considering all the tests tha t Watson had and he was sorted and home super fast. HIGHLY RECCOMEND VETS FOR PETS PLAS COCH!

Charlotte Crimes, vet nurse at Pets at Home, Plas Coch, Wrexham is excellent at her job. She is extremely knowledgeable and always makes us feel welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, she explains everything and is always happy to answer any questions I have. Charlotte never ever rushes her consultations and always puts us at ease and most importantly, Simba, my 5 year old Siberian Husky loves her to bits. Charlotte should be recognised by Vets4Pets for everything she does for the company.
