We were in holiday in North Wales and our dogs disturbed a bees nest and got stung multiple times. They saw to our dogs as soon as we got there, one of whom was very stressed out, treated the sting and also gave her something to calm her down. The bill was surprisingly affordable, especially considering it was out of hours on the weekend and we weren’t local. Very impressed with the service, the dogs are both on the mend already - thank you.

As a visiting client, I was treated very well when my dog Lyon, who we had taken on holidays with us became ill. I found the vet and staff who dealt with us to be very informative and helpful. I probably won't be returning to this surgery again but I would whole heartedly recommend this surgery to anyone.

We recently had to rush our dog into the vets and we were not registered with them. They were fantastic with our dog, tried all they could but unfortunately she passed away because of poisoning. The compassion they showed was amazing.

I've always bought my dogs here and they have always been very caring and got the job done. Sent a card when we lost our most recent dog which I thought was a nice touch. Superb.

We first found this vets when we needed an emergency vet for our 13 yo Staffy who had to be treated. she's now passed on and we have a new puppy who is registered here. they're always compassionate and communicate well. We would recommend them to look after your pet.

Very Supportive. Looks after our old English Springer Spaniel, he has a crappy heart, arthritis etc. Mary the Vet gives him acupuncture to help, & it really does help. The staff are caring and kind.

Excellent staff the vet drove out to meet us it was 1 hour drive for her and out of hours she sorted our little pet out her examination was extremely vigorous she made sure our dog received all her medication before we left and still gave a little time to fuss and talk to the other 2 dogs brilliant service.
