We have always taken all our animals here. My dog is happy to go in because they are so good to her. It's a bit more expensive since being taken over by new team and covid. They really are kind and am happy with treatments.

We visited twice recently regarding the same problem. The first time, I felt the vet was quite patronising and also quite rude. I also felt a bit pressured to purchase as much as possible to help my dog without receiving clear guidance about what it was for. The second time however was a completely different experience. This vet was extremely helpful, supportive and friendly! This is the reason I've scored a 4 overall (2 for the 1st visit, 5 for the 2nd visit).

Just got new puppy 9 weeks ago and never had a puppy before , so I was very anxious about my little Maisie . First visit and we were met by friendly caring and knowledgeable staff . Molly looked after Maisie and gave her a thorough check and reassurance as I am a very new puppy owner. Been back 4 times since for vaccines micro chipping and skin condition Excellent staff each time and now Maisie knows lovely fiona and wags her tail as soon as she see her.. She got a tummy bug and seen Julian who quickly seen Maisie was poorly and he gave her excellent treatment, and listened patiently to all my worries and concerns. Back again Wednesday for check up. Reception staff all kind and very helpful when you phone Excellent practice and I would highly recommend this practice to all my fiends and family. I felt confident and safe and very happy with Maisie 's treatment Big thank you to all the lovely staff we have met there From Maisie and her family.

I wouldn't have my animals under any other practice. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that make you feel at ease. The animals most definitely come first and not the profits. My dog has a very rare and hard to diagnose disease, thankfully they diagnosed her within 24hrs, saving her life. Whenever she has to go back in the care is personal, even getting visiting time 😁

This is the first time that we've been to Rae, Bean & Partners. One of our cats had dental problems. The team here are fantastic. They were very helpful and caring. Bowie needed teeth cleaning and some dental extractions. We thought this was going to be very expensive, from previous experience at another vet, but this was not the case at all. Very good after care too. Will definitely take both our cats here in the future.

First time client with my cat having dental problems and I can not praise the team enough. Staff are so polite and caring, he needed teeth cleaned and some removed, I thought this was going to be a very costly visit but not the case very reasonable. Have been with this vet practice for over 10 years! Never let me or my beloved pets down. Staff is very helpful and compassionate. They first try to solve the issues with natural remedies if possible before they charge for any medication! I can't praise them enough for everything they have done so far. Even when I had to put my cat to sleep, they showed a lot of professional care, understanding and empathy in such a sad time!

Direct and very professional. Julian inspires confidence to me as I am an Owner of a large breed dog (rottweiler) called Bear ..47 kilos and Julian is not phased when treating him. The nursing staff are extremely supportive and professional.

A small vets practice (building) with high standards. All my dogs have and are looked after with the vets in a carering manner. All the staff are friendly and it shows that they enjoy there job. Not sure how prices compare with other practices in the area as my dogs are insured. Parking is "on street " and at busy times this can mean you have a short walk but you only need a free parking disc. There is a car park within walking distant that you pay by donation on leaving
