A. G.Always great service from everyone at Vets4Pets, Otis loves coming to visit even when he doesn’t need any treatment! Rachel on reception especially makes a real fuss of Otis. We’ve always been able to get an appointment when needed and the opening times are absolutely great for people who work during the week.
T. B.Our dog was in the middle of transferring care when an unexpected injury occurred. The vet was very pleasant, listened to the medical history as well as our needs and how we like to approach things. Gave us all the options including pros and cons as well as his own professional opinion, but was not pushy and made it clear the decision was ours.

L. A.I had a great experience from start to finish after my cat ate part of a lily leaf. They arranged for her to come in quickly, assessed her and started treatment straight away. Everything was clearly and well explained, from possible outcomes for her to going through the insurance process, the staff were all really helpful and very knowledgeable. I felt like she was really well looked after while under their care and that the staff really went the extra mile for us - Paul was brilliant. I'm really happy with the care and service received and would highly recommend Vets4Pets Clifton Moor based on my experiences there.
C. M.It was very easy to make an appointment for my dog and the receptionist explained everything clearly by phone.
The receptionist was very friendly upon arrival and the vet was thorough and knowledgable.
The only (very small) negative I would point out is that the overall price was not offered to me before I made payment, or explained what was included in the pet plan.

The vet was very friendly and attentive to Cookie, who doesn't particularly like going to the vets and she went willingly to the consultation room without me. The vet explained about her ear infections and how to proceed over the next week (no swimming) and we arranged a date to go back and review her progress the following week. very proficient and efficient service. Thank you all :-)
S.Best vets I've ever been to. Paul is always great with my dogs and very knowledgeable, always happy to share his knowledge to help you make informed decisions about care. Other staff have always been warm and welcoming - especially happy with the service as one dog is very nervous and the other very excitable so they're not the most pleasant to listen to in a waiting room and both are still welcomed warmly.

R. B.Paul is simply the best vet we have ever had the pleasure to meet. He explains everything so well and in language customers can understand. He has a real empathy for animals and just as importantly a strong sense of understanding for their owners feelings. Appointments are always easy to book, and the reception staff and nurses are very helpful knowledgeable and friendly.
We cannot recommend the service offered highly enough.

J. M.Treated our Springer Spaniel pup for Puppy Strangles, an auto-immune condition. Paul, the Vet, was great; he explained everything well, was very amenable and friendly. As were all the other staff we met. Reggie is now recovered and has had his Vaccinations. Would recommend.

C.Extremely friendly reception staff, Nursing staff always efficient and professional. Great package deals on offer to ensure your are able to affordably look after your pet. The practice was able to give my puppy an appointment for his first vaccinations with less than 24 hours notice. 10 out of 10, very happy with the care this practice provides my puppy.
T.Fantastic as usual. Paul and James both offering fantastic customer service and expert knowledge. Made me feel very welcome and more than happy to discuss other aspects of my pet’s requirements. Could not recommend enough, the surgery deserves the great reputation it has.
J. M.Nurses and reception are lovely and seem genuinely caring. The vet I see can seem a little cold and I get the impression he’s a cat person. But this maybe just a wrong impression I have got. The vet we saw at the other branch was so different and genuinely seemed to be concerned about my dog after her accident.
A. L.Watch out for rabbit vaccination price and service. On a day making face to face appointment I was suggested the combi vaccination for rabbit is £60, but cause I vaccinate more than one rabbit, they will do it for £48.50, so total would be around. £100 all together . Vet did not identify which rabbit is female and male, I was given vaccination documents with swapped animals details. At the till price came up to £120. Admin staff suggested they are not aware why the vaccination would be at different price. I have received a call later suggested the guy who made an appointment, did not recall conversation in regards to my rabbits , or suggested price would be reduced for two rabbits. (I was not alone at that time). I would not recommend this practice for rabbits. Plus bunnies were stressed being in a waiting room with the dog, that was over excited to meet the vet. If you are looking for human customer service, they are really good.
S. D.I've always had a great service from Vets4Pets, from the people at reception through to the nurses and vets. All the staff are always very friendly, helpful and reassuring. My cat has got himself into a couple of scrapes and there have always been same-day appointments available. Would recommend.

e. k.I absolutely love this practice. Paul and the team are always so lovely with me and my 3 cats (and my foster kittens when I have some). It’s always super easy to get an appointment and they always manage to fit you in. They offer good advice and don’t try to rip you off, and they go out of their way to help with stuff like prescriptions, insurance claims etc. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I actually drive 10 miles to come here rather than use the vet round the corner, because I like their service so much. Also - they’re open Saturdays and Sundays - which is blooming fabulous!! I wished there was an elevator or escalator as watching some people struggle to bring their pets up was heart breaking. The vet I saw was highly knowledgeable and put my mind at ease with my puppy. They also have a really good pay monthly package which makes injections/fleaing and worming more affordable.
E. S.I have been with vets4pets over 2 years and the care they have provided my Terrier has always been fantastic. I have my dog on the Vac for life programme which is great value for money and means no saving for those expensive vaccinations. My dog has also been spayed and had teeth removed plus cleaned. j.My sons 14 yo cat had tooth problems. 2 visits. 1st for pain relief, 2nd for operation, blood tests dental. Expensive, but less than quoted. Ocelot is now eating and being her normal demon self. lol. Next appointment friday 21st feb.
Everything was clearly explained, they loved her, she was sweet to them lol. When we picked her up they showed us what was done and why.Gave us her meds with advice on how to give them to her and when. Explained post op care and said to call if we were concerned.
She's happy and eating well, and we feel confident in her current health thanks to the vets and nurses we saw.
We will gladly use you guys again for Ocelot.
My cat Myschief is part of your vacs for life plan and was on the kitten package so i appreciate how well you look after them.
I have only one complaint, hard seating and an awful lift for the disabled. Takes me ages to get to the vets in the store. But the practice is first class.

I got my puppy at 6 weeks, literally knew nothing about him, he just turned up, I imediadlly took him for a check up with Paul, who reassured me his worms were fine. Rachel on reception is deffo a credit to your team! Very friendly which put me at ease! She had lots of cuddles with my scared boy Simba! I know Simba is safe hands with you even if her thinks not 😂😂 I appreciate all the advice of having such a young pup! Thank you all xxxxxx

Was impressed to see a wide range of Medications and products that you would pay more for at the Vets.
