I needed a new web host as I was wasting money and had a bad experience previously with a web designer who wasn't keeping my SEO updated. David quickly bought into my business model and made efforts to understand my brand, which helped the process run smoothly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout the process. As the job of switching my site across from Squarespace evolved, David made extremely helpful and professional suggestions about how my site could be improved and in the end, has produced a stunning new site for me which I'm extremely proud of. I would particularly recommend David to any small business who may have found themselves lost and who have the feeling they haven't always received the best advice in the past. Competitive and fair in price, always available in a crisis (a fairly regular occurrence in our office!) and he's quick to respond to calls and emails with a fast resolution. Some IT companies can leave you blind-sighted by jargon but Dave always takes care to break down IT issues to make sure you understand what's going on and what's being done to fix it.
