I have to disagree with the previous comment made by the person who said they did not respond to emails and other stuff. It's all about approaching people in the right way and being respectful. No human is perfect and everyone has flaws but based on my current relationship with this company I would have to say that Eastside co does deliver and does reply to emails in a timely manner. I would also like to add that as a director myself that projects were fulfilled on time and adjustments were acknowledged and implemented within a reasonable time.

Very good, friendly and fast service, especially if you are on priority support like we were. Lauren was a super account executive and she is 5 stars!!
