The support I received from Tresha was first class. She alerted me to an issue. I responded with one or two potential solutions, both would involve some refund from BrightLocal. She agreed with both options, I chose one and the very next day I received her confirmation that the option was implemented as was the refund. Late that same day, I received word from my CC company that the refund was received. So not only was the support first class, BrightLocal dealt with me in a very open and honest manner. I never would have known of the issue unless they told me about it. I will refer everyone to BrightLocal because of their honesty, integrity and great Tresha support.

Great software. Limited to a small number of countries though. Most of the features are not usable for most countries. Their Citation Burst is the only one that you can use. Andreas gave great service but the next consultant bailed on me at the next appointment. Disappointed in the service, had such high hopes to be working with Brightlocal. Hope they work in Africa soon, would definitely be willing to work with Brightlocal if they can address the service and become fully operational in more countries.
