Ben has been managing and hosting emails and a website for me for a while, following a previous provider giving me many difficulties. Transferring an existing website to Ben's care was easy and he kept me in the loop along the way. He reached out to let me know if there were issues, and had them quickly resolved. Ben also helped me migrate to another provider when I needed to, and was able to resolve any issues promptly, again keeping me in the loop the whole time. Would absolutely recommend using Ben for hosting emails and websites.

As a visual artist I was looking to develop and further highlight my creative practice and needed a website in order to do this. He listened, took my suggestions on board, helped me to set up external links, made amendments as needed etc. I’m so pleased as the final website looks amazing and has the eye-catching easy functioning features I was looking for. I contacted Ben 26th April 2022 late afternoon via email and left a voice message, as I had seen they were listed on threebestrated in Bristol (we had been badly let down by another developer and were at our wits end). We received a phone call from Ben, explained what we wanted, and then we received a written quote for a website rebuild and hosting at 08:14 the following morning (27th Apr), and we decided to go ahead, I had looked at the very positive comments about Ben, and decided to go full steam ahead. I got the high resolution photos and animation emailed over to Ben and he started the work on 03rd May 2022, after the bank holiday, and it soon gave us confidence that things were really taking shape, it was moving in the right direction, as in about a week, we got a link to the mock up home page, and it was looking really superb, with the rest of the web pages design coming in on 16th May. Ben then did our News section exactly as we wanted it, and any other changes so that it looks exactly as we want it. He even helped us in the domain transfer, as was struggling with it! I would definately recommend Ben Smith Web design and wish we had gone to him in the first place - excellent service Jason Davies Newport
